Welcome to the delicious are you kidding me? This was my first visit to the drive-through were usually there's 8 to 10 cars deep waiting. My wife and I ordered sandwiches with fries. It was efficient and quick but the food was mediocre. The fries were not crispy at all and were crinkle cut disappointments. My chicken sandwich had a paperthin Half of a-cut tomato slice. Overall: 4.5 stars First time visiting a Culver's and I was not disappointed. Drove through the drive-through and talked to the very friendly people to figure out what I wanted to get. Ended up with a deluxe double burger with everything on it, an order of onion rings, order of fries, cheese curds and a 10 shrimp basket. Had to park and wait for about eight minutes while they got the order ready and then they brought it out to the car. I did not check the order but drove back to the hotel. Everything was in the bag, nothing missing and everything was delicious. The burger tasted a whole lot better than anything from McDonald's, Wendy's or Burger King. It was delicious, meaty and a real meal compared to something like a Big Mac. The cheese curds were like mini fried mozzarella sticks and were tasty. All in all, a not healthy but very tasty meal, and will definitely be back to try other items on the menu. read more

Fries are better than most fast food, burgers are different, I recommend the butter burger over the sour dough. The cod sandwich is also better than most ff fish sandwiches. I had an issue with their late night service, but I came back the next day and they remade the order. They had forgotten fries, and had over cooked the burger. The remake was good. The cashier is sick, whipping his nose with his hands and handling money and food. I'm sure we're all gonna be sick tomorrow! The custard was really loose, almost melted immediately. Well I was hungry, I had a buy one get one free coupon, & never had Culvers double cheese burger. So I was lazy today and did what most moronic Floridians do and used the drive thru. It was pretty fast and easy. The biggest suprize was the burger was hellva good . So much juicier than MCdees or the King. Though pricey at 5.33. But hey I got 2. Thumbs up. read more

absolutely the most unprofessionalism I've ever encountered. First of all I wasn't totally innocent, after trying to order a couple of fish baskets and shrimp, which prices were not posted on order board. Was told it would be over $35 dollars. Told them to forget it. And yes I flew the bird as I drove out. Not to anyone in particular just the business in general. Left and went the competition right next door, and when I got out of my car. I was approached by two Culver's team members. Now they left there property confront me. Pure harrasmemt. Matthew should be retrained on customer service. And his side kick as well black young man. Their custard is so creamy and delicious. They also have cheese curds--which don't sound good--but I would compare them to a fried mozzarella stick--but smaller. I would consider this place a fast food (burgers, fries, etc) but with ice cream as a bonus. read more

Really enjoy this place , they have always been helpful and I have never had a problem. I am Celiac and love the burgers and salads, I feel safe eating here.. The did change their G.F Hamburger bun recently and their not as good as the other..they are a bigger and over takes the beef patty. More sometimes, isn't better. :) read more

After negotiating their difficult location and waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes, I foolishly drive off without checking my order. Of course it was botched so back around I went. But this time I went inside. With an unapologetic, borderline accusatory attitude I received my order without a "Sorry" or a "thank you". Some training would be helpful, but unfortunately for them I won't find out. So we went back bc we have always liked Culver's. It's not fair to be critical if you don't recognize improvement. We had a couple of salads and they were excellent. Everything was fresh and the chicken was very tender. But best of all, the associates were super friendly. Now they have it going!! read more

I have visited this location several times. Except for the first time I ate there, right after they opened, the food has been very consistent....consistently horrible! My last visit was for a Ruben sandwich and it was a puddle of mush. I think there may have been a piece of sauerkraut on one side of the sandwich. Who could tell? It was awful. I will never eat at another Culver's again. I'm not a fast food kinda girl and this experience is exactly why. The food is very pricey and for the money, and all the commercials touting the freshness and quality, you'd think the food would be above average. read more

The single cheeseburger is the best fast food burger ever the burger alone deserves 5 stars. The ice cream is almost as good as the burger on some days maybe it is just as good as the burger. I can not review anything else on the menu as I have not tried any of it. read more

I have never been asked to leave a restaurant within 10 minutes of getting my order. My party along with another party of 6 were asked to leave because the cashiers were cashing out and we needed to leave. Don't serve food until closing then expect people not to want to eat it. The experience left me angry and disappointed in the franchise. Very RUDE! All for frozen custard that was mostly melted by the time it got to the table. We won't be returning to this restaurant. I ordered sweet potato fries. They arrived burnt. I asked a staff person to please replace them. She returned with my same fries and an older employee who informed me that they are supposed to be that way. I asked again for new fries that were not cooked to a burnt stage. My new order arrived as burned as the first order. They were horrible. One visit was too much for this place. My husband had some okay chili and a greasy sandwich. There are too many restaurants to accept food that is mediocore at best and poor customer service. read more

After seeing all those commercials and so looked forward to dining at Culver's, so we went to Culver's on it's second day of being opened. The staff was very courteous and helpful and the fries were wonderful, these are the only reasons why they got any stars, I ordered the shaved prime rib meal with a cookie dough mixer and my dining friend ordered a butter burger and a chocolate/oreo mixer. The prime rib was very small and not one of the better burgers (meat tasted overcooked) that I have ever had and my mixer had 3 chocolate chips and a chunk of cookie in it, as I stated before the fries were great. My friend's burger was bland at best and she received a mint (?!?) mixer. We did not complain at the time due to the fact that the place was busy and by this time, we had both regretted dining in. We sat down at a table for two and there were some teens at the table next to us, 8 teens were at that table (another table for two), one of which decided that our table made a wonderful place to sit while they talked (yelled at) to each other, we got our meal and attempted to eat, but continually had to ask the teen to sit somewhere other than on our dinner plates, management seemed helpless to do anything about this. We did not finish our meals and left. I know that this Culver's had just opened and needs to iron out any bugs at this time, but after spending $25 for a meal that was not worth $25, not to mention the rude teens, we will be spending our money at Ford's garage next door. read more
