I asked if she…read morewas available within 1/2 an hour and they initially said yes but minutes later called to see if I could come 45 minutes later and that was fine. I got there on time and checked in and they gave me some nail swatches to look thru. After a few minutes, they sat me in a Pedi chair. I continued looking at the swatches and saw Sandy still doing a Pedicure. I turned on the massager on the chair and just chilled out. When she finally got to me, we exchanged pleasantries because it had been awhile since I last saw her. She's very friendly, kind and personable. I like to develop relationships with my Self-Care peeps and it's important to me that they're engaging, talented and easy to get along with. Sandy is that type of person. She's fast and helps me out. I showed her my one broken nail that I told I kept trying to grow out but kept breaking and showed her my thin, scraggly nails. I told her I was trying to grow them out for months after I stopped using Dip Powders. She hooked me up and made them look pretty even if the nails weren't long. Kudos to her and thank you for not letting me feel embarrassed about the state of my toes and nails, LOL!! She'd just say "It's okay! I'll take care of you!" :-)

My fingers should have been almond shaped, but they appear to be round on more than half of them- all different lengths. Bebe did my daughters (child's) mani/pedi as she has many times. Unfortunately after paying $100 (shellac upcharge for both hands and feet and $30 in "designs") we won't be back. Spoke to the girl at the front for a price breakdown and expressed my dissatisfaction and was met with "will you be paying cash or card ?" Would NOT recommend to anyone!

Don't be afraid to say something if you don't like the shape or color because they will fix it or help you find a color that you do like. Also if you happen to break a nail soon after your appointment then you can come back and they will fix it for you for free which is nice. It's run by a family, and they are all so so friendly and get to know their regulars. They also just got some new colors and started a punch card which is nice if you go regularly. I've brought multiple friends here and it's our favorite nail place in town because they do such a good job. One of my friends said "he is practically painting the Mona Lisa on my toes with how careful he's paying attention". Seriously the attention to detail is much appreciated. I always get dip on natural nails, and it's never messy or too thick. Their tools are always clean. It's best to go first thing in the morning on the weekend or in the middle of the day on a weekday. It seems like the busiest times are weekends, and weekday late afternoon/early evenings. It's good to call ahead and make an appointment.
