Crumbl has always been a place with just ok cookies, a little doughy, and almost too sweet to enjoy them. This particular location is fine, it is in the back of a parking lot around a few other businesses so you can always find parking to grab your cookies. My issue with this location is there is either an ordering issue or something where they don't get enough of their products. The way Crumbl is set up is by releasing new flavors every week so it is common that by the end of the week a few items are sold out, but we went the day the menu was released and 2 of the menu items were already sold out for the week. To be that low on supply for cookies is wild. Not to mention we got there and when we ordered we waited nearly 20 minutes, some people waiting with us waited over 30 minutes. Plus, there was no where to actually wait when we got there, there is no seating or actual standing space, we were in front of the ordering ipads, and when a group of 8 teenagers came in after, we were all squished into a tiny lobby and had to continue waiting. I don't think I will ever be ordering in person again, and I am very worried that if I ordered online that I'd arrive in person and be told my cookies were already sold out and have to get different ones in the moment like a few groups who came in for the mobile orders while we waited.

Darn you social media! Lol! My son saw this place on a friend's page. So off we gooo! I admit that the prices seemed a bit much. I thought these better be some good cookies. Lol! 4 cookies for almost $12. Glowing reviews. These better be good. Crumbl Cookies in Sandy Springs is in the back of the shopping center. I do mean back in the corner. Same shopping center as Jim N Nick's. Plenty of free parking of course. Employees wore masks. Love the kiosk by door to order and pay. You may also pay at the counter. We went with the 4 piece. Lol! Classic chocolate , 2 M&M cookies, and 1 Kit Kat were our choices. They offer their staple cookies and 4 weekly variations each week. Love the weekly changeup option. Staff was friendly. Cookies came out warm and boxed up. Not a bad setup. How were the cookies? Let me say these cookies are big and thick. Size didn't seem as apparent in pictures. The physical appearance made me feel better about the price. The yummy warm, soft, buttery melt in your mouth cookie had me at peace. The cookies were delicious. Crisp around the edge and soft in the middle. The M&M and chocolate chip were both good. I sampled those 2 cookies. I would break the cookies in 2 and savor. Anyway, yummy cookies. Loved the rich chocolate buttery taste. They are a little rich so be aware of that. Enjoy!

I ordered the damn cookies lol again. These are so yummy!!! All of them!!! Hazelnut sea salt is divine as is the semi-sweet chocolate chip. Pumpkin cake doesn't disappoint either! I'll reserve my judgement for the lemon blackberry, but as you can see it looks hella tasty! Shoutout to my Uber eats peeps for making my delivery a success!! Get the Crumbl app too and start collecting points for your cookie cravings!!

Update 7/10/21 While this still remains my favorite cookie place in the Atlanta area, things have definitely changed over the last few months. I used to be able to drop in and pick up a cookie whenever I was in the area - not any longer. I'm not sure if it's because of summer vacation, people feeling okay to go outside post COVID, or customer awareness increasing, but there is almost ALWAYS a very long wait now. When I drove up the last few times, the inside was packed with 20+ people, and there were 10+ people standing around outside waiting for their cookies. At first I thought I would download their App and place an order for curbside, but it said my cookies would not be ready for 30 minutes, and I didn't feel like waiting that long. I ended up driving away to do some other errands and then came back hoping there would be fewer people waiting. Boy was I wrong! The place was still packed, so I maneuvered my way inside and approached the front in order to place my order. I decided I would do an experiment and see if the 30 minutes wait time for Curbside Pickup would have been a good idea. After I placed my order, the long wait started. The challenge these days may be that so many people are placing HUGE orders. It seemed like every two or three customers were purchasing the party boxes with 12 cookies. I even saw one customer walk out with a large bag full of 3 party boxes! Added to this, there is the complexity of some of their latest cookies. They have recently introduced some cookies that require a lot of decorating. I literally watched 3 or 4 employees simply spending all of their time decorating what looked like a hot fudge sundae with multiple items on top. So, how long did I wait? I waited too long, but now I know. My single cookie was ready 25 minutes after I placed my order. So, yes, I now know that the Curbside Pickup in 30 minutes is a good idea. I will probably place my order in advance next time so that I can arrive around the promised time. Warm cookies, anyone?

Hubby and I were stuck at home, it was freezing, so I decided to order a box of four cookies to be delivered. I had seen these at the office before and they looked delicious, so I was excited to try for myself. The cookies were delivered quickly and they were still warm! All of the cookies were good, although I think the pink velvet was my favorite. The Reese's and strawberry pop-tart were also really good and not overly sweet. I will definitely order these again for a fun treat or a special occasion.

This place is right by us so we had to try it & I did not regret! I think cookies individually are $3.50 but they're huge! Hand sized. If you get a multi-pack I believe there's a discount. We got nutella, chilled sugar, pumpkin chocolate chip and andes and the chilled sugar is my favorite but they're all delicious. I have been biting all of them at the same time because I can't pick one The cookies are sweet, soft & so flavorful. They come with a beautiful presentation in the crumbl box & you should just try these for yourself. There's plenty of parking in their lot & toychless payment. You can order via the screens in the front and they call your name when your cookies are ready moments later. They sell individual, 4 packs & I think do catering orders too.

Love this place! It's such a great concept that you have different cookies rotate each week and that you have cute packaging. Today was their grand opening and there were free chocolate chip cookies. They were so delicious! I really enjoyed how crunchy and soft it was. We also had the shark sugar cookie and it was quite good as well. The entire place smells like a cookie and I love it. Service was fast, people taking the orders were nice, and I will be back for a fun pick me up on those days where you just need a cookie. Welcome to Marietta, Crumbl! You're just what we needed .

I only discovered Crumbl when I was driving around the area once and stopped at this shopping center. I had never heard of Crumbl at that time and went inside to look at the menu then left. I returned a few months later to purchase cookies. I was buying 4 packs for a few months and the cookies were always good, staff was nice and I like that their permanent cookie on the menu is chocolate chip and the other flavors offers change each week. All of Crumbl's Atlanta area locations are at least a 30 minute drive from my residence so I don't go as often as I used to. I like that they offer curbside pickup so you can order ahead through their app and they can bring the cookies to your car.

If you're allergic to nuts can you still eat them?

As far as I know, any of their cookies can have come in contact with nuts, but their ingredients change every week, so it may or may not be safe one week from another. Sorry this answer really isn't that helpful but it might be best to find a nut…

As you walk in, there's a case of bakery-type items along the wall and butter-creme frosted cakes displayed under the order counter. I asked the man behind the counter if they have cooked food. They don't, but he offered me the alternative to what I had described, a torta. If you're as "American apple pie" as I am, looking around the shop, its easy to confuse a "torta" with a "tarte" or pastry. The "torta" here is a pressed sandwich, filled with meat that he called 'turkey ham' (he assured me that it was not pork), onions, tomato, cheese, avocado and jalapeños if you can handle 'em. While I waited for the young lady to make my torta, the gentleman offered me a choice of complimentary baked treat to try. Who here doesn't love a free sample!? Ok! He rattled off some of the names, but had me at cheesecake! I took them both to-go, mainly because, although there was a cooler full of cold drinks and soda, I couldn't find a hint/whiff of coffee in the place. I would've asked but I'd reach my personal 'question quota' with the sandwich. DELICIOUS, by the way! I like that the press left the bread crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and all the sandwich fixins were still crispy & cool-not soggy or melty. The cheesecake looks kinda like a lemon square, has a cookie-cake texture bottom crust and a 'cheese danish' type filling that's nicely browned on the top. The serving is big enough to split for now & later-which I had every intention of doing. But, I mean, who was I kidding?! It was YUMMY. This place is fairly new, so I hope it'll add hot drinks (if it doesn't already have them...) and a to-go menu with descriptions, so I can decide what I want to try, ahead of my next visit.

Jordan recommended Lush Cakery to my fiancee and me (our planner does not accept kickbacks, but instead passes on any discounts she may get on to us) and that is enough praise for me. My fiancee, through her own research, noticed that Lush Cakery has had a hand in a lot of nice weddings in Atlanta. She absolutely loves the look of Lush's cakes (she describes them as beautiful, fun, and creative). I asked Kat how many weddings she did last year and she told me, if I recall correctly, 185 (all by herself!). She doesn't plan on doing that many per year going forward, but she definitely has the experience and is well known in the Atlanta wedding community. Kat moved into a cute space just off Marietta Square a couple years ago. There's a retail space, open four days a week, and a tasting room, available by appointment only. The shop can also be booked for small events like bridal and baby showers. Kat was waiting for us promptly at our appointment time. My fiancee and I were accompanied by our planner for the tasting. The tasting room was quaint and charming. It reminded my fiancee of an attractive sitting room, like something you would see on HGTV. We got to know Kat and she got to know us. She let us swipe through cake designs on her iPad while talking to us about our wedding, our tastes/visions for our cake, and how our cake would align with our wedding overall. For example, we talked about the season of our wedding, whether it's going to be indoor or outdoor, etc. These kinds of things can affect the ingredients and flavors of our wedding cake. There was a menu at the table with Lush's most popular wedding cake flavors. We tasted the following six flavors: * Salted caramel * Amaretto white chocolate red raspberry * Triple chocolate hazelnut * Grand Marnier strawberries and cream * Cinnamon * Cream cheese pound with lemon curd Kat had the first five flavors in the list above ready to go on a plate for each of us. The last one was requested by my fiancee who was interested in trying the lemon curd after seeing it on the menu. My eyes lit up as I bit into these cakes. What impressed me most about them was actually not their flavor, but their consistency. Every single slice was perfectly fluffy and moist. They were tender and delicate with good crumb. Flavor-wise, they were sweet, but not too sweet. My favorite flavors were the salted caramel and the strawberries and cream. My fiancee's favorite flavors were the amaretto white chocolate red raspberry and the triple chocolate hazelnut. My fiancee thought both the strawberry and cinnamon tasted delicious, but were a little too simple for her tastes. The cream cheese pound cake with lemon curd was outstanding, but we agreed that we liked the lighter, less dense textures of the other cakes for our wedding cake. Everything we tried tasted great, so what it really came down to here was personal preference. We want a classic, elegant looking cake so Kat suggested a traditional three-tier round cake. We'll have it decorated with flowers from our florist, Julie Coffin of Unique Floral Expressions, who is one of the rock stars of the Atlanta wedding industry and whom Kat has worked many weddings with. We chose our cake and icing flavors, along with a fun design extra, and were quoted under $700 for our cake (tax and delivery included). The cake will serve 100. We'll have more than 100 guests, but there will be other dessert options too. Kat's quote is about $200 higher than another quote we recently received, so Lush is on the higher side. However, the other quote did not include an extra design element and the Lush quote also includes a "complimentary" anniversary tier a year after our wedding. A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a date. We received Kat's proposal via email quickly after our meeting. My fiancee had a question and it didn't take long for Kat to respond. All in all, this was a wonderful experience. Now we just have to make a decision! Throughout our wedding planning process so far, this has turned out to be the most difficult decision yet.
