I was next door at the UPS to drop off a package when I stumbled across the sign showing these refreshing looking beverages and I could not help but stop by after dropping off my package. Upon entering today staff was so friendly and sweet and helpful. I asked a few questions about the lattes because I don't like coffee and I wasn't sure if latte just means milk or if it means coffee is mixed in. I went with the Mango Cream Matcha drink and it did not disappoint and you get to choose what type of milk and I went with Almond. The layers of the drink are so pretty, but if you drink it as is then you will just drink each layer separately, so I mixed mine up and after mixing it becomes this really light pleasant green color. The mango sweetness is light and flavorful and refreshing. I really loved it. I would definitely come back to try different flavors when I'm in the area!

This is the spot if you have a major sweet tooth and love a decadent sweet treat! The Velvet Bear: this one was my favorite. It's a chocolate and vanilla mousse with a caramelized hazelnut and walnut filling. Ruby: the texture is so fun, it has a soft, marshmallowy exterior with a zesty raspberry compote inside. Raspberry Pistachio Tart: Really fresh, nutty, and had a great snap to the shortbread crust. 24k Gold Mocha: super decadent, with strong espresso is flavors. They have such a cute girly interior, and I can't believe Sydney Sweeney and Sofia Vergara got cakes from here!

    Too pretty to eat.

Cruising down the street in my six-fo'. Outta the corner of my eye I caught a curious sight, so I swung a hard right to get the scoop. Founded by a self-taught baker, the classic French creations at Crumbles Patisserie look as if they were made by a Le Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef. Each unique morsel is made fresh daily from a special recipe. Inside the case are rows of beautiful pastries that look too pretty to eat. Celebrities love Katie's artistic Cookie Cakes. These lovely works of art can be customized with fresh flowers, fresh fruit, or macarons. It's far more fancy than your traditional cookie cake. The décor is just as exquisite. Marble floors, Tiffany blue seats, and a grand chandelier all emit a sleek, chic esthetic. Making a selection was difficult. I'll admit, I was a bit intimidated by the artistic desserts. Could something that pretty actually taste good? I ordered the Caramel Mille-Feuille just to be safe. OMG! The first bite was gasmic. It was SofaKing delicious. I couldn't stop eating it. The puff pastry was crisp and flaky. In between was a thin layer of caramel and a tasty pastry cream. It was also topped with a coating of yummy caramel. I was impressed! Next time I'm in the area I'm going to try one of the artistic creations. *Parking lot in the back.

We stopped by after having a hearty birthday lunch nearby. The place is clean welcoming and has a modern field. Staff was also extremely helpful. There is an endless selection of desserts for every tastebud. Not only that, detention. The detail in the presentation is top notch. I got the strawberry tart with the flower on top. Flavor was good. The cream at the perfect amount of sweetness, however, for the price of each item, it seemed just a bit pricey for my taste. However, it is still worth a visit for those who appreciate design and presentation of desserts. Located on N. Brand Ave., street parking is probably the best way to go. A worthwhile visit if you're looking for small bite-size, desserts for birthdays or special occasions.

Crumbles Patisserie is beautifully decorated inside out but unfortunately an overhyped place in my opinion. This place mostly got most of its popularity due to so many celebrities who have ordered cakes from here but, sadly my experience with the desserts here were just average. I tried this place twice so, I do give the desserts the benefit of doubt. I tried two different cakes in the two times I visited but unfortunately they were both dry and just not what I expected from such a famous patisserie. Staff were friendly both times and attentive so I had no issues with the customer service but, for the price and how popular this place is, I was expecting way better desserts!

    Birthday Cake

I had such a wonderful experience with Crumbles Patisserie! From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. They really listened to everything I wanted and made sure every detail was just right. The cake turned out beautifully and tasted absolutely delicious. It was delivered right on time, which made everything stress-free. The donuts were also incredible--they were so fresh and delicious that they disappeared within seconds! Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience. If you're looking for beautiful and yummy desserts, amazing customer service, I highly recommend them. I'll definitely be ordering from Crumbles again!

    Carrot cake

I recently ordered a cake and was very impressed with both the presentation and the taste. The cake was fresh, moist, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The frosting was smooth and flavorful without being overly rich, and the decorations were beautifully done with great attention to detail. Everyone who tried the cake enjoyed it, and it was one of the highlights of our celebration. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and the cake exceeded my expectations. I would definitely order from this bakery again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and beautifully made cake.

Edit: once I was able to finally drink the coffee it was gross. Tossed an $8+ cup of coffee that was practically inedible. Also the owner said that I was attended to promptly and that wasn't the case??? Some guy literally left because the worker was in the back and clearly doing dishes. Weird thing to try to lie about but I'm not coming back so I guess it doesn't matter. Well for starters I was waiting for somewhere between 5-10 minutes for the worker to notice me, she was in the back with headphones on. When she took my order I didn't think anything of her curtness until she was so nice and attentive to every person after me. And the drink? Well it's been 25 minutes since I'm typing this and it's still so piping hot that it's burned my mouth every time I've tried to drink it. I took a pic of the seasonal menu because I had thoughts of coming back. Not anymore.

All the desserts are delicious and taste like theyre made with time and love. I enjoy the ambience here as its pop uplifting hits on the music rotation, and the temperature is comfortable, which is important.I always want to stay longer than my schedule allows. The young gentleman who serves at the counter/ making drinks, taking payments is very pleasant and always feels welcoming. A Great place to come for a date, I imagine, spend an evening alone, or a quick stop to reset during the day. He offered the password upon seeing I came to study; a very pleasant attention to detail indeed. The first time I came it was evening and quite crowded, with a line. Today, a Tuesday afternoon, it is quite a bit slower. I imagine hours of popularity may vary so decide for yourself the vibe you want! Ciao!

Checked out this place with a friend. The ambiance of the store is great, the environment is clean and offers plenty of indoor seating. The desserts themselves I would say were alright, they looked gorgeous, but the taste was just okay. I wouldn't be rushing to come back just for the desserts. I enjoyed the banana cream latte I ordered, that was my favorite. The service was quick and friendly. Overall, I'm not sure if I would come back anytime soon, but the experience was enjoyable.

Everything looked so good here, I planned all my errands around stopping here. There were a lot of holes in the pastry line up. Maybe I should've payed more attention to that so I knew what was popular. I'm a creature of habit though so I went for the ECLAIR and what I think was a NAPOLEON? The NAPOLEON in my mind was the layered crispy dessert. It was perfect and it stayed perfect overnight in the fridge. It was still crispy the next day. I liked the cream filling too. Overall yum! The ECLAIR was filled with custard which is usually my jam but the frosting was a white chocolate which I'm not a fan of. I should've asked. I assumed the pink frosting would be strawberry or something. I'm not really picky but the white chocolate overwhelmed everything else. So if you like white chocolate it's probably awesome. I got the LAVENDER MATCHA. It didn't do much for me but maybe it's just me. I'll definitely go back for more dessert. Maybe I'll sit and hang out, it's decorated super cute!

After dinner, I was looking for a nearby spot to grab a late coffee (open until 11pm) and came across Crumbles Patisserie on Apple Maps. Plenty of street parking and a good location, though it's a little easy to miss--I actually drove right past it at first. As soon as we walked in, I thought, gosh, what a cute spot. Clean, bright aesthetic with tons of beautifully decorated pastries. There were so many options I was honestly taken aback! But I was really just in the mood for coffee, so we ordered a latte and an americano, hung out for a bit, and enjoyed the cozy vibes. It's a little on the pricy side, but hey, a lot of hard work goes into those beautifully crafted items. Super friendly service, too. Definitely planning to tell my Glendale family and friends about this place!

    Matcha Latte

I ordered a matcha here and asked the girl if it was ceremonial grade. She was clueless and just said yes. When I got the matcha it literally looked like milk. I kindly explained to her that this isn't usually how light matcha lattes are is they are ceremonial grade. She proceeded to tell me no that i'm wrong and it's supposed to be like this.

The drinks are a bit on the pricier side, cute cups though! Something about the drink I got was a little off putting. Idk if it was whatever spice they used but I was not crazy about it. I definitely want to come back and try the pistachio at some point though! Getting out of my parking spot was rough. Busy street but also some annoying guy parked in the red zone behind me, basically bumper to bumper and then another girl in front had A LOT of room in front of her and just didn't give me enough room. So many people define themselves as experts. Sadly, many of those same people will walk in and say things like, "Gosh, I'm tired, could you make me a double espresso?", clearly assuming that stronger taste automatically means more caffeine. My wife and I simply like a good coffee in the morning. Which leads to the obvious question: what do we define as "good coffee"? For us, it helps us get into the day, tastes pleasant, and does not leave a bitter note. We are absolutely not coffee experts and can discuss coffee, at best, at what we Germans would call "Thekenniveau" -- bar-counter level. I do understand, however, that it may make a difference whether beans were roasted weeks or even months ago somewhere remote, then shipped and stored, or whether they were roasted locally and recently. So we asked ChatGPT, and one of the recommendations was REGENT Coffee in our neighborhood. We went. Our directive was very clear: we explained that we knew little to nothing about coffee, which was precisely why we had come in and were looking for advice. The lady helping us started with: "Well, it all comes down to the settings of your coffee machine when you pour your espresso." I responded that we are not really espresso drinkers -- we drink Americano. She gave us "the look" and explained that an Americano is espresso with more water. The information: fair enough. The way it was communicated: not ideal if your goal is to win me as a customer. From there, the conversation did not really lead anywhere. We were asked questions such as whether we preferred nutty or fruity coffee. That may be a perfectly reasonable question for someone who already knows what those terms mean in practical taste terms. But we had just told her that we did not. That was the entire reason we were there. We were not looking to prove our coffee knowledge. We were looking for someone who had the expertise to guide us. In the end, we bought an Americano. It was served so hot that my wife burned her mouth in the car, and it took almost the entire 45-minute drive to Santa Monica before it had reached what we considered a comfortable drinking temperature. It cost $5. And we did not even particularly like it. Would I go again? No. Would I recommend REGENT based on this experience? No. What makes this particularly disappointing is that this was a tremendous lost opportunity to turn us into long-term customers. We like expert advice. We drive to Farmers Markets to buy fresh produce knowing full well that we may pay 200% more for something that is perhaps only 15% better. But we can taste the difference, and that makes it worthwhile to us. Coffee could have been exactly the same. If I specialized in coffee, I would make it incredibly easy for people like us to enter that world. I would offer tastings. I would explain, in simple language, what "nutty", "fruity", "chocolatey", "bright", "smooth" or "low acidity" actually mean in the cup. I might offer a short class on how to set up a home coffee machine properly. Maybe even machine-specific sessions. Maybe in the shop. Maybe at the customer's home. Because there are customers walking through the door saying, quite literally: "We know very little. We want advice. We are willing to spend money." And even better from a business perspective: Not just money once. Continuous money. Imagine if the conversation had instead started with: "I totally understand where you are coming from. Coffee can become unnecessarily complicated very quickly. Since you mostly drink Americano and want something smooth rather than bitter, let me give you two small tastes so you can understand the difference. Then I'll recommend one bean to start with." We would almost certainly have bought a bag. Possibly two. And if we had liked them, we might have bought beans there for years. Instead, they sold us one tiny cup for $5 over the counter, while the payment screen suggested an 18-25% tip. And two potentially very loyal customers walked out frustrated. That, to me, is the real business lesson here. It is not about whether REGENT makes good or bad coffee. Taste is subjective. It is about recognizing the customer who is standing right in front of you. Especially when that customer is effectively saying: "Please teach me how to spend more money with you." And then making sure you do not send them home without doing exactly that. Small caffeine footnote: espresso is more concentrated in caffeine per ounce, but a normal serving of drip coffee usually contains more total caffeine than a single espresso because the serving is much larger. Stronger taste does not automatically mean more caffeine.

Unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. Despite having only six tables, the wait was extremely long. The salmon was dry, tough, and brown around the edges. The bread was dry and so difficult to cut that I practically gave up. The coffee tasted terrible. I went to the counter and politely explained the problems and asked if I could get something else. I was told no because the food is made to order. I also explained that I had ordered a hot espresso, not an iced coffee, but was told I hadn't specified that. The young woman said she would get the manager. We waited another 15 minutes, and no manager ever came to our table. So we left.
