This was the best nail salon I've been to in Vegas! The customer service was great. While waiting I noticed the salon had a relationship with each person that walked in. They knew each other by name and I thought that was definitely a green flag. They offered me a drink when I sat down and made sure I was comfortable. My Experience when I called to make the appointment was good, but when I got to my appointment I wasn't really greeted like they wanted me there? The man that did my pedicure was nice but the service was mediocre at best. I was given the price Menu and asked for the extra massage which was the deluxe price for 65.00. The massage was terrible. He didn't massage my feet, but massaged my legs? It was hard and uncomfortable! The extra massage was $8.00, and was for an extra 8mins. he probably did it for 5 mins total? Then I was moved to the Lady for my Manicure. She was on her phone most of the time. She kept stopping to look at her phone? While doing my manicure, she cut my cuticles on 3 different fingers? They still hurt today and it's 3 days later. She laughed it off and said "I'm so sorry your first time here and I cut you"! Really? I should've got a discount, but that's not what I was looking for? When I went up to the counter to pay, I got a GenZ boy who had no customer service. He was on TikTok the entire time! Just terrible! I will never go back there or recommend this business to anyone. The fist thing I'll say is that if you're looking for affordability, this may be your place. However, I went in for a mani/pedi and didn't get any options for services, there was only one option. A stone message or paraffin wax was not offered. The pedicure was fine, the manicure was less fine. :) They didn't soak my hands in water, they didn't even use cuticle remover, she literally dipped her finger in water and rubbed it on my cuticle and began cutting. She didn't push the cuticle back so she was just trimming the top of my finger. There wasn't any buffing of my hands or feet after all the filing and scraping. Walking in, I was greeted with warmth. After checking in I was guided to my massage chair with amazing features. This chair is everything. Then the choosing of the colors. After choosing the color, the owner himself came to introduce himself and shook my hand welcoming me to this salon. I was handed my pedicure menu. Which they had many options but I chose the classic which is $40 with a 6 min foot massage. (Omg this massage was amazing so needed along with the chair massage it was the ultimate package) I had one major ingrown that was super painful and he was able to take it out although it was painful but hopefully he was able to fix it because at this point I'm limping from the pain. Overall this place is super clean, even the floors which are white tile were spotless. For a Sunday they aren't super busy but they had 4 other clients. I'll be coming back. I've been a regular customer (updating this review from 2020) for over four years. Change of ownership often brings change, sometimes good and sometimes bad. I continued to get my nails done there watching the changes as they came. The first change I was informed by a posted sign at the desk AFTER I showed up to my appointment there was an additional charge to pay by credit card. I did not appreciate not being informed of this change before I arrived. Had I been told, I would have stopped to get cash. They have the ability to text you as a customer to remind you of an appointment, they should have sent out a warning about the fee. On a second visit I arrived having made an appointment for a mani and a pedi with my regular nail tech Amanda and was told after arriving that "management" had assigned my pedicure to some other tech I didn't know, so Amanda could do another person's manicure. I should have just told them never mind but I really wanted a nice pedicure and was disappointed by the job that was done. Prices went up and service went down. Instead of sanitary paper towels to dry your hands there were re-washable cheap wash clothes. While the new owners were present, they never introduced themselves or even greeted me when I entered as a customer. Final straw was Amanda leaving the salon. Sorry, but she always treated me with respect and made me feel valued as a customer. New owners might want work on relationship with their customers. Update 5/5/24: Tanny T, Answering a negative review with a lie insinuating I have not been in since you took ownership is not a good way to restore good faith in business practice. Your business texted me reminders of my appointments and they are all on my phone. I have attached a picture of the last one. My last appointment was 2/13/2024. Prior to that, 1/16/2024, 12/6/2023, 10/21/2023, 9/28/2023, 8/22/2023, 7/18/2023 and 6/6/2023. You purchased it in June of 2023 correct? I have been a regular customer for 10 years. This in part just proves my point. I have been coming in regularly into your business since the day you purchased it and you either have no idea who I am or you are lying so as to not take responsibility for the poor service and poor customer contact you have provided since you took over. When I say that you might want to work on your relationships with your customers, that would require you take responsibility, apologize, and then make changes to ensure other customers don't have the same experience I had. I'm doing 2 stars because the older gentleman at the front desk was super nice and sweet (I'm guessing the owner?) otherwise I'd do 1 star. Never having been there before, I went in for a gel color change. I'm not sure what the guy's name was that I got but as soon as he started, I got the sense he didn't really know what he was doing. He started using the electric file to remove the old gel but he was very rough and just kept digging the file into my nail bed. I really thought he was removing way too much when I started seeing flakes of my real nail fly off. Out of my 10 fingers and I flinched and pulled back 8 times! He was digging the file so deep into my nail that I could feel the file burning through. On the final nail, I pulled back again and finally said I couldn't do it anymore and I wasn't going to finish the service. I just needed to leave instead. He said he wouldn't use the file anymore and he'd be more careful. I hesitated but let him finish. I told him I wanted to go cut my nails a little shorter so he clipped each nail straight across and left them like that. No rounding out, filling sharp edges or shaping. Once he started applying the gel color, it seemed different. I soon realized it actually wasn't the color I picked at all and let him know. He told me it'd be ok and could still fix it. At this point I just wanted to leave this place and never come back. By the time he was "done" my nails were jagged sharp, paper thin, dented from the file, and just looked awful. I went home and immediately started filing the sharp edges down and shaping them. My plan was to just never go back and not bother with a review but after going to work the next day, I couldn't do anything with my nails without them bending and hurting. The tech fixed the 2 broken ones, went over the others and fixed one I didn't even notice. The tech was pleasant and didn't make me feel wrong for coming back and having the problem fixed. I came in today to get a pedicure & a full set of pink & white nails. On Monday 10/18 I am getting Married. I arrived on time for my 3:00 pm appointment. And I was taken at 3:30. Okay not a huge problem. Let's talk feet first. The pedicure spas were very nice. With massage chairs that are just heavenly. I introduced myself to a woman doing my pedicure who was Dianna. I opted for the Organic Pedicure. She started out okay but a few times she left me for around 5 mins without telling me she had to fix a clients nails. When she came back she proceeded to work on my feet again. She kept looking out of the window while working on me, way to many times. She pushed back my cuticles on my right foot but totally forgot to push back the cuticles on my left foot. She then started cutting my cuticles. I have a horrible callous on my right foot so she took what looked to be a cheese grater on my callous and Vigorously went to work on it. Great the Callous is gone BUT what I didn't realize was that she took to much skin off & I was bleeding, which I didn't know about till I got home because my toe hurt big time. I took 2 pictures, 1 pic with the blood on the Sandal & another of my toe with the blood on it Now onto the pink & white acrylics. I had an Appointment right after my pedicure with Dustin. He put tips on all fingers except for my wide thumbs which he had to sculpt. He used one color acrylic and used gel polish to paint my pink & white nails. They came our great but I was charged for a F/S of Pink & white when in reality I had one color acrylic. Both cost $50.00 total $100.00. I believe one color acrylic cost $35.00. He probably didn't have the time to do pink & white acrylics & took a short cut in doing 1 color. Bottom Line: will I be back? "NO" . That evening I had to put an antibiotic ointment & a bandage on my toe because it hurt so much when I walk or stand. In fact I have to walk with a limp in order to not put pressure on it. By the way I was a nail technician in California. I haven't done nails professionally since 2000 but I do know about the nail industry. Just a side note Dianna probably did know she cheese grated my toe to a pulp but never mentioned it. You know the saying " quantity NOT Quality" read more

Don't bother paying for gel at this salon they all started chipping within a week. Wasn't too bothered until a big chip on my thumb. When I called to fix it Dustin told me the person who did my nails moved away but I mean good riddance they were terrible. Even when doing my nails I asked for a different nude for my skin tone and the man only seemed to know of bubble bath. Literally every other salon I've gone to I've never had an issue with gel I pay for gel for a reason so that it doesn't chip. So whether it be poor service or poor materials I'm not sure maybe a combination of both. Owner was unable to work with my work schedule to fix the problem either which was just charming. read more

I came to see Amanda, who came highly recommended by a good friend, and she exceeded all my expectations! I was told how amazing she is, and she ended up being even better! Amanda is a great person and she and her husband keep a clean and fresh salon. When you walk in, there is absolutely NO chemical smell! They use top notch products I've never seen before that are lightweight and non toxic. The picture doesn't even do these beautiful nails any justice.
