Food was terrible, especially considering the price. The Wagyu meatballs taste odd and have a weird texture. The lobster rigatoni had very little flavor and the sauce was too thin. I would only go for the wine flights and charcuterie boards. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I like the aesthetic they had with the interior, but the music was too quiet making it a bit awkward.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] And... service wasn't great. Felt rushed to order and didn't feel very welcome.

Got a cheese plate to start to go with something different over bruschettas. Chose 4 pieces of cheese and it comes with spreads and bread which made for a good start to appetizers They had flights of wine but I went with a glass, the margarita pizza was delicious. Nice and thin and hot out of the oven. Service was great and on point where I never felt rushed. The aura was traditional with wine bottles on a wall and outdoor dining but too cold to sit outside

Reviewing after first visit: *the Service: Good. They only had one employee during our visit. She was the hostess, waitress, and bartender! Felt bad for her but we were not in a hurry so we were patient although I did see people leave. Although she was trying her best this made for a very slow service. *the Food: we ordered a wine flight. Was told they rad out of one if the reds. apps: pizza, calamari, tartare, goat cheese-twice. portions were inconsistent. Knocked only one star for these 2 things We will definitely go back for the goat cheese! See pics.

Very small and quaint establishment for a quick bite. They had a very extensive wine menu and even have wine flights. The food we had was delicious. We had the meatballs, salmon dish, black truffle pizza and ceasar salad. The menu has a lot of items you can share so we did. The pricing was also reasonable too. Our server was very attentive and the water attendant kept our glasses full from the time we sat down. My friend had to wave him off for her lol. I definitely recommend giving this place a try!

I have been to Cru more times than I can count. I came here last weekend on a friend date and had vino (what else would I have). I continue to come here because of the variety of vino offered. However, what is missing as far as selection for me are more vinos from regions of Spain and France but that is just a personal preference. In general, this is a good place to come with friends or a date and enjoy vino, casual conversation and a decent charcuterie board.

Service was very poor and unprofessional. Aside from getting the wrong flight (Pinot not merlot) in the wrong order described, I won't mention the rest here as I am happy to discuss the rest with the manager. Being in the wine industry, a nationwide well known business, I was surprised at the lack of descriptions, attention, and general carelessness of the flights served. Staff did not care but these wines are special and there is so much to share behind them. I would suggest this place on the wine alone. The wine here is fantastic and whoever the sommelier or buyer was did a fantastic job. Any flight you choose will be an adventure. It was my birthday here too which was mentioned and our waitress told me " yeah ok if you really want free stuff so badly I can go ask"... Yikes. Wouldn't come back. And would not host an event here. Boils down to lack of knowledge and professionalism in staff.

This place is ok. Avocado toast was underwhelming- think the arugula needed a lot more citrus sauce to it and more seasoning on the avocado mash. The toast i felt also was dry and didn't go with it as well. The brisket hash (seems like a new menu) was actually pretty good. The meat was soft but the bread they give you on the side was just soaking in the sauce and very soggy. The chef came out later and asked our opinions so we recommended the bread be on the side since it was too soggy to eat he just said thats our preference. Honestly im not sure if many people like soggy bread but food here is just mediocre.

This review is for the service which was not great. It took the server about 25 minutes to bring our dessert and charcuterie board. Cru was not crowded. Wine was good.

Thank you to hostess Rebecca for holding my table reservation as I rushed in 10 minutes late. Late because couldn't find the restaurant. Was confused as to the location due to no signage. The sign was not illuminated; dining at night posed an issue when you can't find the restaurant nor entry. CRU should really consider renovating the frontage for a more appealing and attention grabbing appearance. Stayed optimistic as to the restaurant appeared upbeat. Busy with people and the aroma of food peaked my interest. Unfortunately the ADHD waiter failed to remember some folks orders, drinks, refills and cutlery. Two items I salivated over were out (Wygu Meatballs and Tomato Soup & Grilled Cheese ...how does a wine bar run out of CHEESE and BREAD for goodness sake??). Settled on Braised Short Rib and Pinot Flight. All were pretty good. While the restaurant is absolutely beautiful, I left feeling underwhelmed.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The food, drinks, and atmosphere were excellent. 10/10.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] However, the service is not up to standard. The host isn't very bright, my boyfriend called to get a reservation for 8, she kept asking the same questions 3 times (what the name was, how many people, what time, etc). Then she said it was booked until 9. I went online and there were many slots available from 7:30-9. So I booked it for 8:15... Next, our waitress wasn't great. She was okay, but not very friendly and she kept rushing us. Of course, we took our time. But I don't like to be rushed. We informed the restaurant and the waitress that it was our anniversary, but didn't receive anything for it. (So why ask during the reservation?) overall, amazing food but please hire new staff.

The service was spectacular; the presentation the staff provided covering the wines was knowledgeable and food delicious. Simply ordered grilled cheese and tomato soup, lobster potstickers and Wagyu meatballs. This is a cozy wine bar that has several choices to select when deciding on whites, reds, bubbles or flights to try many at once.

Wow! What an incredible experience at Sixty Vines in The Domain!…read more We made our reservation through OpenTable and mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. When we arrived at our table, we were surprised with a handwritten Happy Anniversary postcard and a beautifully presented gift--such a thoughtful touch that immediately made the evening feel special. Our server, Polina, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to learn what styles of wine we enjoy and brought us a few samples before helping us choose an amazing wine flight. Her recommendations were spot-on! We also enjoyed a custom charcuterie board and the prosciutto & fig pizza, both of which were outstanding. To top it all off, Andrew, the manager, stopped by our table to make sure everything was perfect. We loved learning about Sixty Vines' unique wine-on-tap program and appreciated their commitment to sustainability, including composting food scraps. (They didn't have much to compost from our table--maybe a bite or two of pizza crust! ) The only disappointing part of the evening was that we had tickets to a show and couldn't stay longer to explore more of their incredible wine selection. That's just another reason we'll definitely be back!

A new business acquaintance suggested we meet there and when we walked in, it was surprisingly empty. The manager was our server and he shared some history as he recently took over operating this location a year or so ago. He was well versed in wines and their wines were lower in sulfites so they were less tannic/dry, which is typically my preference in wines. He suggested a wine flight options if we wanted to try different wines, which was nice. We each told him our typical preferences and he created a custom flight for us. To me they were lighter and less bold than I prefer but it was good to try a few different kinds. She had two whites and two reds. I had four different reds. They have limited food options (i.e., two) so we ordered the hummus that was pictured with bread but they were out so they offered pita chips instead, which were fine. He did say that even though they had limited food options, we could order from El Dorado next door and they would walk it over when it was ready, which is very cool even though I typically don't think of Mexican food and wine going together. :-) The overall presentation of the food and glasses was more basic than I would have expected from a wine shop since I've done several wine tastings before, but the location is great and I look forward to checking it out again soon and trying some different wines!
