I am deeply saddened to write this review. I will start off by saying that if you're going to come here, please please call ahead and book with Jimmy. He's the reason this place has high ratings. He's the owner and does his best to remember everyone's' names. He is so friendly and does an amazing job. Do not come here to get your nails or pedicure done by anyone else. I came to this location multiple times and thought I had found my spot with Jimmy, up until the point Jimmy had an emergency and had the lady at the front (to the right when you come in through the doors) take over and do my nails and omg. The worse service I've ever gotten and the first time I spoke up at any salon. Here is what happened: She was in charge of the phones with Jimmy being out and kept repeatedly throwing the phone close to me saying she hated the spam calls. She kept coughing (she was sick) and would cough onto her hands and proceed to do my nails and touch my hands (no mask). She kept pressing my thumb down telling me to relax. I did and tried to tell her if she forcefully holds my thumb it's hard to relax and she kept pressing my thumb to the point it caused some pain. She was doing French tips on me and she said that she hated doing French tips because it took a long time. There was a couple that came in and she had the guy wait 45 minutes next to his gf with no service. An older Hispanic lady with limited English came in and asked for a pedicure. She asked for the wait and the lady doing my nails said 5 minutes. Took 30 minutes. But get this, she was going to sit her on the chair the dude was at with his feet in the plastic bag! I spoke in Spanish to the lady letting her know they need to change the plastic. The lady doing my nails was like "you speak Spanish? What are you telling her" I'm like "I'm telling her you need to change the plastic bag on that chair." She was like "why would I do that. There was no water. " I then said "yes but the guys bare feet were in there for 45 minutes'!" She's like "when you go to the beach you touch ground that everyone walks" I was baffled she was arguing with me! This is a paid service not a free walk on the beach. I called Jimmy letting him know I can't come back because now I feel the hostility and the service was terrible. She also didn't give me what I wanted with the color and I told her this and she said no it looked fine. I've seen the other ladies. They give the meanest attitude towards customers if they don't understand what they need to do with their feet. They have this weird counter thing where you put the heels of your foot over it. It's so weird and if you've never seen one you would be confused on what to do. They don't explain it and just point and get super mad when you don't understand. Seen it on multiple occasions I've been here. Overall please just ask for Jimmy and have him do your manicure and pedicure. I feel bad because he tries really hard and does a fantastic job. My nails always lasted 3-4 weeks with him. Now I'm onto Russian manicures because I'm so done. read more

While discussing their pricing which is higher than most and charge extra for scrubbing callouses, which I have never paid extra for in the 40 years getting pedicures the woman told me I was lying ( "I don't believe that" ) when discussing what I normally pay.
