They also erased the video footage so they wouldn't get caught. The garbage insurance policy they sold us on didn't cover the loss because of the way the sneaky scumbag staff was able to enter my unit, by using the lock code assigned to lock , that was available to staff on the iPad. There is a police report about it with NRH PD.

This is more of a review of the company rather than this one particular location…read more We have been renting the same unit for several years now, but in the last few years, and more so since Public Storage took over the location from All Storage, our rent has more than doubled, from the original $199 to now $450 per month. The property manager acts as if her hands are tied, except for putting in a REQUEST for a temporary rate reduction to the previous amount, with no guarantee that it will be approved. The company has no centralized customer support, as their multiple phone numbers we have found all automatically refer you to the phone tree for the location of your unit, and the only option to speak with a person is to speak to the property manager, who may or may not be available to take your call. Bottom line, I will NEVER rent a storage unit with Public Storage again, no matter the location, and if they take over a property where my stuff is stored, I will relocate it again.

MICE DROPPINGS IN UNIT!!! i moved my things in a climate…read morecontrolled unit about 8 months ago. I haven't been in there in a few months bc I didn't need anything in there. As soon as as I opened the door to the building, it smelled like a kennel in there. It's also very warm in there. If the place is climate controlled, why is the temperature the same inside as it is outside? What am I paying extra money for? Not to mention, they just raised the price $17 per month at the drop of a hat for no reason. I also heard shuffling. There's mice droppings all on the ground and on my things that are high up that have NEVER touched the ground. I've called the property manager and hoping for a fast resolution. I have NO food in the unit, just clothes, furniture, and my baby's extra items that we haven't used yet. We had no pests in our items as we had just purchased a lot of those items and then out them in storage due to lack of space in our house. I do not want my child's items exposed to this.
