I love the sweets at Crumbl, and this location is really the best! Every time I come here, which is pretty often, my desserts always look as good as the promotion photos. They taste amazing too :) I'm the type of person who orders online and comes to pick up my cookies, and the workers here are fast and reliable! I get to be in and out of the store, but even on busy days, I don't mind waiting. This location can get pretty busy, but it's amazing how everytime I come here, I've always received great cookies! They have paper towels and straws for dirty sodas up front, and the store is always clean and well-lit. The workers are there if you need anything. I LOVE SWEETS, but this place didn't hit the spot. It is soooo inconsistent with its cookies. When I like 1 particular cookie, thats what I want to eat ! I don't like them changing flavors and having to try stuff I don't like. It's a waste of my time and money. Variety is amazing, but when you take away something I like, I get kinda upset bc I get my mind set on one flavor and THEY HAVE NONIDEA WHEN MY FAVORITE COOKIE WILL BE MADE AGAIN. First time ever visiting Crumbl Cookie, and I'm happy to say it lived up to the hype! I stopped by after lunch at The Boiling Crab with my boyfriend and his family, and the experience went very smoothly. The store itself is modern, small, and super clean, with a clear display showcasing that week's rotating cookie lineup. They offer both regular and mini cookies, which I love. Sadly, the Dubai cookie (the one I had my eye on) wasn't available for another hour, so I went with the snickerdoodle instead and it did not disappoint. Not too sweet like I was worried about and totally hit the spot. The cashier was incredibly helpful and patient, especially since it was our first visit, and she kindly walked us through the ordering process. Cookies came out quick and fresh. I went to go grab some items at target, but I couldn't wait any longer. I had to try these delicious cookies. I sampled a bit of each before the cookies melted in the hot car. I'm not a big fan of Cheesecake. My son picked this cookie. We all picked ones we wanted to try. The Galaxy Brownie Cookie is Crumbl's version of Little Debbie's Cosmic Brownies. It's a solid cookie! Rosemead's location of crumble. I went to the Rosemead crumble on 8.22 today around 7:30ish pm. Could not find parking for nothing and after circling back and forth for 15 mins. I called the crumble and the a nice lady right away noticed I hadn't picked it up and I told her it's because I been circling to find parking and she informed me that a nice gentleman was already outside waiting for me since they don't have curbside. He offered to come out right away and bring me the 2 cookies. A1 customer service. That man needs a raise. Didn't catch him name but came in clutch in a time of crisis mode. I am in line for the Dubai Chocolate Brownie and the service is awful! People are in line to order and they only allow 1 client per every 15 minutes in to order and it takes like another 20-30 mins to get your order. Love a good crumbl cookie! Although their cookies are very sweet, it's always a fun time to try new flavors each week, I think that's what makes them so unique. This past week was pretty good. Banana pudding was actually so good! Also loved the waffle cookie and you get syrup. The lemon could have used more lemon flavor. Semi chunk is a solid as always. This location had their parking area closed off so doing curbside pickup was not working but they still had it on their app. This location is also very busy so it takes a bit to get your order. Crumbl can do no wrong. The freshness is absolutely unmatched. Time and time again I've gone here and I've received nothing but fresh cookies. I've gone so many times, I've lost count. My most recent trip was to order a dozen for my Daughter's 6th grade graduation. I used their cookie cutter to cut them into 4 and they were perfect. The cookies were so soft and fresh. I wish I was able to try the mint cookies and cream but that was the second cookie that was devoured. The first was of course the chocolate chip! The inside is always so clean and we'll kept. The sample table looks so yummy! The person who helped me was Matt. He was really nice and patient when I was deciding on which cookies to get the kids. Small place, yummy cookies, but seems to always be out of the cookies I want. Been here three times, and all three times the cookies I wanted were out. Not great for a date to go particularly because there is no where you can sit and share cookies. Wish they would make the ambience with a theme. Terrible customer service, the 2 ladies were talking badly about my order while I was there. I told them in my note that someone has a severe peanut allergy that will be consuming these cookies. They asked so do we use new gloves or turners to grab the cookies. Obviously, you would need to make sure not to cross contaminate like I specified in my note. They need better training especially working in food service and when food allergies are very common. Also, they told me I didn't order cookie dough bits when it was clearly on my order and receipt. Stopped by one night to try one of their pies, so this is not a review on the cookies, just the experience and chocolate pie. The store was clean, but we weren't noticed until we were waiting at the register for a couple minutes. There weren't too many options by the time we came by, so we opted to try one of thier pies: the chocolate silk pie. For me, it was way too sweet and not worth the price. I shared it with friend, and glad I did: I couldn't eat more than a couple of bites. The crust was a chocolate too and that was too much for me. My friend seemed to enjoy it though and ate the rest. I really like pies, but I'd rather go to a local bakery or a smaller chain. If you like treats full of sugar, then you'll probably like crumbl, but for me, not sure I'd say I'm a fan, at least of thier pies. And if thier cookies are anything like thier pies, not sure if I'd be convinced to buy cookies here rather than a slice or cookie at my local pie shop or bakery. It is located in the plaza, so parking is relatively easy! They close pretty late so it's also convenient if you want a late sweet treat at night. read more

My most recent visit was because I wanted to try the oatmeal skillet cookie. The app said it wasn't available for pick up, but I decided to walk in to see if they happened to have any. Upon walking in, the staff apologized and said they didn't have any cookies at the moment and to come back. We asked if they will have the oatmeal skillet cookie available, but I think the girl thought we meant at the moment. Fortunately, she told us they do have one and I was able to secure it, which I was thankful for. The cookie itself wasn't bad as I enjoy oatmeal cookies. It was too soft for me to pick up though, so I ended up eating it with a spoon. The taste wasn't bad, but it wasn't my favorite that I've tried from them. They are also pretty sweet, especially if they have a dollop of some kind of cream topping, which this did. I do think the price of their cookie is expensive, so I would only swing by if I really wanted to try a flavor. That week wasn't the best, but definitely not the worse. read more

Apparently, they limit the selection to six flavors per week and change them on a weekly basis. Once they sell out of a flavor, that's that. The flavors of the week are displayed in the front. The staff was super friendly and informative. I used the automated ordering station but the staff helped with answering all my questions before ordering and provided my order instantly. Cute and simple wall decor and very clean looking space. Plenty of parking is available out front. Btw, the cookie was very large, yummy, hot and gooey! Cookies are unique and creative. Although kind of expensive, I'm not sure where else I would be able to find cookies like Crumbl's. You'll get a better value if you purchase a 4-pack or 12-pack. They have weekly rotating flavors, which is cool. I personally like cookies that are soft and chewy. If they are warm, that is a plus. The classic semi-sweet chocolate chunk cookie here was good. It was what I wanted it to be: crumbly and chewy. However, I did not enjoy the chocolate mallow cupcake cookie. It was hard and not easy to tear apart. The flavor of it was mostly chocolate. Whipped cream was not fluffy like marshmallow fluff. Since there are so many cookie flavors, I'm sure some of them are great, and probably some are not so great. I'll be back only if there are any cookie flavors that really intrigue me. It's a very small store. They have online ordering as well. read more

Starting my birthday month the right way by indulging in another box of crumbl cookies. The vanilla crumb cake cookie with golden Oreos was my favorite one of the bunch because it was the perfect amount of sweetness. The chocolate mallow cupcake was my second favorite because it reminded me of a hostess ding dong. You can never go wrong with the milk chocolate chip cookie that pairs incredibly great with a tall glass of cold milk. The sugar animal circus cookie definitely hits the spot if you are a lover of circus cookies. The mystery cookie living up to its name was a cinnamon roll cookie cake that was delicious.
