What a gem this place is for all the recovery anyone will need! Super clean place and all the staff are wonderful! Vic is the best!! Make sure you stop by here to treat yourself to some much needed R&R. All staffs wear mask and they provide hand sanitizer and gloves! And they are all so professional and friendly and always make you feel at ease if it is your first time with Cryo therapy if it is your 100th time! Please call when you're in the parking lot so they can advise you about the status inside. All services are available and they take extra precautions because of Covid. Definitely stop by this place if you want to treat yourself or your loved ones. Your body will thank you later! Come and support our local businesses during this stranger and difficult times!

This was honestly such a fun experience- I had never tried cryo before and HOLYYYYYMOLLLEYYY! This is a great place to go. They explain everything super well and communicate the entire time. It is super sanitary too! I highly recommend! Also, the owner irv is incredible!

When I was searching for cryotherapy, CryoSpot was the first place that popped up for me--It also was the closest, and caught my eye the most! Since the beginning of July, I've been battling a skin condition called "Topical Steroid Withdrawal," where my body is healing itself from all the prescribed medicinal creams that thinned out my eczema skin in the past. Prior to coming, I was extremely anxious and didn't know what to expect! I was thinking about the negative "what-if's" and wondering if my skin & anemia (low red blood cells) were able to handle negative degree temperature... I love the adrenaline that comes with fear from the unknown, and I am happy to say that I also loved my experience! First off, I want to give a warm shout out to Vic!! He was awesome, considerate, and very thorough when it came to explaining each form of therapy, along with their benefits. Being in the cryochamber for 3 minutes could feel like a dreadful, long time; however, Vic was able help time pass easily by keeping a conversation going. Sayra was also very sweet, as she did my Cryofacial and explained to me each bundle they offered. I was also able to try out their compression session towards the end--definitely worth it! Topical Steroid Withdrawal caused my body to be dry all around, including my entire face. As you can tell from the photo I provided, the redness, puffiness, and inflammation around my face & eyes drastically went down (and this was BEFORE even getting my facial). After just ONE session of doing the cryofacial, the dry dead skin was no longer there, and I can FINALLY feel my face again. Like I mentioned before, my face hasn't felt smooth since July... Words can't even explain how thankful I am to have found CryoSpot along with their heartwarming service! I'll admit that it's been over a month since I've left my house, due to both photo sensitivity to the sun and the embarrassment of my dry skin. Needless to say--I'm excited to try their infrared sauna next to help rid the toxins in my body, and I already can't wait to come back!

In response to Vic: Please do not lie. I didn't ask for a full refund. What I said to Kyle is that I understand that you're trying to run a business I'd be willing to take a refund of a smaller amount that what was sold since I only used 2 of the 15 services. That means you still make a profit from services rendered and I get to recoup some of my money back. Also I have two kids and work a full time job and wanted to see if there would happen to be any results despite the negative side effects. Avoid their services that don't even work and their abhorrently bad business practices. If I could give this business negative stars I would. Back in August, I purchased a package of services, having been sold on the fact that these treatments would help. On that day I did a spot therapy treatment and a cryo facial. Unfortunately, the following 2 weeks after that, the area where I had the cryo spot treatment had numbness, and a tingling feeling, and something just felt off in my abdomen. Having just had two kids I was hopeful the cryo spot therapy would help me rid of some lingering baby fat. I hoped that the side effects would go away, or at the very least I would sense some sort of result from the treatment. Unfortunately, the side effects lingered and no positive effect whatsoever was found. I called the company half a dozen times seeking answers to what could be done. I even offered that they might refund me half of the money back for only a fraction of the services rendered. Kyle was unwilling to work with me whatsoever and only offered for me to exchange my services for other services I don't even want, nonetheless wanting to make a 40 min drive out there for. This company scammed me out of my money!

For Groupon purchasers: recommend calling in first before buying... you'll get the same or better deal (if that's a concern for you). Located in a business strip mall at the border of Costa Mesa/ FV,..Easy to find and park. You walk in and the office seems clean, open, and professional. (I've been in business/medical offices in strip malls and they always seem to remind me of old school offices that are kind of just thrown together, but CryoSpot was not, thank goodness!) The staff was knowledgeable and seemed excited about the product which helps you feel confident you're in good hands. My reason for coming was the stiffness and heaviness in my legs from my run training. I was getting slower and my calves felt like hard rocks for weeks (even trying to roll them out myself). This was my solution. The cryotherapy was a wee bit cold. I don't think I could have tried it any colder than the starting point and the 3 minutes seemed plenty enough.... it's a unique experience and you do feel refreshed after the short session like waking up with energy. The theragun prior to it was pretty brutal but seemed necessary for the stiff legs I've had. My calves didn't seem like rocks. Probably helped, *BUT* at the expense of minor torture. Now I'm sitting for 30 minutes in the compression sleeves for my legs. Enjoying the pressure and depressurisation. It's peaceful and somewhat comforting. Overall I'm really feeling optimistic I'll be able to start training again without the tired and sore legs. I will definitely come again. For those that aren't athletes. They have other things like infrared saunas and cryofacials that helps with detox and more.

This process is so evolutionary! (At least in my opinion). What is it? Cryotherapy is like a substitute for an ice bath, but better, and here at Cryospot, the process takes only 3 minutes. An ice bath takes about 15-20+ mins. Cryospot is so convenient. You're in and out. I was mostly intrigued with the muscle recovery and soreness because I'm a fitness enthusiast/dedicated gym goer so I'm often sore all over the place, but there are also many other benefits that the owner, Vic talks about before the cryotherapy takes place. Friendly & Clean Environment: The owner, Vic is such a knowledgable and accommodating guy. Before stepping into the machine/tank, Vic gives a very in-depth brief about the science and benefits behind cryotherapy. In addition, the office is very clean and organized! Vic mentioned that there will be slight changes to the office to incorporate some type of facials. :) The Process: I changed out of my clothes, put on double gloves, sandals, socks, and a bathrobe that Cryospot supplied and stepped into the freezing yet cool machine. I then handed one of the workers the bathrobe after stepping inside the machine and closing the door shut. (FYI: The worker didn't see me naked + I kept my undies on... The door is shut and the machine elevated me. ) The machine was COOOLD, but I walked in small circles to keep cooler. It got colder and colder and I felt it shocking my body, but one of the workers was in the room with me. He talked to me and let me know what would happen, how my body would react, & also let me know how much time was left, which was really nice. Also, the temperature of the machine is noted on the inside for the client's viewing purposes, but I avoided it so I wouldn't psych myself out. It falls way below 0 and into the negative hundreds. Anyway, the worker was really friendly and professionally and that made the experience really good. The Results: After the 3 minutes was up, he handed me back my bathrobe, and I stepped out. I was full of energy as if I had just taken a pre-workout and the spot on the front of my thigh was no longer aching. It was so weird!, but incredibly cool at the same time! I'd definitely recommend this place to friends and family! read more

Iv only been here 3 times so far and I'm honestly feeling the best I have in a while. I got two back surgeries about two years ago and I still get pain from inflammation. This is like an ice bath on Steroids! I originally won a free session and after the first one I knew I had to get there 5 session deal. It's not the cheapest procedure and it might be cheaper to just do ice baths, but The big difference is that ice baths can't get as cold as liquid nitrogen can. So it's definitely worth it. read more

First time ever trying cryotherapy and I couldn't of asked for a better place to give it a shot. Aida made me and my girlfriend feel at home. Walked us through all of the details and answered any questions and concerns we had. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I was sore from a workout I had the night before and once I finished my session I walked out of there like a new man! If you're thinking of doing cryotherapy don't look anywhere else and come straight here. Good prices and amazing environment, can't ask for anything more. read more

I bought a Living Social coupon for Cryospot out of curiosity and left feeling so excited about it. Vic was so nice and me being generally nervous because it was my first time made me feel at home. He walked me through everything and even talked to me during the 3 minutes (Which wasnt as bad as I thought it was going to be). I had so much energy after and it definitely has helped my joint pains. I will be returning soon! read more

I have always been interested in Cryo Therapy and recently had the opportunity to go and I am SO happy i did!! I went for the first time yesterday with a friend of mine that i workout with on daily bases. All i can say is WOW the owner literally took us on a tour and explained every thing they offered in detail and even got to do a mini cryo facial ( which was SOOOO INCREDIBLY RELAXING), and got to experience other services they offer. He answered all our questions very honestly and didnt try to sell us on anything. We ended up doing the Cryo Chamber and the Compression Therapy. I am already hooked and will be returning for sure. I suffer from hip issues since i was a child and have always had to take pills to manage the pain. After one session my hip feels great! To wrap this up i am going to be a regular here for sure!!! read more

The entire staff is super friendly and educated on the process. I work out daily and after just doing 1 cryotherapy session my body feels amazing, I know do it at least 1-2 twice a week. I went to cryospot for my first time today! The experience was GREAT! Aida assisted me during my visit and was a beyond accommodating and very personable! I had a lot of lower back pain and I'm already feeling a lot better as i stand all day for work I am able to stand up straight also feel energized! Went here for my first ever cryotherapy session. It was awesome! Super clean office, friendly knowledgeable staff. I work out a lot and have aches and pains everywhere along with 3 slipped discs in my lower back. Even after the first session I felt some relief. If you are nervous about how cold it is, don't be! It wasn't bad at all. I felt great after. I bought a package and will definitely be going regularly. read more

CryoSpot is absolutely amazing!!! When I first heard of CryoSpot I ran into Vic at the Fit Expo. I mentioned how I wanted to try it but never got the chance. Months later I injured my knee. Vic invited me down to CryoSpot and promised me that Cryo treatment would help. He wasn't lying! Within days I was able to walk normal with minimal pain. I tried the full body Cryo, compression therapy and spot treatment for my knee. Such an amazing experience and an insane way to recover from injuries or just sore muscles. Recently I went in for a full body after going through a week of intense training and it gave my muscles the energy to keep going! very friendly/informative staff. they were able to answer all my questions. their machine is a beast and intimidating at first. the three minutes of the session seems like forever halfway through.. right when you feel you are going to die (not really lol. but it's intense), the session is over . totally worth it!! i felt amazing immediately after and feel super relaxed as of now. i decided to give cryotherapy a try because of the chronic pain i experience in my lower back from a previous surgery. my back has never recovered 100%.. i stretch/workout/do yoga but it doesn't solve my back issues.. i think cryotherapy in conjunction with my daily activities will be the cherry on top... i definitely feel less pain at the moment and look forward to future visits. thanks for all the help and honest conversation guys! read more

My two sons got me into CryoSpot roughly a little over a month due to a ankle injury. I have now been going every other day since I first started with roughly 4 or 5 spot treatments. Before cryotherapy I used to take between 2 to 8 Tylenol a day for aches and pains, I have not had any pain reliever for almost 2 weeks and my injury is completely recovered. The staff at CryoSpot is tremendous, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about this treatment. I am so grateful I listen to my boys that got me to try it has been a life changing experience for me. read more

This place is great.The atmosphere was very calming and inviting.Vic was helpful and patient in explaining everything in detail regarding my cryotherapy and infra red sessions.I had been suffering from pain in my shoulder from working out which helped immensly.I also found the infra red sauna to be helpful as well,which is a good way to extend your workout.I felt so relaxed upon leaving CryoSpot resulting in a good nights sleep. read more

Perfect place for a cryotherapy beginner. Everyone here is extremely nice, and very happy to walk you through the process. My girlfriend could barely walk because of sciatic pain. Hands down one of the best therapy experiences ever. I lift six days a week, hike on the seventh. I'm always sore. Cryotherapy literally eliminates the delayed on-set muscle soreness that I routinely feel. It also helps make you feel refreshed like you just got a good night's sleep in the span of three minutes. The shop is clean, and organized, the sessions are private (not a bunch of people crowding around) and also supervised to insure safety. They have a private changing area, and provide robes, socks, gloves, and insulated slippers. Good people running this place too. They talk to you during the session to keep you preoccupied so the temperature isn't on your mind so much. I'm glad I went the first time, and I'm glad that I'm a routine customer. read more

I inquired about availability with a couple cryo places on yelp and they were the first to respond back. Got here and the owner Vic personally welcomed me, although we've never met, he went out of his way to give me a handshake. My 14yr old son and I both wanted full body cryo and spot treatment for him. They seemed genuinely concerned with my sons shoulder injury and gave him compression therapy as well. Long story short, this place was clean, great personal customer service, friendly staff, great services, and great pricing... The fitness camp I go to introduce me to this place. A few of them did The Spartan Race, and came here to help with their recovery. So after I ran a 10k on Saturday, and a half marathon on Sunday. I knew I would need help to recover. Even after the first session, I could already for a difference. I bought a package that got me more sessions, at a pretty great deal. They say the more you use it, the better you'll feel. So I look forward to seeing how I feel after it all. read more

This post is LONG overdue! I found this hidden Gem searching Yelp for a reputable Cryo location over 6 months ago. On my first visit, Vic walked me through the facilities and explained their top of the line, state of the art Cryo chamber (no dangerous inflatable chamber here!) along with their private IR sauna rooms and massage therapy room. What sets Cryospot apart from their competition goes far beyond their amenities; they offer compassion and a true investment in the health of their clients. Not long after meeting Aida and Vic, I was diagnosed with severe adrenal fatigue and circulation issues. Aida immediately made herself available to not only comfort me and calm my fears but to personally make sure that I was able to receive the treatment I needed when I needed it. She fit me in with their already in demand myofascial release specialist, stayed open late so that I could cram in one last full body, and reassured me when I began to feel overwhelmed. I'm officially on my way to healing and am eternally in dept to their unfailing kindness. You can stop your search now, this is the place where you'll be treated like one of the family! read more

I was a little unsure about this place at first. but I decided to keep an open mind and give it a shot. oh man did I wish I haven't waited! I immediately noticed a difference after my first full body cryo treatment. I just recently tried out the compression therapy on my legs and they helped the recovery process tremendously. I'm a trainer at equinox Huntington Beach and I highly recommend this place to anybody who is dealing with aches, pains, or recovering from an injury. this treatment will boost up your recovery and get you back on your feet in no time. read more

My boyfriend and I recently visited CryoSpot. We had the full works...the full body cryo, the cryo facial, and compression therapy. I can't say enough great things about this place, the staff, and the services they offer. I felt so energized after my full body cryi session and had no muscle aches or pains all day. I absolutely would recommend this Cryotherapy spot over any others in the area. I've been to a few and although I have received good service and therapy, my experience didn't compare to the one I had with CryoSpot. Vic offered great knowledge of each therapy they have to offer, gave me a tour of the whole place and offered great prices and deals on packages to combine whatever therapy your interested in. I felt no pressure or a typical sales pitch you get for being a first time customer. I can't say enough great things about CryoSpot. I treated myself to a package and will be a weekly returning customer. If you want to do your body a favor and experience great recovery don't hesitate to stop by and treat yourself. I had an excellent experience at Cryospot. The owner Vic, an athlete himself, is very knowledgeable about Cryotherapy and is very precautious about this safe and effective procedure. I was told that I had excellent blood pressure and that I am very healthy. After doing the therapy, I felt brand new. Brand New, as if the experience at -250 degrees had commissioned processes in my body that have never been called upon. I felt great for the rest of the day as my body warmed itself back to equilibrium. Although I am not much of an athlete, I don't ever see myself going through the tedium of an ice bath. This procedure takes literally 15-18 minutes minutes from when you get out of your car to when you get back into your car and get on with your day. Highly recommended. read more

Our volleyball team had a tournament in LA over labor day weekend. During the 3 day tournament we were able to rely on Cryospot to aid in our recovery to ensure that we were playing to the best of our abilities each day. Cryospot is tucked away and a bit unassuming when you first approach but upon entry its clear this is a first class operation with a very friendly touch. They were able to take care of our larger group 15 people in a timely manner as well as handle localized cryo treatments for those suffering from knee and shoulder injuries. Since we were playing in a tournament our appointment times were very difficult to judge but the owner Vic was able to handle our group for 4 days straight. I'm not sure he would want this advertised but he was also able to treat our team before and after the shops hours to better facilitate our time constraints. read more

It's so relaxing, and my skin always looks and feels amazing afterward. After such a great experience, I referred my mom to Allie for PRF ezGEL. My mom loved her so much that she's since gone back for Sculptra and Botox too. I have to admit, I had gotten Botox before, but I have horrible needle anxiety. I love the results, but I absolutely dread the appointments. I literally start sweating just walking through the door. I actually went two years without getting Botox because of it. My mom kept telling me I had to try Allie, and she was right. Allie is so patient. I know she's always booked back-to-back, but I've never once felt rushed. She takes the time to answer my questions and always makes me feel comfortable. One thing I especially appreciate is that they offer laughing gas. It might sound unnecessary for Botox, but if you have needle anxiety like I do, it's a total game changer! This is the spot!! From the minute I stepped into the place, I was treated with the utmost attention. There was great privacy in the cryo room. Aida - the beautiful woman that works here - did a phenomenally thorough job of explaining EVERYTHING related to cryotherapy to my newbie friend. Ever since I had surgery for my knee and ankle. This is by far the best pain relief therapy I have ever had after my surgery. I feel ten times better and the staff is great and provides excellent service. I highly recommend this facility to athletes or people suffering from daily injury.
