From start to finish, Andrew was very communicative and organized. I also appreciated how kind he was throughout the process because moving can be a very anxiety-inducing process. On the day of the move, he and Ariah were fantastic, and I was genuinely shook at how efficiently they moved. My former apartment complex was also surprised when I went to turn in my keys because I had cleared out so quickly. They're also some of the coolest human beings (chill, fun, and easy to get along with), but on top of that, they provided stellar service and a job well done! Couldn't have asked for more. I feel like prices are fairly standard for movers in the area (very reasonable), but most importantly, I really appreciated how transparent they were about things and how amazing they were throughout the entire process. They said that they couldn't take a credit card and would only accept Zelle, but charged me the credit card price which is $20 more per hour. The owner tried to say that there's some sort of fees, but there are no fees for Zelle. The difference was well over $200 so this is why they're getting three stars and almost got two. I also spoke directly with CSI and was told the claim was closed at your company's direction--not due to any lack of response from me. The floor damage was hidden by boxes your movers placed throughout the area. Once the boxes were removed, the scratches were visible and I notified you within two days. That is reasonable notice. The $0.60/lb valuation is irrelevant here. This is not about damaged household goods--it's about property damage caused by your employees. Scratching new granite flooring with dollies is negligence, and that liability rests with your company, not the customer. Very disappointing handling of a clear issue.

The moving company should be professional, efficient and handle your belongings with care. I packed all of my belongings, labeled the boxes and made sure they were all in one area on the first level of my house. In total, I was moving 19 boxes, several duffle bags, a dresser (the heaviest item), a credenza, I disassembled a small dining table and twin bed for them, and some lighter chairs and benches. I asked ahead of time if they move potted plants, and I was told yes and was assured they take great care in packing them. I was told it would take a minimum of 3 hours with two guys. The day of the move, they arrived with a truck that could not fit in the driveway and could easily accommodate three households. Since I wasn't even moving a sofa, it seemed odd. I walked through and showed them exactly what was moving, and they decided to leave and get a smaller truck. When they came back, he asked me (again) to show him what was being moved. They were not using moving blankets, protecting my floors or protecting anything. When they moved something out of the way, it caused the wood dining table top to fall over and chipped the walnut wood. After that, I asked if they could wrap and protect the wood items. One of the guys started wrapping an item with saran wrap but loosely, but it did not make a difference. They used a Dolley to put one of the planters on, and spilled dirt everywhere and never bothered to wrap or protect the ceramic pot. I finally picked it up and carried it myself to their truck. The heavier potted plant they put in the truck, but again never wrapped or protected it. They repeatedly used my bathroom and splashed water all over the mirror and walls. In short, they were completely disrespectful. When we arrived at my new apartment, the had broken the pot of one of the plants. It was shattered into pieces and the plant was ruined. It cost $500. Edgar was genuinely sorry, and gave me a discount which I in turn applied towards the tip for the two guys ($70). However, I would never recommend them to anyone and obviously not use them again in the future.

I definitely recommend that you include every single item in the video, because even with the biggest truck that they had, we still had overflow. For reference, we are a family of four, with two little kids in a three bedroom / two bathroom house. The price point was pretty reasonable and they were flexible, given the fact that they are located in Los Angeles, and we wanted them to come up to the Bay Area to help us move down to the Los Angeles area. They called us the day before to confirm all the details. When we realized that the truck was over the weight limit, Yana quickly called us to give us a couple of options. We opted for another truck to meet the first truck, to distribute the weight. It was an extra cost, but reasonable, considering the issue at hand. These guys were efficient and quick. We apparently have a ton of stuff lol. They originally mentioned that it would take 3 to 4 hours to move everything into the truck, but in reality, it took approximately 5-6 hours. They were punctual and even got there five minutes before the agreed-upon time. I wasn't there when they brought in everything, but my husband said that they did an amazing job at putting the boxes where they were supposed to be, based on our labeled boxes. They reassembled everything, no problem. I called 5 to 6 moving companies, and we are happy that we decided to go with this company, given the communication, efficiency, and price point. If you need movers, this is the company to go with.
