They have a ton of menu items, and I opted for the shrimp quesadilla. It was a bit greasy, and the server did forget a side, but he quickly rectified that. I ended up eating, mostly the rice and beans that came with my quesadilla, and those were delicious. I didn't end up eating the quesadilla itself. They have decent chips and salsa when you get seated, and I do believe they use quite fresh ingredients, I just felt the use of oil was a bit overbearing and some of the seasonings on the fajitas that our table were a bit lacking.

It took about 15 minutes to get our alcoholic drinks - the skinny margarita when it finally arrived was very good. We had been to Garcia's before multiple times but it had been awhile - the food was not as flavorful or visually appealing as it had bent in the past. They made sure to make my Cousin's birthday dinner fun, and they really took care of the whole table (which can sometimes be a task with a large group). I started simple and got a chicken, steak, rice & cheese with added pineapple. A extremely common dish that I have never had messed up really. The pineapple was bad in some sort. It tasted as though it had been soaked in dish soap some how. The steak pieces were smaller than the rice grains and completely burnt. The chicken was decent but just tasted as if I had been given old sat out meat. Maybe I just caught this place on a bad day but it ruined it for me for the future.
