Don't get me wrong, I love me some Crumbl cookies. They are warm and delicious and gigantic. And I love how the flavors change every week. I actually look on their website every Monday morning to see what the flavors will be for the week. That peach cobbler and Kentucky butter cookie were amazing!!!!!! What I don't love is this location. Here's why: 1. The space inside is tiny. So much for social distancing. 2. It's been pretty warm in there. And especially during summer, not the greatest. 3. The employees aren't that friendly compared to the location on Blue Diamond. 4. Their customer service needs some work. There'll be a long line with only one register opened. On my last visit, it took 3 employees to help one customer when there were like 8 of us waiting in line. Someone finally noticed the long line and jumped on another register to help out. I was really excited that this location opened closer to home, but it's not my favorite. read more

I got four cookies one being one of the cookies of the week, pink velvet. Now I still can't really tell you what this taste but it's not like red velvet but better. This is our first experiences with Crumbl. Our first experience was on Wednesday this week, we had a 4 pack of cookies (2 marshmallow filled, chocolate chip and Oreo). We loved the cookies so much!! Our favorite was the marshmallow filled as it was filled with tons of ooey gooey marshmallow. We loved the cookies so much we went back on Saturday and bought a 6 pack of cookies (2 marshmallow filled, 3 chocolate chip and 1 peanut butter and jelly). We dug into our favorite marshmallow filled, broke it in half and not one bit of marshmallow in it. We thought it was a fluke and broke open the 2nd one and again NO MARSHMALLOW. Super disappointing. I understand mistakes happen, but it was really sad as it was our favorite cookie. We didn't eat the 2 cookies, bc it was so dry without the marshmallow. instead I went back this morning with the cookie to show their was no marshmallow. The staff was apologetic and replaced the 2 cookies. $3.58 for one. A dozen is $29.88. Hopefully, I can rate them better in the future. read more

The only reason I decided to try this spot again, is because we got some at work. So they were free, and I tried those, and they were really good. I also told my husband how good they were at work, so he wanted to try them. Maybe the one I got before was just a bad choice. But these were good, not as good as the ones at work still.....only because, It seemed like the middle wasn't quite done, not alot, but enough to notice. I would probably go back now. I feel like I have been waiting for years to Crumbl to finally come to Henderson, so needless to say, I was ecstatic when I finally opened. I have been to two other locations around the valley and always enjoyed their cookies. Their newest store is very similar to their other locations as far as layout and cleanliness. The shopping center it is located in is a busy one, so there could be an issue finding a parking spot if you go at a busy time. Luckily, I did not run into that problem on a Friday morning. Every Sunday, Crumbl posts what cookies are going to be on their menu for the upcoming week. Some weeks there are one or two that I really enjoy, others they have four or five. This week happened to be the latter. I was lucky enough to attend a Yelp event, which made the experience all the better. I built a four-pack with the chocolate cupcake cookie, the PB&J sandwich cookie, the honey teddy graham cookie, and a classic chocolate chip. Each of these cookies was tasty in their own way, but the standout to me was the honey teddy graham cookie. It was soft and tasted just like teddy grahams. I found out that they are also making miniature cookies as well which would be great for a party. There is a minimum purchase of 50, which is much less than I would have expected. Crumbl has started popping up all around the country, so their plan of global domination through their cookies seems to be going well. I would highly recommend giving them a try at least once. The place didn't seem busy when I came in around 4:30p on a Friday, so I was able to park right in front of the store. The employees that assisted me were very nice and were always smiling whenever talking to the guests. I only waited less than 5 minutes to get my cookies. Chocolate Ft. In my opinion crumbl cookie is a little over hyped. I did enjoy the cookies I ordered but the cookies I came here for were not being sold that day. I was extremely disappointed. The ones pictured were the only ones they had for the day, and they were definitely good, but for the price you would expect them to be amazing. The service was fast, and the ambiance was nice. Right when you walk in you get that yummy baking smell. Ultimately only left three stars because as my first time having crumbl they didn't have a wide selection. I love Crumbl but some things could be better. I order the cookies of the week EVERY week and have not missed one in many months. I just love trying them and a 6 pack will last me all week to snack on. Most of the time my experience here is fine, no issues. The store is clean and in a great location. The staff is generally polite. Occasionally things will go a little wrong such as the handful of times I received cookies missing their toppings with no explanation. Another issue that has happened the last 3 times, my husband will order my cookies for curbside and they never bring it out. They just leave it on the counter until he has to go in and grab it. Why would he order curbside if he wanted to go in? It seems as if the staff are very young so i'm sure they are learning and will grow overtime. Meh. This location is hit and miss. I got the berry crumble cookie and it was really crunchy, not enough flavor. The brownie cookie however was amazing! Each time I've gone the customer service is awful. The employees always look like they hate their life, and it's an annoyance anyone is there. I wish this place was more constant. My rating is strictly based off the service. Went there on a Wednesday night and it was already busy. The area was really crowded and not one employee acknowledged us. You place your own order and every customer is just standing in any open area waiting for their cookies. We patiently waited for over 45 minutes for our four cookies. I asked my daughter to ask about our order since several people after us got their cookies before us. The worker looked for our ticket and looked at the boxes of cookies that were already ready, didn't apologize about the wait, and handed us a box with someone else's name. Cookies are large enough to share with 4 people; they're not small. Soft, yummy & satisfies my sweet tooth. So today 7/15 around 13:30 we dropped into this location to pick up a dozen cookies. We have been going to crumble for some time now and enjoy them However this visit was not up to the usual experience in two ways 1) The young lady preparing the orders and giving them to the waiting customers looked and acted like she was not interested in working today. Not at all pleasant and was very un-Customer Centric. Not the attitude or representation I imaging Crumble expects. She was short in her answers and almost to the point of being rude. 2) as we were heading out to a gathering and we committed to bring some awesome treats we chose Crumble. We got the dozen, and I carried the box and since I was not driving held them in my lap for safe keeping. When we got to our gathering I got out and realized the outside bottom of the box was covered with every cookie topping being sold today. Frosting and bits of cookie and yes peanut butter and god knows what else. Needles to say my pants were a disaster covered in this mess. Am I supposed to check the box? I would expect the same person in #1 above would have cleaned the counter and make sure nothing was being smeared on the box bottom. But since she was already showing signs of "who cares" and "I don't want to be here". I guess that's what you get. We cannot wait until the Henderson location closer to us opens up as we will still continue to get our cookie fix at Crumble. But we might not go back to this location after this experience I am sorry to say. read more

So, when I first heard about Crumbl, I was not excited to run out and try them. I liked the cookies I get from my local bakery, how much better could they be? How wrong was I? My wife took advantage of a special and had an order of cookies delivered with our dinner order. Oh my goodness. These are not ordinary cookies. These things are huge. We have been cutting them in half, they are so big. They are so soft and if pick them up from the store, just try to not eat them in the parking lot. Most are served warm. A few are served cool. They are amazing either way. They only make several flavors a week, but every flavor I have had has been incredible. Do not wait. Take the plunge. I'm pretty upset with my experience today and can honestly say it left me with the worst sour taste in my mouth. I'm unsure if I'll ever come back to Crumbl after this... So Crumbl has new flavors released every Sunday and served starting the next day from Monday-Saturday. Some times, there's flavors left over from the week before that you can get until they run out. Mondays were always my favorite days because chances were you'd be able to get flavors from the week before and the current week. With that being said, I put in an order on Sunday night to be picked up on Monday. The app allowed me to choose flavors from both weeks and 4 out of 6 cookies that I ordered were from last week. Usually if a flavor is sold out, the app would say "sold out" or not even show the cookie. Anyways, I placed my order to be picked up at 10am Monday morning and paid. Come Monday morning, I was running late to Crumbl and got there at 10:30am. No big deal. However, as soon as I got there the employee came straight to my car and said 4 of my 6 cookies were not available since they were from last week. She offered other flavors but at this point I was upset that I had driven 15-20 minutes for these cookies. I thought this would be a quick curbside pick up since I ordered ahead of time the night before. So to have my order not ready and no call beforehand saying what I ordered wasn't available put me in the worse mood and in a time crunch for my plans for the rest of the day. Crumbl, where's the communication? To make matters worse, I asked the employee for my money back and she said I would have to do it all through the app, which she wasn't sure about. I finally found the cancel button, however according to my credit card, the charge is still there. I wrote an email to the location since corporate says I would need to contact the franchise for a resolution to which I still haven't heard from. I guess I'll wait 3-5 business days? So in all, I'm not sure who dropped the ball or if I have too high of expectations. Is it the app not keeping track of inventory? Was it the stores for not looking at their orders and having it ready until I got there? Was it mine for ordering flavors from the week before although I've never had an issue? I don't know.
