The cookies here are adorable! We Got a six pack with an assortment of flavors - i did not enter store, i was with a friend and her infant so I stayed behind in the car with baby. My friend was out within 10 minutes with our order and she did mention that the workers were joyful and even helped her pick the "popular" flavored cookies. Cookies were great! Stopped in to Crumbl Cookies -Henderson on a Saturday morning. Their flavor selections rotate so some times they have more flavors that interest me compared to other times. Today was a good flavor day! There have been times we go and end up trying flavors just because we didn't want to leave with nothing. ...yes we're picky flavor people. The place is always clean and the staff is always nice at this location. The parking lot can be tough - lots of businesses and not a lot of parking. We circles a few minutes before getting a spot across the parking lot. Not a very big thing, but still it becomes annoying. If you've never tried them, it's one of those things where you need to go a few times to try different cookie flavors. The cookies are large and generally really rich - so it's definitely more of a treat (not a eat a box in one sitting type of cookie). read more

This store is a sh*tshow. The first time I went many, many months ago, I waited over half an hour for an order I placed on the app. The cookies looked like they'd been dropped. The second time I visited (tonight), I placed an order on the app and waited about 10 minutes in the store without acknowledgment before asking a girl if she had my order in her queue. She said yes, that she was working on it now, I thanked her. Three minutes later she tells me she's out of two of the four cookies I ordered. I asked if I could just cancel the order and she said yes and walked away. We also enjoyed the cold watermelon cookie very much!! I prefer my chocolate chips to be semi-sweet; their milk chocolate chip cookie was very good though!! Crumbl Cookies is in the strip mall at Eastern and Horizon Ridge on the northwest corner at the end of the little strip there. When my daughter begged us to drive from the Las Vegas strip to Henderson just for cookies we expected just another trendy cookie spot but this was a lot more and certainly a unique experience! The overall vibe of this place is clean and modern and behind the counters there are several teenagers working with enormous vats of cookie dough. Everyone seems happy to be working there and we were greeted with nothing but smiles which was nice to see. The cookies were giant (about the size of a hamburger), decadent, and loaded with flavor and toppings. We ordered the 4 flavors of the week which were placed in a cool, pink long box which was almost 2 feet long if I had to guess. This is certainly an impressive favor to bring to someone's house instead of a bottle of wine or cake. We tasted all of them and they were great but so rich it would be difficult, for me at least, to eat an entire cookie. They definitely are soft and will crumble (hence the name of the place) when you eat them. We don't have a location anywhere near our home which may be a good thing as we purposely didn't look at the nutritional information but if you are fortunate enough to have one close by it's definitely worth an occasional indulgence. read more

Great experience! I'm just an incredibly indecisive person in general. It takes me forever to finally land on an option, so when presented with having to choose 4 cookies, my brain starts to have a silent meltdown. Don't worry, I keep it contained very well. Haha. On my visit, the young lady that helped me (Aaricka) made the decision process very pleasant. She really knew the flavors well and offered her suggestions as to which were her favorites, and that definitely put my mind at ease more. She was right, by the way, on all of her suggestions! As I looked around the kitchen and lobby area, I noticed just how spotlessly clean the whole place was maintained, which is a major plus! Cute little store in a strip mall in Henderson. Parking is.. well.... There's lots of parking just not in front of the store. Cookie offerings change up regularly. Cookies...the regular ones ... are BIG! One will do you. Honestly, half of one will do you. I'm glad they have mini sized cookies so I don't have to feel too guilty if I eat a bunch. Hahaha!
