I have moved many times, and I have to say that Crystal Movers is the best moving service I have ever encountered. I was moving several items that did not belong to me, and so I wanted them to be treated with particular care. John and Sherman arrived right on time, and their whole demeanor exhibited high confidence that all would be taken care of with skill and friendliness. The true test came when we got to the storage unit only to discover that the elevator was designed in such a way as to be unable to accommodate a very large bookshelf, an antique country French piece from the 19Century, when elevators were not much in use in rural France. Other, less professional movers, might well have given up. After all, this mistake was mine, not John or Sherman's. But rather than just leave me stuck, they scouted other routes, and found a way to get this monstrous piece into the storage unit. They worked so hard, and with such good spirits!. I was truly impressed. So much so, that I told them that I would like to ask for them, specifically, when I have to move this stuff again. I wouldn't think of hiring anyone else. My friend recommend this service to me and these guys were simply amazing! I wish I remembered their names, but there was one that was really talkative and kept me "company" while I was chillin' on the couch waiting for them to move my stuff and one was quiet. However, they were both really efficient.I had a ton of stuff that was just in plastic garbage bags (ran out of boxes and quickest way to pack!) and they just threw everything in a large box and boom.. we're all good! They made sure to wrap everything breakable such as the fridge, dresser, couch, coffee table, etc. They even took apart my ikea bed and built it back! Whooo!! What they said took the longest was the stairs. I lived on the second floor and moved into the second floor so it took a while to move everything up and down. With that said, they were still super efficient and barely stopped to take a break. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys! read more

I don't write reviews, but I felt like I have to support the team that helped us move. Vadim and his crew were amazing in our move. We just had a kid, so we didn't have time to CAREFULLY pack our stuff and really only had about 90% packed. They came and took very good care of our furniture and quickly put our left over items into boxes. All 3 were very nice and professional. They used their own material (without charge) to tape, shrink wrap, and blanket our things to ensure we did not have any items damaged. When we got to the new house, they unloaded the things and carefully maneuvered our ridiculously large sofa up the stairs without a problem. We found this company via instagram page and kind of liked their rates(to be honest, very cheap than other companies) We were a bit hesitating in the beginning because moving is such a risky and stressful job and not always it ends up as you have expected. But then we found it on yelp through my hubbys search and we were very impressed with their reviews and pictures so we booked them. They did such an amazing job!!! We hired 2 movers and truck and these guys did excellent job on wrapping items carefully and so organized. They even had special things for keeping our furniture safe inside the truck. Wow! I want to thank Crystal Movers company for a big support they provided to me during my moving process. I found this company on Google and decided to call them. I was a bit stressed out about my move because I had a lot of huge and expensive stuff, but this guys took care of it. I've been moving a lot, I would hire many different company's like abc, Olympic moving etc, but Crystal Movers so far were the best in this business, their not just some type of movers that trying to get as much as money as they can, they do everything fast, professional and they are honest with you. We called the movers for moving our home locally inside Simi valley.The movers showed up on time .Aslan and Sam were professional and courteous . We moved from an apartment to two floor town home and the moving was so cool and easy. And they did it very carefully especially the the sofa which though they had a hard time taking it up because of narrow stairs they took time and did it with out a scratch to the walls or any damage to the sofa . This was my second time using Crystal Movers. Aslan and Sam made our move from Calabasas to Los Angeles fast, smooth and efficient. They wrapped and secured the furniture carefully so that there was no damage or breakage. The price was fair, and they went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the new placement of the furniture. I contacted to schedule my move and they took me through the scheduling process and thoroughly explained all the details of my move.
