Was charged for a miracle pedi $5 more. This is the mess $110 later! If I could out ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! No APOLOGIES NO REMEDY NO THANK YOU!!! SADDER STILL IS THAT I NOW HAVE TO FIX ALL OF THIS WHEN I PAID $110!!! I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO PAY 1 PENNY! Spoke with Lance about $5 overcharge. And lol!!! They usually offer complimentary beverages. If they don't, it was simply an oversight...just ask! There is a 5th guy there named John that seems to have his own thing going on. I've never seen him waiting around for customers. He seems to come in for, communicate with, and work on a set schedule of regular clients. If you are one of John's clients, maybe you could write a review detailing what that is all about. I'm usually a short, square, neutral gal, but the owner is happy to embellish me when I get a wild hair for design - think festival or holiday time. Since I'm customarily boring, I always tell her I'm planning design as early as possible so she can schedule appropriately & I don't F Up the remainder of her schedule. She can do aaalllll the things, but if you wait until go-time to request some outrageousness, she may not be able to work it in. They usually get walk ins seated within 5-20 minutes. If they can't get you in , they won't lie to you and have you waiting around for an hour. I have two primary reasons for sticking with a nail salon 1. Quality work. 2. Real people. I never understood people who don't communicate what they expect or say, "whatever you think is best" & then complain when a service isn't what they "expected." Every tech at Lotus has wanted to understand what I want and has worked their best to provide. Every one of them have been uber-nice & respectful to me if I decided on a mid-service change.....they were even nice about a post-service change once, but its probably because that is an extremely rare occurrence for me and I try to be nice & respectful in-kind. With busy schedules, I found a day that worked for everyone and booked my appointment. I arrived about an hour early so I could enjoy the hot tub before my massage. I was also planning to take advantage of the spa amenities afterward and grab lunch at one of the restaurants. About 10 minutes before my appointment, I put on my robe and headed to the waiting area. As my appointment time came and went, I watched every other guest get called back for their massages while I continued to wait. After another 10 minutes had passed, I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The manager came out and informed me that there had been a miscommunication and my massage therapist was unable to make it to work that day. Unfortunately, there were no other therapists available and no alternative appointment times. I was simply told they were sorry and that I would need to reschedule. At that point, I broke down in tears. This wasn't just a massage, it was my birthday gift and my first opportunity to step away from the chaos and demands of postpartum life. Having that experience taken away without any notice was incredibly disappointing. To their credit, they did offer me a complimentary massage whenever I am able to rebook, which I appreciated and accepted. However, this was a very disappointing first impression. A simple phone call before I arrived could have saved me the time, effort, childcare arrangements, and emotional letdown.

The business is ran by a husband and wife (Lan and Neil) Everyone who has worked here has been here as long as I have been going. They do not have a high turn over rate for their employees. I think the folks working there are happy. Lan is amazing! She is meticulous with her work. I have had my eyelashes done, nails, pedicure, waxing, eyebrow tattoo. They do everything! This is my 1st time ever coming here and I must say this nail salon definitely deserves 5 stars I came to get my nails done and I wasn't 100% satisfied with how they looked. I called the next day and asked if they could fix it and they very gladly took me in again with no problem and fixed de my nails. I am now very happy with how they look, absolutely amazing!!! I am incredibly picky and used to be the type that Never got my nails at the same place because they were all the same. I found this little shop that fell in love with. Family owned, very laid back and welcoming. They even have complimentary margaritas! My two daughters have always liked coming with me since they were little. I love this place! I followed Danny Phan (Dung Phan) from another salon, and this one is top notch with quality, refreshments, great service, lovely atmosphere and Danny never disappoints. He has been doing my nails for 5 years. I live 50mi away, and the drive usually takes nearly two hours, one way...it's worth it! I see him every 4-6 weeks for fills or a new set. When a customer politely points out a small fix, it should be taken seriously instead of dismissed.

She's fast, efficient and respects my appointment time. Her sister does my sister on our once a month meet up. Everyone I've referred there has been pleased. This is a chop shop for sure…read more The nail application was not done correctly and nails popped off after a week when I tried to get them fixed the lady was rude and told me that the 1 week to get them fixed was 3 days ago. Then she accused me of popping them off myself. When I tried to talk to her she gave me attitude and shooed me away. Then I asked what could be done and after already paying $90 the week prior she told me I could pay another $50 for plain nails because she didn't have time due to other customers walking in
