DO NOT GO TO GET A PEDICURE HERE!! They cut my nails so short that I am going to end up having a pussing ingrown toe nail !! Doesnt know how to polish toes!! Left my white crusty toe nail peeking out of the top!! Don't waste your time because they are too busy talking trash to each other instead of paying attention to their clients!!

Service was great! Lucky enough to do an early morning appointment, we were very nice provided information about the various types of nails and finishes I could do. I will definitely be coming back! Great vibe was very relaxing.

I had my nails done by Phillip today. I asked for a fill and change of color. He did a great job, he was quick and efficient and pleasant to talk to. He had a smile on his face which made me feel like he truly enjoys his job. He recommended the color red with chrome on top and I am very satisfied with the results. I recommend asking for Phillip when making an appointment. The salon looked clean and comfortable.
I do not recommend this business at all the wait time is ridiculous I waited for over 30 mins to get a pedicure another lady walked right in and was helped (maybe she had an appointment) the pedicure I received was not worth it. No kind of soap, disinfectant or anything was used just the water that my feet sat in for 20 or more mins unattended. I was there for an hour or more in total. She removed the polish cut my toe nails and repainted them half painted one toe smh... I personally would never return.
Came to get my Solar/Gel Mani Nails done because mine were starting to grow out and separate. I've seen Vivian several times before but she was on vacation when I called in so I had "Cathy" as my nail tech. I also had a Regular Pedicure done. I wanted a Lavender Color similar to the one I already had so I chose a lavender hue #253 but a pinkish/mauve tone came out after the 1st coat looking translucent like #057?? Even the tops of my nail were translucent, not even looking like they were covered? I don't know if it was an old bottle, if the UV light interacted with the gel or what was going on? I told Cathy that's not the color I wanted & showed her the color of the brush which was a deeper lavender color?? She said it would be darker after 2 coats but maybe questioned it as well? Amy was sitting next to her as she was without a client & said some things in Vietnamese so they took out the color books again & asked what color I wanted? Amy mentioned that sometimes the color isn't what's in the bottle & they won't know so I said "Is it old then?" I didn't get a definitive answer? It's never happened to me before so perhaps it was the brand they were using? Who knows? I picked another shade #81 & Cathy brushed it on my finger & I said "That's the color I want!!" She proceeded to brush the 2nd coat and that was that? I thought since the first coat was mauve that she'd put 2 more coats? We'll see what happens?? After the mani, Cathy put some lotion on my arms and massaged it in. If you don't like a flowery-powder scent, skip it. I chose the same color for my Pedi and since it was a non-Shellac/Gel application, there was no UV lamp to possibly interfere plus it may have been another formulation since it's non-gel?? After removing my nail polish & leftover gel, she proceeded to clean, shape, soak, apply polish. I appreciate that she was gentle and never hurt me on both the Mani & Pedi. She was meticulous and careful, not rough so kudos to her skills. I paid $35 for the Shellac Gel Mani and $32 for the Regular Pedi and was charged an extra $10 for filing down the Gel that was on my nails before. So technically $40 for a Shellac/Gel Mani and $37 for Regular Pedi, both that had some Gel removals. I didn't have much Gel leftover on my toes, really. The young & friendly receptionist in the front told me that she usually files down her Gel before coming in to get her nails done so she doesn't get charged. That's never happened to me in prior visits nor at other salons where there's an upcharge to remove either Gel or Dipping Powder. I will remember that about this establishment because other nail salons don't upcharge.
I've been coming to Lush for over a year now and will no longer go anywhere else. My nail tech Danny always does an excellent job whether I want super detailed nail art or just classic French. They always offer me a cold refreshment and are generous in always giving small extras like gifts with purchase. Two does my pedicures and always leaves my feet feeling so soft. The pricing is very reasonable for the the high end service and quality they provide.
I would definitely recommend if your really wanting to pamper yourself. They treat you well and I have noticed some nail places try and hurry so they can get you in and out. But my nail tech took longer but in a good way, mainly when your paying a big bill for nails you want them to take there time! And they came out beautifully. The price was a bit steep so I would say only for special occasions but that's just me! :) hope this helped you Paid- 75$ for the nail set
Listennnnnn! I left Lush Nails and Spa today feeling like my absolute best!!! I believe Vivian was the lady who did my nails and I'm 90% sure these are the BEST nails I've ever had in the 20 years that I've been getting my nails done. I am extremely pleased with the results. The lady took her time but wasn't too slow. My nails are perfect, the cuticle didn't feel dry and overworked. You can tell she took pride in her work. This is the happiest I've been with a nail salon in a veryyyyyy long time.
I have been coming to this place for a while. I had two guys who did the worst nail's job ever. I had to come back many times to fix what the guys did wrong. 2 weeks ago a guy did my nails and my nails looked discolored. He said it was the rain. I came back today and a nice lady did my nails. She recognized the bad job done by the guy. Sweet lady did my nails however my nails are rough to the touch. After doing nails for so long, I know my nails pretty well they are not rough. I had residue of color all over my hands. Sweet lady said to wash my hands to get rid of. I had to come home and use acetone to remove excess of nail polish. Sorry I will not step on this salon again. 3 incidents in less than 5 months.

Mia did an amazing job on my nails! I showed her an inspiration picture, and she took the time to recreate the look beautifully while making it work perfectly for my short nails. Her attention to detail was excellent...the mocha tones, gold accents, glitter, and delicate nail art all came together so well. I'm very particular about my nails, and I absolutely love how they turned out. They're elegant, unique, and exactly the fall look I wanted. Mia is talented, patient, and meticulous. I absolutely love my nails! The service was exceptional from start to finish. I felt so comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire visit. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, and they recreated it perfectly. I'll definitely be returning again soon! read more

I have been coming to this place for a while. I had two guys who did the worst nail's job ever. I had to come back many times to fix what the guys did wrong. 2 weeks ago a guy did my nails and my nails looked discolored. He said it was the rain. I came back today and a nice lady did my nails. She recognized the bad job done by the guy. Sweet lady did my nails however my nails are rough to the touch. After doing nails for so long, I know my nails pretty well they are not rough. I had residue of color all over my hands. Sweet lady said to wash my hands to get rid of. I had to come home and use acetone to remove excess of nail polish. not good at all. They did everything completely opposite of what i asked for. i asked for medium coffin shape and i got short and the shape literally look like a box. Once the nail tech got done doing the shape and acrylic she proceeded to tell me that the shape made my fingers look fat and wide. she cut part of my cuticle as she was filing the acrylic then kept going over it and just very rough with it in general. i asked for glitter falling from the opposite side of what she put. some of them are crooked as well. read more

I took my daughter and her friend to this place for the first time. The staff were friendly and the place is nice and clean. I had the spa pedicure and my daughter and her friend had the spa pedicure and manicure. We had an appointment and they sat us together but we didn't get the pedicure at the same time. My daughters friend got her pedicure the first 10 minutes after we were seated..then another 5-10 minutes for them to do mine..and my daughter was last. I didn't like the fact they didn't do our pedicure at the same time but it was not really a big deal because overall the pedicure itself was great. I didn't get the manicure so I waited in the lobby, but when we got home I checked the girls nails and they got cut on each of their nails! My daughter's nail was bleeding and a bit swollen now. I paid more than $130 and definitely won't be coming back! read more

I had such an amazing experience with this nail salon! Everyone in there was so sweet and welcoming. The only thing is they weren't straight up about pricing( I got them long and they didn't tell me it cost more until it was too late) other than that I highly recommend coming here!! read more

I will never come here again. Mind you it was my first time so I didn't really know who to go to. The first photo is what I wanted and and the second is what I got. The shape is wrong and the person who did my nails was rushing. They were overwhelmed/ overbooked. read more

Went back here for the 2nd time tonight. Sadly- I still can't give a better rating. The service is so friendly and the place is clean and relaxing. But I paid $45 before tip for a pedicure that is totally bumpy and rough. I don't understand what the issue is- I can paint my nails at home with way better results. This is the 2nd terrible visit where staff we're friendly but results were awful. How hard is it to paint some toenails! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this nail salon!!! This is by far my favorite place in all SA to go. They have recently remodeled and the place looks great. Danny is wonderfully talented and always brings what ever crazy ideas I bring him to life. He is a joy to be around during our time together and I love watching him work. Everyone is always so friendly. Thank you Lush Nails... I look forward to my next visit. Keep doing what you are doing. read more
