I am writing this post on behalf of my hubby who is literally obsessed with Crumbl cookies. He truly enjoys looking up the daily flavors and taking our daughter on a trip to Crumbl. The smell of butter, sugar, cinnamon permeates the area as you walk in. Everytime we have gone, there has been a long line but who cares when you have a big cookie craving. Their cookies are amazing. I'm almost upset a client opted to deliver to our office because that just started a new addiction! This is pretty much at the top of my "indulge" list, with the cookie dough bar! But this one has multiple locations, and one (seriously dangerously) close to me! *jogs calories off while writing review* I'd heard of Cumbl before, but never tried one. Aaaand... that's all she wrote! Haha j/k! But, I don't think you can go wrong, here! So- you can get FRESH cookies not only delivered to your door, but you can also have them shipped! I definitely suggest making a stop by, though. It's a simple hole-in-the-wall, but I was shocked to find it relatively empty at 12:30pm! Does no one want dessert after lunch?!? They have their rotations, so you can't find everything at all times. Chocolate chip & chilled sugar are the regulars, from what I understand. Honestly- that's ALL you really need! But, I will say that the specialties offered are also fantastic! The perks or having multiple batches delivered by surprise- you get to try em' all! We literally split each into 4+ pieces because they are HUGE! That way, we each got to try a little of everything. So the price point comes into play on a lot of reviews. I can understand why! It seems like $3+ per cookie is steep... but that cookie is BIGGER than BOTH of my fists together! If 4 of us could split one- I feel like you really get your bang for the buck here. Yes, one cookie is SO large & rich (especially if you get one of the fancier options) one can easily become a meal. A box of 4 is roughly $10. ...and really, it is WORTH it! I'm not sure you can go wrong in selection. Absolutely every one of them I tried was good! But, I'm rather simple, so my favorites are truly the chocolate chip & chilled frosted sugar cookie. The winter theme on the frosted is really pretty- reminds me of Frozen! And that brings me back to the actual store experience- while you can easily order online & have them delivered or shipped via fed-ex (outside of the delivery vicinity, 3 days), I wandered down during my lunch break & it was empty besides the staff. (Check with DoorDash, too- that is who delivered!) But the smell inside was pure cookie dough! Very clearly, very easy menu & presentation, plus you can view the actual production taking place. They have the daily selections out, real time to visually see & tempt! The young lady at the counter was very polite, and quick. She explained to me the options, prices & their "points" program option (which was as easy as pressing "yes" & inputting my phone number). So the entire visit was less than 10 minutes & I left with WAY more than I should have, but very happy! I highly recommend. Not only are these great gifts, but they are probably the best cookies I've ever had. And I love how they keep the classics but rotate new options- the seasonal Oreo mint is worth it!!! Honestly, the best cookie my family has ever had! We went on "free cookie day" for the grand opening. The chocolate chip cookie is to die for delicious and the chilled sugar cookies were amazing. The sugar cookies are pink frosted and have a very strong vanilla flavor. You can tell they are all made from scratch. Cute pink boxes are used when taking the cookies to go and ordering large quantities. I'm excited to try other flavors on the menu. read more

This bakery has the best chocolate chip cookie I have ever bought! I don't know what their secret is but I love the fact that the cookies are always warm and delivered in a fun pink box. I recommend their raspberry cheesecake cookie, it's so indulgent but not so much that you're sick after eating it. Any of their flavors are perfect for a nice cheat day snack. I placed a large order of cookies($250) that were going to two different locations for Teacher appreciation week, I specifically asked for them to be packaged 10 of each kind in one box and 20 of each kind in another box . When they were picked up they were not boxed the way and the guy that was working said there was no note on there saying that sorry, I called the store and told the girl the issue , she said I see right here the note you put in asking for them to be divided up. So I have been here a few times now maybe about 5 times now. Before the lockdown, it was sort of hit and miss. I ordered a large (12) container of large cookies for Fat Tuesday for my work group. Unfortunately 8 of them were not cooked all the way ,they were still raw on the inside. After the lockdown and they re-opened I thought I would try them again. I got a smaller container (six cookies) for a work event again. These ones were much better. Everything was cooked ,no issues. They do not have napkins out , so you do have to ask for them. So if you're taking them to an event you need to make sure you have some as they can be very messy. Everyone seems to really like them ,of course you can cut them into pieces because they're extremely large and filling almost like a slice of cake . They are good to have for an event or gathering of any type. Although when they're not cooked all the way you can't tell until you were already there and you cut them open . Hopefully that is something they will check on in the future and that will no longer be a problem . read more

Everyone I know loves this place. I decided to give it a try and the service is very good and the cookies are very rich and too much for me. I am positive most people will love it but I found it not my thing. The cookies are so sugary I could only eat 1/4 of it. It seemed like it could have needed to be baked longer? I think overall it is a great place. I gave it three stars for good service and the pink boxes are super cute. Plus, the cookies are picture perfect.
