Ok TicTok... you have warped my kids mind! My kids came to Texas from Missouri so they're wanted to experience a lot of things and "vacation". Both of my kids said "I want Crumbl Cookie, they're soooo good!" I've been once before when they came down so I was better prepared for the adventure. First, parking can be easy, depending on the time of day, while traffic could get sketchy during rush hour. Walking in, it's extremely clean and sterile to the point I thought I was walking into a lab. The décor is drab and honestly not really geared to the target audience which would be kids. I'm not saying its bad, but more wall art, kid friendly fun compliments or something to bring some life into the mix. I really like the "open kitchen" motif as you can see the ovens, mixers, etc and I think it would have added to the ambiance if they were operating when we got there. Finally, they have an open display for the "cookies of the week" and while I thought it was cool, they might consider a case for them. I just have a bad feeling about leaving them out? Out of the 6 cookie types we ordered the milk chocolate chip for my oldest. The cookie was moist with huge chunks of chocolate; great cookie for traditional cookie lovers. My choice was the salted caramel cheesecake cookie. The base was wonderful tasting like a sugar cookie but with graham crackers. The cheesecake was tasty almost reminding me of a decent cheesecake while the salted caramel was just sugar overload for an older man. In fact I let my youngest eat half b/c there was so much sugar. The last cookie was the strawberry milk featuring pirouline. In case you didn't know the pirouline straw is something you can buy at the grocery store, and I used to drink my milk through it and then eat it. That's a environmentally friendly straw there my friends! The frosting was flavored perfectly but too much for my tastes. The cookie was fantastic as to be expected. Overall, the flavors were really good moreover, the cookies were all moist assuring they fresh baked aspect. Finally, they apply toppings after you create your order. However, as a parent who wanted something with a cookie it wasn't entirely clear if other options were available like on the menu there is ice cream! I wanted like a cookie with a scoop of ice cream! I think a little more variety might be a nice addition. Finally there is the price and man is there sticker shock! $4 starting for a cookie and we got the 3 for $14 total. Granted the cookies are huge and TONS of sugar but I guess that's the way their "cookies crumble":). I got in the car and told my kids we could get bakery cookies for like 30 for $3! But alas, sometimes we gotta bite the bullet and give it a whirl. Overall, the experience was pleasant and the food was good. I wouldn't consider it a destination as there isn't any indoor dining. As for the parenting aspect the price point is beyond what I would do more than once to be honest. But to each is own, I just wanted to give my experience and it's up to you to weigh the facts when deciding to go. Good stuff but for the price it better be! Enjoy!

I finally got around to trying Crumbl cookies after being tempted by all the TikTok reviews. The videos had me drooling, so I decided to pick up three mini cookies: Chocolate Chunk, Mint Chip Ice Cream, and Strawberry Ice Cream Bar. I've always had a soft spot for chocolate chip cookies, and the touch of flaky sea salt on this one made it even better. While it wasn't the best I've ever had, it was still pretty good. Surprisingly, I enjoyed the Mint Chip Ice Cream cookie--it wasn't overly minty and reminded me of Andes chocolates. As much as I love strawberry ice cream bar, the Strawberry Ice Cream Bar cookie was just too sweet for my taste. I'm glad they offer mini cookies because I wouldn't be able to finish the larger ones. What makes Crumbl exciting is that they release new flavors every week.

Love that we have a Crumbl in Kyle. I don't particularly love ordering through a kiosk but the cookies are darn good!

It was my first time trying crumbl cookies, so it's hard for me to provide feedback that compares it to other locations. The store front was very clean, new, and welcoming. The order system was very easy to use and efficient. There isn't much waiting space inside, however that was not a major issue when we went. The staff were friendly and handed my cookie box with a smile. The rating of 3 is a representation of the taste of the cookies. The store and the staff were 5 stars all around. I really don't get the buzz around these cookies. They were aesthetically pleasing and cute but overly sweet. The textures of the cookies were also not the best. I guess I prefer a soft and warm homemade style cookie. Worth a try...

Good cookie. Clean space, quick service. I want the cornbread cookie though. It is the best one they have.

As you walk in, you'll notice the building space has a store front where the sell other retail items besides food. You have to walk to the back to place your order at the counter, just follow your nose as you can smell the baked goodness in the air. You can see the bakers hard at work making everything fresh from scratch. I look at the display case of goodies and know I'll be leaving with more than I came on for. I look over the menu and order the croissant breakfast sandwich with sausage and 3 Danishes (cheese, blueberry, and strawberry). When they call my name, I pick up the order and find a seat in the neighboring spot which sell coffee, tea, and other drinks (see separate review for Meridian). The croissant breakfast sandwich comes with a scrambled egg, sliced link sausage and a green salsa that has a nice heat to it. The croissant itself it nicely toasted and just crumbles in your mouth as you take your first bite. The sandwich is hearty and will fill you up. When I get back home, I try the blueberry Danish and it's as good as it looks. Flaky crust with a great blueberry center filling. If you're ever in Buda, you should come and try the Teal House.
