They were offering free milkshakes to the first 100 participants and we were lucky enough to score one of those gifts! We decided to just take one and share it and decided on the Frozen Hot Chocolate, which is made with Blue Bell chocolate ice cream, hot cocoa mix, chocolate sauce, marshmallow fluff and a "kosher" marshmallow. I'm just not a big sugar fiend so I found the shake to be extremely sweet and gooey...wife loved it! I didn't try the marshmallow but she said it was good and she could tell it was homemade. We decided we would try the store in Gilbert at some point this summer to see what other goodies they offer. Overall, a good treat and thank you for the free goodie! Food (5/5): If you've never has a chimney cake, you're in for a treat. They're made to order and customizable. More so than anywhere I've ever seen. You choose your base, toppings, additions, and drizzles. I went with the traditional chimney cake with Biscoff cookies, vanilla ice cream, and Nutella drizzle. Outside of the dessert options, which are the way to go for first timers, if you're feeling adventurous, they also have one or two savory options. The chimney cakes are served warm and absolutely delicious. They're filling too so come with an appetite. It's one of those things everyone should try at least once in their lifetime. So cool to have them in Mesa!
