Walked in and waited for an hour to get a manicure for a first time meeting while a young lady. They let others cut in a head of me. Maybe cause I was first time customer and these ladies had been here before. Either way this place has poor customer service. Yeah sure the prices are low, but that's not what brought me there. i've been coming here for years and referred many friends here. this is where i discovered "threading" for my eye brows. i just love how vickki or lisa work magic on my brows. the ladies there also do a good job on my manicure/pedicure and the prices are very fair. the drawbacks are that it's definitely ghetto, busy, and a bit of a drive for me. the only thing that keeps me coming back is how i love my brows when vickki or lisa are done, plus the ladies are really nice. but i'd be willing to forfeit the nice-ness if i can find another location that provides the same or better brow threading closer to my home. read more

Shitty ass job on my gel manicure. I spent 80 bucks on gel manicure regular pedicure and and regular manicure on my daughter. I got 4 design's 2 on my feet and 2 on my hands. Omg exactly a week the gel is lifting from 7 nails. This is ridiculous. I spent 80 dollars and this is the poor quality service you provide. Not ever coming back. I rather just go a real nail salon where they provide true quality. Not this place where the prices dont reflect the quality. Older man did a full set for me. He did a great job and said he'd been doing nails for 20+ years. I liked that he filed slowly around my entire nail bed as I've been told this is what prevents lifting. A lot of nail techs rush doing this part. They didn't try to force gel nails on me like most shops now do. I was a little thrown back by being charged $28.50 for him to put on a full set of regular acrylic tips and clean up my cuticles but in the end, I didn't mind paying because he did a good job. I recently went to go get a fill and the new girl, Jenny did such a great job filling them in, cutting them shorter and shaping them in a coffin shape. It Didn't really bother me though so i asked for a fill and design, and to tell you the truth the lady got down...absolutely love them!! but after a few cuts here and there! I only give it two stars because the lady who did my nails tried to handle my hands with gloves on after rubbing on some Lady's feet!!!! Gross, so i pulled my hands away and rubbed them on a towel and she gave me a clueless look so i told her that i didn't want my hands touched after she had touch the other Lady's feet. she smiled and said of course. I will not waste my money here again. I came about a month ago to get a full set for my engagement photos to get done. I had an appointment at 6 which is the time they close so the whole time they were rushing. I get it, you wanna leave but then don't make appointments at those times. So on two of my nails the shape was so uneven and the tip was glued onto my nail completely crooked. I asked to have one redone because it was so noticeable and she just filed it on the opposite side to try and even it out -_- okay it's a mistake, whatever. I went in two weeks later for a fill when it was DEAD, hoping for better service and got set up with the same lady. The set before had already had acrylic actually chipped off and lifted so much, they would pull my hair out just by washing it and that's never happened to me before. So doing my fill, she didn't cut off any of the lifted acrylic, she just filed it down a little and put more acrylic over them and I didn't think anything of it. Another customer comes in and wants Tina, the lady who's doing mine and so she starts rushing. She painted my nails so fast I had huge bubbles all over them and they were so uneven with the shaping, they looked awful. She then handed me the bill and made me rush to leave and my nails weren't dry yet so I messed two up and she didn't care. THE WORST PART....so because she didn't clear the lifted acrylic, when I went in this weekend to another shop and they removed the nail color on top, I had started to get FUNGUS set between the fake nail and my real nail on at least 3 fingers!! Absolutely ridiculous and I will NOT be coming back. read more

My girl was amazing she was polite and I was unsure of what to get due to them not having what I wanted which was a clear pinky kind of colored acylics and I love the result , she hooked me up with a full get of gel polish for $32 but it was dirty there and my sister got a pedicure and I saw her clearly in a lot of pain during the process plus I speak a little of their language and a lot of sh*t walking about the customer saying someone needed to stop complaining so much... ive been to crystal nails many times it used to be my go to spot especially for eyebrows, but last week I promise you was my LAST time I will ever go there. first let me start off by WARNING all ladies do not get your eye brows done here they double dunk in the wax and it is disgusting and unsanitary. Double dunking leaves the wax open for contamination, which in returns means that you are open and prone to get infections. let me put it this way if the lady before you just got her lip waxed, say she had herpes though, double dunking leave the wax with bacteria that may contain the disease. Besides that I have had Vicky do my brow the last two times I let her touch them she fucked them up both times and had the audacity when I went back the second time to tell me that the last lady who did them took too much and not to touch them, like hello bitch its YOU. and the last time she left them crooked one higher than the other. I know see a lady who charges $20 for my brows but way better and 100% sanitary. DONT listen if they tell you the hot wax kills all bacteria, that is a lie. I went to cosmo school. now lets talk about the nails I just got nails for the first time in like 5 months and the shape was very uneven, I had tony hes very great at fixing things I don't like but I feel I shoudnt have to explain. my nails were lifted and falling off by 2 weeks, I feel like that there should be no lifting only space to be filled expecially no nails that popped off. Two of mine were off and almost half lifted. I went last week on Wednesday another lady did my nails, the fingers she fixed were different lengths and one week later I had 2 pop off the same day with NAIL DAMAGE and all my nails are lifted except 3 like wtf I just got these bitches done and they already lifting yall suck. need to find a new profession or practice more. I asked them not to file next to my cuticle because they always cut me so she had Vicky come and do it, the bitch still cut me. DONT GO HERE!!!!! Sucks!!! If u want something simple like plain French tips or solid color acrylics then it's Ok. I went in because Im get married tomorrow and I wanted French tip nails with flower nail art. I showed them a pic of the nail art I wanted and the person attending me said Ok. Did the French tip then asked a different person to draw the flowers n that person drew a flower that my 6 year old niece can draw better. I showed that person the picture of the nail art I wanted then I was told that the person who can draw the nails like I wanted was on maternity leave. Wtf!!! As I tried to stay calm I asked for something more simple. I asked for a Lil bit of glitter on the lower part of the nail and some diamonds. They proceeded with adding huge cheap glitter all over the nails after I repeatedly asked them to just apply it on half the nail and even showed them a picture of how I wanted it. But no they still did what they wanted. I had to pay 28.50 for fucked up nails that I did not like. I ended up ripping of the cheap looking diamonds and went to the nail place at the mall were you can at least talk to people who speak good English so you can get exactly what your asking for. If I could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! Don't waste your time and money. Not worth it!!! read more

Don't listen to ANY negative reviews for this nail salon! The women that work here are TRULY talented. Especially the woman that does eyebrows, I cant remember her name. Her threading is excellent. This salon was my go to salon for about a year until I moved to Mira Mesa. :( If I had a hybrid I would still be going here. If you want the best work, ask for Jenny !!! I cant stress this enough. I went in to get my toes and nails done. Getting my toes done didn't take long, but getting my nails done took forever. I was there for like 2 and a half hours. They were going back and forth betweem customers and they got distracted. I knew what I wanted coming in, but the one of the lady said she doesn't know how to do it. So while my toes were getting done I was looking for a substitute with the same colors. I found one but she completely ignored it and did it her own way ignoring what I want, and she didn't file my nails correctly. I wanted something really simple, it wasn't hard. I was really close to letting them know I didn't wanna do my nails anymore, because I was getting impatient but I would have felt bad. But, they are really friendly so I'm rating them a 3. I decided to give this place another chance and returned once again only to get the same crap. I had been coming to this place for so many years and never had a problem till the last 3 times in a row. Everyone is new and I really wanted to stick with this location and decided to try another manicurist. She did a full set and took about an hour before the owner took over she started painting my nails and I let her know that was not the color I had asked for. I requested a pink and she put on a white. She said they didn't travel the color they had as a display when I had specifically asked the previous lady man times if she could do that color since that is what they had as a display. I will most definitely never return to this place I prefer to walk around without nails instead of being lied to and having to sit for such a long time because these ladies are soooo slow! And the eye brows are just as bad the lady grabs your face like if she's mad and leaves eyebrows so thin horrible experience! I will never step a foot into this place! read more
