Crumbl's cookies can be best described as incredibly indulgent and delightfully decadent. The flavors rotate weekly, and we choose to split the peanut butter munch. The generously sized cookie was slightly crunchy on the outside and soft and crumbly on the inside. I usually prefer crunchy cookies, but these were very buttery, peanut-buttery and sugary - a combination that's irresistible. However, I don't see this as a frequent thing, especially at the premium price point, more like guilt-inducing treats on the rare special occasions or for gifting. read more

I pick up Crumbl periodically and have been to a few different locations. They change their flavor lineup weekly, and new flavors are revealed on Sunday on Instagram. The cookies are probably too sweet for some, but I generally like them and enjoy the surprise and variation of new flavors each week. They have an app through which you can place orders and get reward points (100 points = $10). The other day I placed an order at this location for a 4 pack of cookies, and I selected my pickup window time. When I arrived, they told me they sold out of one of the cookies and asked if I wanted a replacement. It was for 2 out of the 4 cookies I ordered, and I politely said no because that particular cookie was the main reason I had even placed an order. They said in that case I can definitely pick up my order tomorrow, no apology. This really rubbed me the wrong way. I have never arrived to a restaurant etc and found out they don't have my food I already paid for. On top of that, they said they must have had the cookies when I placed my order then sold out before I arrived. ??? I already paid for my food and you are selling it to new walk ins? They also insinuated this only happened because I came so close to closing time. They said they can't keep the filling overnight and were not going to make a new batch for two cookies. I used to waitress and totally get this sentiment. However, it's not like I walked in right before close and expected full service. Seriously delicious cookies. The flavor combinations...well, I have to say that I was skeptical about a few. Cornbread? Sour Patch Kids? Really? LET ME TELL YOU -- DELICIOUS! WE haven't been disappointed yet. We have gone two of the three weeks they've been open, and we're always greeted with a smile, the kids in the kitchen are always hustling, and everyone looks like they're happy to be there. When Crumbl Cookies opened, I did not know they were so popular and naively drove over to check them out. The lines were outside of the building and around the shopping center. Absolutely not. No worries I thought, I'll order curbside. Except the curbside orders were full every day by the time I could order! Undeterred, I am unashamed to tell you I stayed up late on a Friday night and ordered for a Saturday curbside pickup. I just ordered a dozen mixed. When I got there, it was chaos, but a lovely young lady found me, advised they were out of one of the cookies and asked what I could swap with, and then brought me out a MASSIVE (seriously, massive) box of warm, heavenly smelling cookies. I couldn't believe the box was so big for just 12 cookies until i got home and learned they're approximately the size of the sun. We actually liked this as we could cut the cookies into pieces and try as we went. Their variety changes from week to week but we definitely loved the cookies and cream, the neopolitan looking cookies, and the chocolate chip. They were soft and delicious inside with a crispy cookie exterior and unbelievably generous frosting! If you like those cakey, heavily frosted cookies from your local grocery store bakery, you'll absolutely LOVE these. The only one we weren't obsessed with was the orange Julius, but we just aren't orange people. A friend recently had surgery and I had these cookies went to her. The process was smooth and easy from the app and she was delighted to receive them! I'm a firm believer that cookies make everything better. I will say the one deterrent is the price of these cookies - yowza - but I don't think it's that unlike what you'd find in an upscale bakery. And besides, you're not ordering these cookies every day, so you know, treat yo' self! read more

Crumbl Cookie, kind of a weird name right? I was introduced to Crumbl by a friend of mine who called me and said "Hey let's' go to crumbl", I'd never turn down a chance to go out. My first time trying Crumbl was the week of the Oreo cookie and the Strawberry shortcake cookie, man oh man were those some of the best cookies I've ever tasted. This week the flavors include the classic pink sugar cookie, milk chocolate, oreo chocolate crumb, honey bun, raspberry doughnut and cowboy cookie. Although the Oreo cookie is recycled a lot, I believe that's only because of how good of a cookie it is! $4 a cookie seems like a lot, until you discover that they are not your typical-sized cookies. Additionally, the cookies of the week include a lot more additions and toppings, which helps to increase their value. Once you order either at the counter or the self-order (which is really easy) on the side wall your food is always out to you within 2-5 minutes, and the employees always ask if the cookies look good for you which I love. As far as this week's flavors go I tried 2 of them: Oreo Chocolate Crumb- A warm served cookie, with not too much frosting but not too little, it provided a really good mixture of warm and cold, and felt like heaven in my mouth. The cookie itself was a divine treat and the frosting was just the cherry on top. 10/10 Honey Bun- This was a warm served cookie, the glazed frosting was nice and warm and wasn't too sweet which was perfect, the outside was a nice crispy buttery layer and on the inside it was so soft and gooey, the perfect consistency. It had a hint of cinnamon which really pulled the whole cookie together. 10/10 Other cookies in the box that I did not have were also said to be 10/10. I'm really happy that Crumbl is becoming so popular. Every week, this tiny bakery changes up its selection of cookies with intriguing new flavors that will push you beyond your comfort zone. Overall, It was a 10/10 5 star experience, and I will be going back for more. Got a chocolate chip cookie and a mint chocolate cookie here, and the chocolate chip cookie was good and the mint one was outstanding. I wish I could end the review there. Unfortunately, I would feel remiss if I didn't add that I felt unsafe within the shop. Despite the sign outside saying to only allow 7 customers at once, they had almost twice that many at times. Some of the customers were not wearing masks, which I know isn't entirely within a business's control, but multiple employees had masks below their nose, and one even moved hers below her mouth when chatting with maskless customers. Would not recommend ordering for delivery from this location. I ordered through the Crumbl app and it was never delivered. When I contacted the store they told me they use DoorDash for deliveries (which was not mentioned anywhere when you order via their site) and to just call DoorDash. I actually went through the hassle of doing this because this delivery was for a kid who had surgery but DoorDash noted that the business is responsible for contacting them to resolve any deilvery issues or to re-request a pick up. Not only were the cookies never delivered but they made it my responsibility to try to solve the issue instead of trying to help. read more

I have actually never stepped foot in this location but have had cookies delivered to me from there lets say, a few times and I have had family swing by to grab cookies also. These cookies are so darn good and the flavors you think will not work are the ones that will amaze you the most. I don't know how they do it but there has not been one cookie that we have not liked. Some have been a little sweet for us, like the sugar cookie, but in no way was it bad. The cookies are huge! We split them in 4 and there are 2-3 bites per quarter of a cookie. This place has a lot of hype so I decided to see what the hype is all about. Since I do not like waiting in line, I decided to do a delivery. The delivery guy was Kevin (an old student of mine which was cool to see him) and he was really nice. Now let's get to the quality of the cookies. I was shocked at the amount of frosting that was on top of all the cookies. I wasn't sure if I was eating a cake or a cookie. Part of that could've been my fault because I was not sure if you could pick and choose the cookies you wanted. When it comes to the overall hype, the cookies were decent but were they the best cookies I have ever had? Not even close. Save yourself the time and let the novelty wear down because you will be disappointed to wait in line a long time and get a decent cookie. I finally tried Crumbl after so many people telling me how amazing it is. Waited an hour and in the end it was just a cookie. Was it larger than your regular cookie? Sure, it was. Was it better than some of the cookies I have tried from other places? I would say yes. The big question though is, does the time spent in line and cost of the cookie align with the everything that makes a cookie, an amazing cookie? In the end, it missed the mark. If you go in thinking this cookie will change your life, you will be disappointed. If you go in thinking you want to try a new place and get a decent cookie, you should be somewhat pleased. With that said, it was just a decent cookie, nothing amazing. Unfortunately, it's just not worth the wait of an hour or more. Contrary to popular opinion, there is not always a line. And, if there is, it should move fast because there aren't many choices to make once you get in. My daughter stood in line for around 15 minutes which we didn't think was too bad. We are bakers, so we hoped to really be wowed by these cookies. We were not. They're just ok.
