The staff here are extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly especially Vic and Aida! My boyfriend and I came here to relieve some soreness from head to toe. It is fascinating what 4mins in the chamber can do! The cryo facial eliminated my acne breakout, diminished some pores, got rid of my headache and it was absolutely relaxing. One time, they offered $20 for the chamber and $20 for the cryo facial. The laminate floors they installed is modern and definitely an eye catcher. They have rooms to change. Shoes, gloves and robe are provided during cryo chamber visit. Cyro compression therapy is also offered for the human body located inside a room with smart tv installed so you are distracted during this therapy. This space is clean with plenty of parking! After leaving my chiropractors office for a lower back injury... I was very skeptical about getting cryotherapy. When I arrived to Cryospot, I was greeted Vic and his awesome staff that really put me at ease. I was worried I was wasting my time and money for a lower back problem I've had to deal with for years but the pain was too much not to try. Vic was able to explain thoroughly what the benefits were and what the experience would be like. I was able to go into the chamber with confidence after he explained everything. It was about 3 minutes long and was a pain free experience(it was cold but a lot more bareable than what you would imagine - 250 degrees would feel like). Immediately after stepping out, I felt a tingling sensation throughout my body as it started to warm itself back up. I was able to function normally within a couple minutes after the session. One note that flew over my head when Vic was explaining the benefits... He said "you'll rest well tonight! ". I went home to sleep later that evening without thinking much about it but after I wokeup in the morning, I felt like I came out of hibernation. No joke. This place is great. I was injured in a motorcycle crash and unable to workout for a year. I'm two months back into training and was having serious knee pains that made running extremely painful. From the moment I got there, I felt welcomed and knew I was in good hands. I am almost sixty and I have chronic knee pain I went here and I could barely make it up the stairs. I did not know they had an elevator on the other end.
