My best friends surprised me for my birthday with a Crumbl cookie box and it made my whole week! Inside this cute box with a personal message from my besties was the most delicious, fresh and moist cookies! I had the following flavors: Milk chocolate chip, s'mores, vanilla crumb cake featuring Golden oreo, chocolate mallow cupcake, and sugar featuring Mother's Circus Animal cookie. It is honestly hard to pick a favorite. I just can't because I LOVED them all! The Golden oreo had a delicious cream cheese frosting and golden oreos. The smores tasted just like your bonfire smores. It was gooey, choclately and delicious! The chocolate chip cookie had the perfect amount of chocolate chips and nice and chewy. The chocolate marshmallow cupcake tasted like a moist Hostess cupcake and was so good! Sugar cookie with Mother's animal circus cookie tasted like a birthday cake cookie and was delish! Hot new cookie business in Oakbrook. My very first time trying out a Crumbl Cookie. You are greeted once you open the door. There is a kiosk on the side for you to place your order. There is a display on the counter for the flavors of the week. Menus are rotated each week to give you four different unique flavors to taste. The milk chocolate and chilled sugar cookies are always available to purchase. There were so many delicious flavors. I just decide to stick with the milk chocolate. Warmly heated and moist. Have been seeing lots of advertising on Instagram and social sites. Looked amazing so we got in as soon as we could. There was a line outside when we arrived. Always a good sign. Come early because some cookies need to be warm when you order them and some People order allot taking inventory down. We went with the chocolate chip since I wasn't too excited with the other options. Figured if chocolate chip is good then the others will be as well. The flavors change daily. They also have ice cream. The individual cookies come in the cutest pink gift looking box so it would make a nice little gift or treat to give to friends etc. I prefer cookies made with non butter options since I don't like the taste of butter it can overpower the cookie and detract from the experience. These had a true butter taste so if you love butter it's for you. I had no idea how much I was paying when the iPad was turned to me there was no dollar amount. I didn't ask since I saw the line behind me and was distracted. This after the fact is not a positive for me. Yes, cookies might be a bit overpriced... however, you just can't get tired of these baked goodies. Love the monthly (I think it's monthly, don't go there every week to find out lol) options they have. Chocolate chip is always solid, one cookie is perfect after a good meal. Love that it's super close to a bunch of restaurants too, that way you can get some after dinner. Staff is friendly, they always show you the cookies once your order is ready. We stopped by to see what all the hype was about. I've driven by twice and there were lines out the door, so I'm happy that we got there on a Monday afternoon with no line. It was a ten-minute visit from start to finish. Upon entering Crumbl, there was a short line that we stood in, and there were also kiosks to order from. The kiosk didn't seem consistent with what they had in store, because although they were "Sold Out" of milk in the kiosk, they actually had the milk once we asked the actual employee at the store. We ended up ordering a 3 bottles of milk and the set of four cookies. It came out to be around $29. So if you're concerned about budget or not spending money on overpriced foods, then don't go to Crumbl. Peanut Butter Brownie - decent texture, not overly sweet. A favorite for those who love peanut butter and chocolate. Classic Pink Sugar - my nieces described it as the same taste you'd get from an Easy Bake Oven. Very sweet. Chocolate Chip - My niece really liked this one, but it was mild in sweetness compared to all the others. Cookies and Cream Milkshake Cookie - Very sweet and super sugary with the Oreo Cream. This and the Pink Sugar Cookie were the sweetest cookies of the bunch. Generally, I would recommend only having one cookie. Sampling the cookies was fun for the kids, but it kind of ruins the taste of the cookies. Would recommend the Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownie with a large glass of milk! read more

You also pay at this station and then move to the other side where there is a counter. If you have preordered you pick your order up on this side. I know they rotate the type/flavor of cookies they sell. I had the blueberry cheesecake. Yes, I would travel back for this cookie flavor. They are moist cookies so if you are used to harder cookies, you might think these are not thoroughly prepared. Many busy staff woiking on different steps to the cookie making process. My fiance and I work in Oakbrook and only 4mins from this cookie shop. As soon as we saw they were open I was interested. So we stopped in and order the following cookies: smores, pink donut, chocolate chip, cookie dough, lemon crumble and chocolate walnut brownie. First.. their service was excellent. There was a lil line when we got there because they only let so many in at a time but the line moved fast and it was a nice day so we didnt mind waiting. It would have been a different story if it was raining. You are greeted when you walk in. We looked at the menu on the wall but they have a display of the cookies at register which makes it easier. I found out that the cookie flavor change weekly. Once we placed our order we moved over to wait and our cookies were ready in like 2 mins. The cookies were big, soft and warm. I really liked the lemon cookie and cookie dough was my favorite. While my son favorite was cookie dough and my fiance favorite was the chocolate walnut brownie. The only reason for 4 stars was because he said the chocolate chip cookie seemed a lil undercooked. Not sure if that is how its meant to be. Overall nice place and good cookies read more

Overall the cookies tasted pretty good (the Nilla Bean Cupcake was HEAVEN) but most cookies were the same sugar cookie bottom with different toppings. The Berry Crunch cookie was significantly smaller than the other cookies too...which made no sense! We prob won't be back but it was a fun place to try. read more

I've been meaning to check out Crumbl Cookies to see what the hype is all about, and it's definitely worth the hype. There's two self ordering kiosks as you enter, and it tells you how many flavors is left if you click on the one you want. They come in a box of 1, 4, 6 and 12. Every week, they switch up the menu, and the chocolate chip is the only one that stays the same. It's also an open kitchen concept where you can see the staff bring out your cookies etc. I love that they showed me the cookies before the box was closed up. The packaging is also super cute. My only complaint is that there's no bag if you order more than one box. It was a quick and easy process for me. I was there for no more than 5 minutes between ordering and getting my order. There's also plenty of free parking on premise, first come first serve, and it's shared with other businesses in the strip mall. There is nowhere to sit or hang out if you want to enjoy your cookie right then and there. It's very much grab and go style. The cookie is huge, a bit pricey than what you're used to, but you definitely get your monies worth. It's also fresh and piping hot. I got my partner the peanut butter featuring Snickers, and I went with the plain Jane classic Chocolate chip -- don't judge me. I was really tempted when it said 1 left lol. Two self serve kiosk and a cashier but two people allowed inside and they don't send anyone else in until they get their orders. This left us standing in a thunderstorm with no one else in line, just us, because two people were inside. An employee seriously paid to guard the door and ensure they lock people out. So very disappointed. I visited weeks after their grand opening and I still had to wait in line outside! The inside is non- descript. We ordered a box of six cookies and only two had recognizable tastes. It was "Carnival Day" when we went and we enjoyed the double chocolate brownie and the lemonade cookies.
