Best Culver's. Been to this location two times. One time inside and one time in drive through. Food is piping hot and delicious and well made. Great staff. Clean interior. Efficient drive thru. When ever we are in the area we will go to this Culver's. read more

I got a regular lemonade smoothie and continuously had to pull pieces of plastic out of my mouth, absolutely disgusting.

This was my second visit to any Culver's location. I did so on the advice of a co-worker who couldn't believe I was not a fan. She recommended I try something different. As the "hangries" set in we made a stop here to give it another go. This establishment was immaculate and we were greeted when we walked in. The first thing that I noticed on the menu was the yummy looking concrete mixers. Had to move on and look at the rest. I decided on the sour dough sandwich and the cheese curds, which my friend said I had to try. Our order was correct and can out pretty quickly. I like table service when food is delivered to our table. The server was pleasant and friendly. Here is where my disappointment sets in. My sandwich was too greasy and the meat patty very thin. I'm sure the cheese and grilled onions added to the oiliness. It was ok but not amazing. The cheese curds were ok but I don't think I like fried cheese. Cheese is pretty darn good unfried! I loved the diet root beer from the fountain. Pretty darn good and unique for fast food. I shoulda had a root beer float! Dang It! Great pork tenderloin however cashier was confused.... I ordered 2 pork tenderloins one as a basket, 1 chocolate short malt & water.... She advised she could give me a bottled water as it cost the same as the drink included.... When the meal was delivered there wasn't a malt.... she apparently thought I meant I was replacing the water as the meal and foregoing the malt.... Went to culver twice in 2 weeks first time ordered single cheeseburger fries and drinks we ended up getting double burgers which we don't like should have checked my receipt wow almost 22.00 for this order. Second time ordered 2 hamburgers 1 fries 1 onion rings this time my receipt blew away due to high winds when we got home we received 1 regular burger and again a double burger almost 19.00 probably won't go to Culver's again, Dairy Queen is a good burger and a great value. read more

It was my first time eating at a Culver's and I was pretty satisfied! I drove past on a Saturday afternoon around one to find the parking lot pretty busy. The inside, just the same... You know it's gotta be good if there's a lot of people! I was eyeing the tuna sandwich but for being known for burgers I got a bacon deluxe which was good but beware for those that have tmj... You'll have to open your mouth wide for it! The cashier asked if I wanted the fries or to substitute and gave me a list of options. He was very knowledgeable. I ended up ordered a vegetable beef soup which was pretty tasty. I wish it was a little bit more heartier but taste wise it was great. I also had the liberty of trying the culver root beer. I like root beer and comparing it to well known ones like Barq's or a&w, I think it was more like IBC root beer! I will definitely be back to try more menu items as well as the custard! read more

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat on my way back to Phoenix from a business trip to Tucson. I gotta say the reason I stopped is because I saw the Tesla charging stations they had. I'm impressed that Culvers is taking the advantage of doing something good for the environment. As for food who doesn't like a chocolate mint concrete? Also I got their Wisconsin cheddar sourdough burger. Loved every bit of it. Culvers still goes down in my book as a treat. Only negative is their bathrooms were not clean. Was really hungry after seeing a client and decided to stop and grab a quick bite. Ordered the chicken salad sandwich combo and couldn't have been more disappointed. Took one bite and had more lettuce and bread in my mouth than chicken. Kept the sandwich, measured when I got home and there was maybe two tablespoons of chicken salad in the sandwich...that's being a little generous. The flavour was non-existent and lettuce was flaccid and wet. Employees were friendly and accommodating, but will never bother with this establishment again. Was excited to try a new burger place while in casa grande for work. I'd heard about these butter burgers so figured it was time. I had the cheddar bacon butter burger and on the cashiers suggestion the cheese curds. I wasn't impressed. It wasn't horrible, but wasn't good. The cheese curds were nothing special. I didn't enjoy them. The girls that helped me were nice, but I won't be having another burger there. If I must go back I will try the custard. read more

First time trying it out. I have always seen the billboards driving down the 10. It's 2 stars at best. It tastes like overpriced Burger King. My order was ready in less than a minute. It was made sloppily. I ordered a butter burger no onion and short chocolate shake. The burger was a mess. It had way too much mustard on it and all over the wrapper. The shake was leaking out the sides. There was only one person on line in front of me. No need to rush my food. Shelby had a nice smile but seemed like a robot. Save your money and go to In N Out. I was told about this place by some friends from Wisconsin and so decided to stop by when out in AZ recently. They have an extensive menu and so it took me a few minutes to decide to try their current burger promotion the "pub burger" with a side of cheese curds. I knew I would not be able to eat any of their custard on this trip though. The burger came in an onion bun, with fried onions, I think blue cheese crumbles and A1 sauce. It was tasty enough & well cooked, but really all of the flavors seemed to merge into each other - nothing stood out. The cheese curds were well cooked (not greasy at all), but were really lacking seasoning (I sound like a judge on Chopped). Overall it was tasty (and resonably priced) enough that I would stop by again and try out some other items - and try and make it to dessert. read more

I'm a fan as far as this being a nicely air conditioned facility adjacent to the Tesla superchargers. As for the staff, they are most friendly (although exceedingly old). Drinks = cold. SCORE. Fries = not great. In'N Out is across the (busy) street, but it is too damned hot to cross the street while the car is charging. Will be back..because of, you know, the chargers. read more

This culvers in Casa Grande brings some much needed variety to the slim dining choices of our little town. I would go as far to say that this is probably the best burger in Casa Grande....not that it is saying much. The custard is amazing and I LOVE that they have mashed potatoes with gravy. My family has tried a lot of their menu and except for the Walleye, we haven't been disappointed. The only thing holding this place back is the high cost of the food. Going to Culvers is usually a treat for us and we know that the bill will be higher than most fast food places that we frequent. However, the high quality of the food means that you definitely get what you pay for. I just think that paying 5 or 6 bucks for 4 chicken tenders is kind of nuts. This location has also become the hangout for every elderly person in Casa Grande...I swear. Drive by the outside fireplace area around 7 or 8 PM on a weeknight and you'll see for yourselves. BTW Prepare for a dirty look when you ask for Ketchup...they use these fancy schmancy expensive ketchup packets and dole them out sparingly....GRAB A BUNCH....at least that way you get more for your money!!! read more

Have been so pleased with Culver's before but this visit cancelled any good feeling I might have had. TV ad had urged me to try the fish. Big mistake!! To go order shrimp basket and cod basket. $20 !!! One piece of fish and 6 butterflied pieces of breading with some shrimp and fries. I can only hope that was an error. Visited my brother who lives in CG, this was our first stop. Got the mushroom swiss? can't really remember, but the burger with the mushrooms, lol. Loved it! 10/10 would choose Culvers over Whataburger. But never In N Out, only because In N Out is cheaper. Also, their concrete mixers are the bomb.com. We had a large party and put together a few tables in the middle of the dining room and the staff was very accommodating to us. Overall the deluxe burger was awesome but a bit too greasy for me to rate this burger a 5 star and the pickles are a bit strong on the burger. My kids inhaled their burgers and took their free scoop of custard ticket off their kids meals to the cashier. Great place to eat. Will definitely come here again if I'm in town/state. read more

I love Culver's in Tucson, but this location doesn't live up to the name at all. I could tell the girl working the drive-thru wasn't listening as we tried to order, and sure enough she got our order wrong. It wasn't a complicated order - a couple burger combos and some ice cream. I didn't get the burger I ordered, I was given a cement mixer instead of a regular shake, and we were overcharged for things we didn't even end up eating since they weren't what we ordered. Culver's does have good burgers, but we cannot go too often as they are certainly not healthy. They are dripping, and definitely juicy. We split the bacon double cheese burger the last time we went, and I'm sorry to say the bacon was left off in the kitchen. I'm sure they would have remedied the situation, but frankly we were too lazy to bring it to their attention. The custard is quite good. I would like to try some of the other items (fish, soup) on their menu. But remember, get a Coke before you head to Culver's as they are one of those pepsi restaurants. Yes, these burgers cost more than others. But there is more service involved here than some other fast food chains. After one orders ones burger, it is delivered to the table which is nicer than hanging around waiting for your number to be called. I suspect it is more costly to have the large selection of menu items and the custard is definitely higher quality than most frozen dessert products in other burger chains. Another plus? The local Tesla charging station is right behind the restaurant so if we ever get a Tesla, we know where to charge it!!! read more

I have not been treated so bad from an assistant manager like this befor. They messed up a order i went back to get the right order. She did not want to help at first till i showed her the tray. I said they had made us the wrong food and would like the right food. She kept saying well it was , what was ordered ! I told her again she said what would i like her to do then!
