Lord have mercy!!! I am in LOVE with crumbl cookies. Now, I have to admit, it is extremely hard to make the perfect chocolate chip cookie, and crumbl has done it. Each week they have 6 cookies featured. The two that NEVER change are the sugar cookie and the chocolate chip cookie. This week they also have hot chocolate, frozen peppermint, oatmeal chocolate chip, and my personal favorite cinnamon roll. I normally get a box of 4 and it is my guilty pleasure. This was a first time experience. The selection of cookies vary but they have a good variety. You pick they heat. It's an in and out kinda place but very busy. We got the 4 cookie pack. You choose. We chose almond joy, apple pie, orange roll, and chocolate chip. BIG cookies. I took a sliver of the almond joy which was a chocolate, chocolate chip cookie with fresh coconut slivered almonds and a chocolate drizzle. One sliver was great. Manager Alissa (Alisha) is a joke !! She has no basic knowledge of her POS system. She has no idea what the purchase code is attached to the sales in her shop. She makes commitments to call customers with the answer and then outright refuses. The young girls in the shop have no idea the answer and instead of trying to get the answer tell me that they think it is charged under groceries and then others say it is charged under Restaurant / Dining. Instead of just asking the owner (since it is a franchise) they simply ignore the customer's question. UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL and shows a complete lack of pride in their jobs !!! I am not asking them to fly to Mars and back - I am asking a question that should be simple to obtain the answer !! Then they want to be smart mouthed on the phone and tell me that they would LOVE for me to call the Crumbl Corporate office. I will do you one better I will open a case with the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney office. read more

I don't know if this is a good thing, or a bad thing... but I LOVE these cookies. They are huge, and absolutely delicious. So far, I've tried the sugar cookie and the chocolate chip cookie. Great cookies and friendly staff! I have gone here more times than I would like to admit. I will say I wish we could sample some before buying though. I thought I had never met a cookie I didn't like until yesterday! I got the twix cookie and it was bad. It tasted like old refrigerator. Are they pricey? Yes, absolutely! $3.50 for a cookie? I mean even AJ's has cookies cheaper! Are they good, absolutely! I tried the chocolate chip which is amazing! Someone said they were overloaded with sugar, I disagree! I love how they aren't super sweet. I tried the Nutella on another visit and thought it was ok, prefer the chocolate chip. Crumbl. I get it is not the employee's fault HOWEVER it is Tuesday the second day of the flavors and you are out of two of this week's cookies ?? That is the bulk of what you sell! This is not the first time I have come to this location when they have not had a flavor in the middle of the week. I walked in and I was greeted, she had told me they were out of one of the cookies. Fine, we made a different choice and submit our order. Then minutes after the order was submitted and paid for she tells me that they are out of another flavor I ordered. 1/3 of their menu advertised is now not available. I get it, things happen I'm not upset with the workers at all, they handled my frustration very well. I then asked for a refund since now 3 out of 4 of the cookies I came for were not available and she said no. Crumbl, I am disappointed. $17 for only one cookie I was interested in. After the long awaited opening of this place we tried it tonight. Very disappointing and pricey! The choc chip cookie had a strong taste of baking powder, the pb and brownie and the s'mores cookies were bland. The box was nice but I would rather have had a brown paper bag and delicious cookies.
