It has only a couple of flaws. The food is a little on the greasy side, and the wait time if you're going in the drive through is annoying! It's like the line never moves. But I like the background of the inside. It has nice photos, and I think there's some awards on display when you first walk in! But also, the custard that they have is remarkable! I don't often come to Culver's, but the few times that I have come to this location, I have noticed that while the food is delicious, the customer service is hit or miss and it is extremely slow to get through the drive-through. I came to pick up some food for lunch before work and it took nearly 20 minutes to get through the drive-through to order and get my food. I understand this is the only Culvers within miles because we are in Buckeye; however, the point of the drive-through is for it to be efficient and it took a little longer than I feel is necessary. read more

I'm so happy I found Culver's because its become a place I regularly look for when on the room travelling. This location is much bigger than it looks on the outside. The parking lot was packed but it was a small line inside that went very fast. It's also a very easy location to get to from the Frwy. If you're familiar with Freddy's its a very similar concept here but I must say I enjoy Culvers burgers better but I wish the fries were like Freddy's. I was disappointed in the peanut butter salted caramel shake I got. It was basically just peanut butter. I didnt taste any salted caramel pieces at all. The employees were nice and the fact that ice cream comes with the kids meal is always a win for my kids. Once again, zero star service at this Culver's location. Came to dine-in for dinner. Upon ordering, we knew this would be an experience. Stood at the counter where you order for about 5 minutes meanwhile the Culver's order taker was staring off into space - looking towards the drive thru window. He then acknowledged that there were customers. We walked up to the counter to place our order, and he again began staring off into space. We then had to ask him if he was ready to taker our order or not. He starts to take our order. Ordered our family each a single patty burger value basket meal. When the meals arrived to our table, one person ended up with a double meat patty burger, which was not ordered. We checked the receipt to find that the spaced out guy who took our order marked us down for a double, which nobody ordered! Took the burger up to the counter to be corrected and get my money back, since I was charged for a double. The guy who messed up the order got very argumentative, defensive, and was even yelling at me! Omg, all I was asking for was to get the burger corrected and be refunded for something that was not ordered! This guy was so ridiculous, I was then handed off to a manger who refunded me and got the burger corrected. By the time this was taken care of, the rest of the food was all cold and custard was completely melted. Also, the fountain soda tasted very flat. Other than this being a convenient location when you are driving between PHX and SoCal, there is no reason to frequent this location. Grabbed a quick lunch here Wednesday. It's a few blocks away from kids school and a couple of new places will soon be opened next door. I like their mushroom burgers with grilled onions. Always perfectly cooked. Also, the staff in always very very friendly. For some reason, I'd only gotten drive through at this location but since we were in a hurry to get to our next errand going we decided to actually sit in and quickly eat our meal. Honestly after 8 years in QSR's. This is probably one of the most inconsistent Culvers I've ever been to. The store is no longer clean. Food is mid at best. Customer service resembles McDonalds. I used to work here, but now specifically avoid any Culvers owned by the Landon's knowing how things function behind the scenes. The quality + customer service + their guest recovery techniques don't garner any results for their guests. Honestly wish the Landon's the best but this location along with their other locations have severely gone downhill over the years. Hire better Management!! read more

Do not go to Verrado Culver's... August 12, 2023 Order took 25 minutes then they tried to give me the order that has been sitting on the counter for more than 10 minutes. Then they double dipped my fish and shrimp by putting my food back in the fryer. This is a health violation. I called to speak to manager Susan who did not seem to care. When asked for corporates phone number she said she did not know it. I said who her manager was as everyone has a manager. Then gave her managers email and that manager was in the background saying don't give her my email. Bad customer service and managers who don't care. Don't go there. Double dipped fish. Yuck. Not only did they double dip my food they lied to my face and said they didn't put in back in the fryer they said they made it fresh. Major health violations. Quality of the food is very delicious, one of my favorite burger fast food places. I've ordered burgers, fries, cod fish, and ice cream--the foods and desserts are always made fresh!!!! The drive thru line is almost usually long around lunch and dinner time but they have a good system to get the line moving. Bathroom and dining area are always clean. We had dinner at Culver's in Buckeye. We had fast and courteous counter service. The food was very good and tasty. The restroom was clean. My husband has a severe allergy to shellfish. Culver's serves shrimp. The employee taking our order got the manager to make certain that they would keep my husband safe and not cross contaminate his order with the shrimp on the menu. The manager then personally walked his order to completion to ensure my husband's safety. These employees went above and beyond! Kudos to them. And we enjoyed a very good meal! I really had high hopes for Culver's but it fell short, kinda like Metallica in the 90's. The restaurant and staff reminded me of In and Out. They provide a good service by bringing the drive-through order out to your car instead of handing it through the window. I love Culver's. Their regular butter burger is a good value and it's a much better burger than most fast food burgers. The outer crust on the burger is consistent and tasty. Everything is made to order, so it's fresh and hot. Almost without exception the employees act friendly and pleasant. Their drive through service is well organized and expeditious. Custom flavor ice creams are tasty (a tad expensive, though). Only knock I'd offer is that when you specify the condiments for your sandwich, with some attendants you have to say which of the standard set of condiments you DON'T want, while other attendants want you to tell them which ones you DO want. Minor thing, but it causes a bit of confusion and you occasionally end up with the wrong condiments. read more

Our favorite Arizona fast burger! Every time we visit we make sure to stop at Culver's for a double cheeseburger. If you're feeling adventurous you can also get some deep fried cheese here! They also have melted cheese for dipping. I don't know what sounds more appealing than deep fried cheese dipped in more cheese! Inside it's very spacious and clean but if you only have time for the drive thru that moves fairly quickly considering the lines can get super long! read more
