We love the crispiness of your onion rings, the cod sandwich is my favorite, and your burgers are just loaded with yumminess and are so juicy. This place has been really growing on us to the point to where it's become one of our favorite burger places. My husband likes how the meat hangs over the edges of the burger, and the crinkle fries seem just "normal" at first but we've come to really like them. The frozen custard is exceptional! It's so thick and delicious, if Culver's only sold frozen custard I would come here just as much. Did try their pints ice cream deal but most pints we got had lackluster toppings or items. Strawberry cheesecake literally had "1" strawberry piece in the whole pint. More less expensive fast food coming nearby. We have been coming here for over 2 years. Same results, slow service in spite of a multitude of crew, mediocre food. For my first time trying Culver's after all the positive things I heard about them, I was completely let down. The people that work there are pleasant and friendly, and the restaurant was clean, but that's it. My order was completely wrong (I didn't even know it was wrong till we got home), and my burger was so sloppy and thrown together with everything coming out the side. This was just a basic single burger, and I couldn't even pick it up without having mustard and ketchup ooze out, I couldn't even eat it. I ordered onion rings and got fries. Wow! By far the best and cleanest location we have been to. Came at 10pm on the way back from Cali and the food was fresh and hot, the best we have experienced compared to other locations. The food is great. The burgers are always really delicious, love the fries and cheese curds. But when I get a vanilla concrete mixer with cookie dough, theres been small pieces of plastic in the cup. This has happen twice now. It's very dangerous because someone could end up choking on the plastic and suing Culver's. I honestly should Sue Culver's but I didn't choke so I'm not going to. Almost every Sunday, we come here for our long drive "to go lunch". Food is freshly prepared. Drive-Thru service is very slow and they always make us park and wait for (the least 20 min amount of time) for our orders to be delivered. Not sure, if they are short of staff on Sundays. Excellent. What a great looking restaurant. In and out it was very clean. I love the design and color choices, it did not feel like a fast food chain. My burger was cooked well. It tasted fresh as did the veggies and condiments. I'm a California girl who has always loved in n out, but Culver's is a new favorite. As first time customers we were giving a welcome post card with info on the restaurant and it included a free scoop of the custard ice cream, which was amazing. Great tasting food, a comfortable and clean sitting area, and great customer service with happy employees makes this place a 5 star win for us. I'm from the Midwest so I'll never turn down walking into a Culvers. It's nice to see them get so much love. You can't go wrong with Culvers. From the burgers to the chicken fingers and my favorite the chicken cranberry blue salad (I hope that's right), it's a win. Let's not forget cheese curds from a cheese head topped with a good strawberry shake and I'm set! I am here more often than I should be. It's almost a daily stop on the way home. I love the custard aka ice cream and the flavors they offer are fair. Not everyone is great but it all boils down to some people are picky eaters and some are not; I am. I don't always want a burger but I will get an order of fries and drink. The burgers or cheese burgers are great. But I don't don't always feel like having one. If you feel like something a little different give them a try. I haven't had a bad experience yet. read more

This brand new Culver's is located just north of I-10 on Verrado. It's really an ideal location for travelers and locals. I can't eat any of their food--but I'm not judging or penalizing them for that in this review. My husband is pretty darn happy about Culver's. We stopped by yesterday for the first time and used the drive-through. The audio over the speakers was incredibly clear and the woman serving us sounded pleasant and genuinely welcoming. My husband ordered a buffalo chicken strip basket with no sauce, fries, and a medium lemonade. After paying, we pulled forward into a reserved spot and waited about five minutes or so. The server came out and profusely apologized for the wait, but there was really nothing to apologize for. I could tell by the bag that the food was hot and fresh. We drove on home, and my husband was very pleased with the quality and tastiness of his food. I have a feeling he'll be a regular there! read more

Went to Culver's today and it was a disappointing experience. My friend drove up from the other side of Phoenix to have lunch with me and catch up. We put in our order at the drive-thru window and pulled into spot 8 (our order number was 75, if you're wondering). We sat there chatting, but then after about 20 mins, we started realizing cars were pulling in, getting their food and pulling out while we were still sitting there. Soooo, I went in and asked if they could give us an update on the order. They couldn't find, hadn't started it...honestly, they acted like they never heard of it. The manager couldn't work the register and didn't approach me until several minutes, like 10-15, after his employee let him know about our missing order. Long story short....another 10-15 mins later the manager still can't find the order, the ticket, nothing so I asked for a refund. My friend was still sitting in the car, but I was texting her updates. She paid with her card (we take turns paying for our lunch dates) and we both figured they would just pull up the transaction and reverse it, like so many establishments are able to do. Eventually, she comes inside to wait with me. We were continuing to wait and I was kind of confused at what we were waiting for, so I asked the manager what the issue was and he said it was his first day, he doesn't have any override numbers and couldn't process the refund, but that he would get another employee to help. That never happened. I think up to this point, my friend and I were MORE than patient. We asked the manager if he could just refund the money when it slowed down and just give us a call so we knew it was done. He offered coupons in place of a refund so we could get free meals. My friend said no, thank you. She'd just like her money returned to her card." So he said he'd take the phone number and call us later. We gave him my number, I guess thinking he would get back to us soon and resolve the issue. We left and went elsewhere to eat. Before we got back to my home, the manager called and left a voicemail asking how to rectify the situation. To us, it's obvious, refund the money. We spent an hour there with no food. 5-6 phone calls later (them calling me) from both the manager and another employee with them telling me they can't refund the card, so they have to give cash...then no cash because it's suspicious that you and your friend want cash (we never wanted cash or coupons, we simply wanted the money refunded to the card and the hour of our lives back). It ended with me hanging up on them and my friend just disputing the transaction on her card. I looked up who owns this location and I found that they own SEVERAL locations of which me and my family will no longer patronage. So, Greg and Darlene Landon, my friend and I wish you the best! My significant other and I went to Culver's on valentines to keep away from all the crowds and have a low key night, as we were standing in line to order the manager Greg was with a customer and an older woman walked up, dropped off her shake and made a nasty comment and he offered to have it remade and she walked off. Despite this woman behaving so rudely Greg and the rest of the staff were very accommodating, Greg even checked on us while we were eating to see if he could get anything for us.
