Caio and team did a great job installing a Tesla Wall Connector in my garage. My wife is super happy to wake up to a full charge every morning! Highly recommended.

We recently needed to have our electrical subpanel replaced, and Caio & team were great. They were extremely responsive and helpful in addressing all of our questions throughout the entire process. The job ended up taking a bit more time due to the wiring location and the layout of our garage, but they were professional and stayed until the work was completely finished. They explained the process, kept me updated throughout, and left the space spotless when they were done. I'd recommend CS Electric for any similar projects and have already referred them to my neighbor who's looking to have some electrical work done.

I HAVE WORKED WITH THIS COMPANY. Getting a quote and corresponding/sending pictures is working with this company. The person giving me the quote was very curt, and the company on here has been rude. Did a quote without seeing the full scope of the work in person. You can't give a clear and honest quote unless you see in person exactly what needs to be done and its true condition. I asked about the disclaimer/terms and conditions because 16 pages was alarming to me when the quote was less than a half page and TRIED TO DISCUSS IT. But the response was that that was just the way it was. If you go with this company or any company, 1) Please read ALL the reviews, especially the negative ones and the company's responses, to get a true, accurate picture of how you might be treated by this company. I was. 2) Read their 16 page terms and conditions/disclaimer VERY VERY carefully. It states clearly that IT IS ALL part of the contract. CS States: "...This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties, whether written or oral. No amendment or modification to this Contract shall be binding unless in writing and signed by both parties..." and "... LIABILITY: Please note, damages to property can occur during electrical work. CS Electric does not take responsibility for scratches, damage to furniture, doors, windows, trim work, walls, or any interior or exterior for the property; with reason we will try to help when contacted..." ***They can say that they don't expect all their requirements be met or anything else, but what REALLY matters legally is what ANY company has in writing and signed. You will be bound to what you sign. KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING.*** 3) make sure they do a quote clearly spelled out IN WRITING only after they have seen in person the full scope of the job and its condition. 4) Keep a good paper trail AND Put all correspondence in writing even verbal conversations. If after doing all this you still want to give this company a shot, at least you made an educated choice and went into business with them with your eyes wide open. NOTE: Thank you for the opportunity to update my review. My original post was too vague and this platform encourages details. I had every intention of finishing but forgot and time ran out. I have made bad word choices, gramerical and spelling errors..lol..goes with being a senior, I guess) so I have needed to update NOT "just to make this company look bad," as this company has stated. (I'm shocked at their tirade over a honest review about working with their company). Eventhough my experience was short, it should still matter. There are many facets to any review of a business. I really try to give the benefit of the doubt to people and report positives no matter how small. But the way I was and am still being treated by this company can't go unrecorded.

I hired CS Electric to install a Level 2 EV charger at my home. Out of the 3-5 places I received quotes for, they were in the ballpark but not the highest. They also took the time to send me a proper estimate after an initial phone call where we went through pictures of my electrical panel setup. Ciao and his colleague did a good job with the install, and the EV charger works. Ciao also helped me troubleshoot my AC which had stopped working during a heat wave. Apparently, one of the wires had become loose in my attic (which he reconnected). The AC now works. Thank you Ciao!

I needed a couple new circuits and outlets installed in my garage, including a couple 220V circuits. CS Electric was prompt to respond to my request for a quote. I sent photos, and a detailed description of what I needed. CS Electric even came out on Saturday (taking time out of his weekend) to take a look at the job and take measurements. On the day, the work progressed quickly, and they were able to get the entire job done cleanly and efficiently. The only negative thing I can say is that I no longer have any excuses, and now I have to get back to work. :D I am SUPER happy with the results, and I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

Great finished work by Caio! He installed NEMA 14-50 EV charger in our garage. The track from our apartment to the garage was tricky and winding, but Caio made sure he did the job with some help from his colleagues. Since he moved circuit breakers in the breaker panel, he put a new sticker in there. Lastly, since the NEMA outlet was bigger than the box given to us by the builder, Caio made sure he removed the old box, added a fresh box in there and finished the work by plastering and painting it. During the process, he also discussed and advised me to future-proof our home we installed 60 amps circuit with 50 amps breaker so that if we decide to install a wall charger in future or we decide to split the box into two outlets, the charging speed won't be less then. Happy to work with Caio. Will recommend him to anyone in the future. read more

Hired for installing recessed canned lighting in two rooms (8 lights total), plus a ceiling fan/light combo, and fixing the wires so that the outlet wasn't connected to the light switch. Contractors came in and completed the work in 4-5 hours total, and even came back when one of the dimmer switches wasn't work as intended. Very reliable, and costwise was in the range expected. Overall, very happy! read more

I just got 2 indoor ceiling fans with lights installed for my kids' rooms. I got several quotes from electricians reviewed on Yelp. Sadly, after finishing the job the outlet was still not functioning properly and despite several promises of coming back to check on it, he never did. I am now $200 out of pocket and still in my original situation, an outlet I can not use. read more

I contacted Caio to help me install a 240v outlet and a Chargepoint Homeflex Charger. We scheduled a virtual call for estimate and talked through various options. My situation was tricky because I was out of spots on the subpanel and the other estimates I received required a whole panel upgrade or installation of another subpanel. He was open and honest with what worked and what was recommended with Safety in mind. Ultimately, came up with solution that was both efficient and cost effective. After figuring out the best option, he gave me a very fair price and scheduled an appointment for the install. On the day of, he was right on time and finished the job in just a couple hours with high quality. He also cleaned up and made sure all the labels were correct and everything was working properly. On top of all this, Caio was very personable, easy to speak with and a stand up guy! Great experience working with Caio and will definitely call him again for all my electrical needs. We hired Caio to install some new lighting in our house (a few overhead fixtures, 2 tall chandeliers, some recessed lighting) as well as running connections for a wall mounted TV and moving a few outlets. Very satisfied with the work. He was even able to find some wiring that had been arcing inside an electrical box and could have easily caused a fire, and was able to fix it that same day. On a side note, one of the great things about this place is that they accept lightbulbs for recycling. I have been coming here for quite a while doing this (the big retailers don't do that anymore), and recently switched out all of my fluorescent bulbs for LED ones in the garage and kitchen. We have an obnoxiously high cathedral ceiling (which I hate), and Muaath went through the process that they would have to follow to make everything work properly. The day of installation, it was extremely smooth. The team covered the area to ensure that it remained clean, they double-checked with us on the placement we wanted, it could not have been easier. We put in two sun tunnels in our dark cave of a dining room and one in our guest bath. Our dark and dreary dining room is now the brightest room in the house! It took us about two weeks to stop trying to turn off the lights in the dining room and bathroom - what an incredible difference. Guests who come over comment on how bright and airy our home is, and these wonderful sun tunnels are the reason why! Recently had a wonderful experience with CS Electrical. We had an exhaust fan/ light fixture above our stove catch fire due to a faulty connection and he came out on Memorial Day weekend (within 5 hrs of calling) to fix it. He secured the system to alleviate any fears of electrical fire later that day. I ordered the part which had long been discontinued and he came out the same day it arrived to install it - no problems, no issues, no extra charge to come out a second time. I was so pleased with his positive attitude that I had him fix an outdoor outlet for which he charged a less than average fee since he was already here & he threw in the part for free. I can't say enough good things about the owner of this business! (I was so happy with his attitude and helpful nature that I gave him 2 bottles of our homemade wine.) Caio came out to my house to install a smart doorbell and he did a phenomenal job. He took his time to check the existing wiring and make sure it was safe to use. He made sure not to track dirt into my house and installed a simple transformer in my attic. While he was up there he also alerted me about some ductwork issues I had and took pictures to note it. In comparison, I had the same job quoted by Bayshore and they were going to charge more and install a transformer in my wall by the door which would've involved cutting into the drywall. Very happy I went with CS Electric. They were professional and had great availability. Caio was courteous and explained what he was doing in detail. these guys were awesome. I was having a dishwasher put in but the old one was hardwired in so the installers refused to take out the old one and install the new one. So in a pinch I had a friend come over and he and I took out the old one but I needed the electrical fixed and a plug installed. I needed it to happen that day. So I called CS they came in 2 hours quickly did the work in an hour and half. It was my saving grace. thanks guys I will tell all my friends and family about you.
