I have come here two times. great experience every time. great service. they offered me a beverage my first 5 minutes of waiting and even though i was a walk in I barely waited 10 minutes even though it was busy. Very pleased with the results. she let me know the color i chose was darker than the picture and i was completely okay with it. she made sure i was satisfied with one step before moving onto the next. My experience is never really consistent unless I go to Tommy. He does my overlay and pedicures and he is amazing! Never disappoints.

application of the nails were horrible, i rarely get my nails done and i wanted to spoil myself to get my nails done for a trip and it was HORRIBLE. the nail tips he put on weren't even my nail size i had natural nail on the side sticking out. when he put the acrylic on he just threw it on the nail no apex shape or anything it was flat the nails look flat no shape and it was all over my skin when i went to wash my hands. then 3 or 4 of them were crooked and when i told him to fix he wouldnt fix the crooked part. i gave up asking so i asked to file them myself. one thumb was WAY longer than the other. one thumb was long and one was crooked. when they painted them they don't get all the way to the sides so it looks horrible. there's a big blob of clear coat stuck on my skin on the side of one nail. i wasted my earned money on this and the service was un acceptable. oh and forgot to mention 3 diff people were doing my nails they kept switching around. that was annoying. Speaking with the manager I was met only with rudeness. She informed me they couldn't and wouldn't fix them, that I had to go elsewhere. Stating "that is what you get when you want nail art". The receptionist was very rude and made the experience bad from the jump, then my nail technician couldn't even do an even French tip! I ended up just having to go with the base coat... then to top it off my sister nails were nothing like her inspo pic the technician was looking at the ENTIRE TIME. I came to this place because of a friend's recommendation. However I do not recommend it. Con; FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE When I sat down I began telling the nail tech in a blue shirt what I wanted. I even showed him my picture for reference. But then a different nail tech sat in front of me and started working. He began working without knowing what I wanted. So of course it wasn't what I wanted. I am not the type of person to question people, I trust them to know what they are doing. He didn't understand what colors I wanted or the shape. I asked for the nails to not be so pointy but was still left with stiletto nails. I will give praise where it is due though. Pro: attention to detail My nail tech was great at paying attention to detail. He made every everything was even and flawless. Overall, I will not be returning. My friend also went for a mani and pedi. During her pedi she asked to have the foil on her fingers to remover her dip. So that she wouldn't waste time and could remove the dip DURING her pedi. The girl responded with in a little. But never put the foil on. Instead after her pedi, she was given the foil to remove the dip at the bench and waited for what felt like an eternity before someone removed it. read more

I knew my design wouldn't look good with a hot pink background, so i changed it. Also, the blue line was supposed to be very thin and dainty. I think I could've done a better job at home. I love this nail salon they have so many other services. I have been going there since the Rim first opened. Very professional and clean.

They sat me for my pedicure and I started the massage chair at 30 minutes. I then waited about 5 minutes and Ivy came over to fill the bucket, I waited a few minutes more and she began. I picked the deluxe pedicure which was supposed to be 35 minutes and she finished with 3 minutes left on my massage chair timer still. Then, Ivy claimed she couldn't do the "design" I wanted on my nails which essentially was just a colored tip, so she passed me off to Timmy. Timmy was very kind but when I asked for just a little bit shorter he took quite a bit off... the only way to fix it would have been to get a completely new set. My two pointer finger nails are noticeably different lengths and shapes. I'm so upset I spent over $100 at this establishment. I will never return. read more
