We sat at the table they bring the food out to you and are very courteous and polite.. I ordered the spicy chicken combo and a single burger with works and a sundae and a Culver's root beer,, and everyone else got basically same thing minus one thing or other... The fries were hot and delicious 10/10 The burger was a piece of awesomeness in my mouth 10/10,, The chicken was just as good or maybe better than chick fil a ,, the chicken was a 10/10... The ice cream was yummy and tasted like Fresh made non chemical loaded treat... wife also got an potatoe bacon soup which she cleaned the bowl... 7 of us and bill was 140.00 which is good because my crew isn't small..... The incompetence of their staff is mind blowing. I have left there missing an order at my last 3 visits. The food is always great though.

The person taking my order told me "i was gonna go on break but I took your order first, it's ok" and the person taking orders after he went on break was sucking ketchup out of the ketchup packet while talking with customers and collecting table markers. She wouldn't stop eating ketchup. She would pull the ketchup packet away from her mouth, ask the customer a question, pop it back in and suck more ketchup, then take it out and ask another question. This happened over and over. It's disgusting. Ketchup isn't even that good. But more than that, it was so rude. Horrible customer service awareness. read more

Wonderful!!! We love Five Guys but have to admit that Culver's is just as good and less expensive! Our server, Jonathan, was very patient with us "first time customers " syndrome. I have only been here once and although the ice cream was fine, as expected. I found the menu confusing, they offer many flavors, but apparently only one specialty flavor per day, so you don't know what it is until you get there. Other wise it's just your standard vanilla chocolate etc. I had reviewed the menu prior and was excited about trying a specific flavor and was unable to get it. The staff seemed somewhat adgitated with the fact that I didn't know what my options were when I prompted with questions about how their system works for future reference. My family and I went through the drive thru around 8pm last night. when it was our time to order the young lady was getting an attitude because we where taking too long. I asked if she could apply my military ID...the response that I received was oh I can't right now I have to wait to you come to the window (that was mistake number2). Then my daughter ordered and the attitude was stronger. We went to the window to pay and pick up food. When I arrived to the window the order taker had a nasty attitude. The other cashier was very nice and I asked her which drink was the diet root beer the order taker was the drink maker as well. When asked which was the diet the order taker said she didn't know. This is where it went wrong. I am a diabetic and that's important to me and it should have been for her. I asked for the manager and of course he came to the window and was apologizing and I told him that I have been coming to Culver's for many years in Wisconsin and never had any problems like this. I told him that he needs to replace the order taker with someone else because this not what customer service is. I told him that I have spoken to the owner and that I would be in today but I don't feel like driving 25 minutes. And by the way I ordered the fish sandwich snack pack and this is how my fish sandwich looked like...nasty and greasy and it was thrown in the garbage and I wasted my money. I really don't think that I will eat at this Culver's again because of the service and the food! read more

The service at Culver's was spectacular. I tried the chicken tenders w/ fries and a chocolate milkshake. It was all very good, the only thing is the breading on the chicken is similar to breading you would find on fish sticks. It kept throwing me off but the food was great nevertheless. Highly recommend if you are in the Daytona area. read more

It goes without saying that Culvers is the best fast food burger place out there. (Wish they were in Massachusetts!!!). But it's the experience, cleanliness and unbelievable employees that make us go out of our way to find a Culver's when traveling. The crew at the Daytona Beach location were incredible today! They greeted us before the door even closed behind us (even though it was busy... noon on a Sunday), the bathroom was immaculate and all the staff were friendly and keeping busy. This was on 6/27/21 at night around 9pm. Since when did a busy "working" environment allow being glued to cell phones while working? Completely hysterical! We sat in the drive for 10 mins (just for 3 icecreams) right in front of the drive through window in plain sight where we could see you and you could see us and watched 3-4 employees glued to their phones and just scroll and text away with no urgency of putting their phones down. I enjoy Culver's food and usually the way it's presented and their customer service. Though last night I went through the drive-thru with my fiancé and we got a couple burgers and some curds. I know that Culver's will usually park you just because they have to make everything pretty much fresh for you, but the woman at the window was so rude to pay us out and we were the only people there, you'd think they'd be happy to be slowed down.. so we get a number and park. Someone comes to bring us the food and they shove it through the window, not sure what that was about, wish I was exaggerating. The number was propped up where the window goes down and it fell to the floor the way she pushed the food through. I wasn't too concerned with the attitude of the workers, though because not everyone is as cheerful as I or those dang Chick fil A crazies who are always happy.. So we get home and I open my sandwich and it's literally falling apart. Usually they use boxes and my fiancé got a box on his but I didn't, so maybe mine is supposed to come wrapped - either way it should've just been boxed because I was almost mad trying to eat it.. see the attached picture to get what I mean. Overall the food was okay, the people were..okay, but the prices are jacked and I never understood why. Culver's is not somewhere we go often because honestly the prices aren't worth it, we'd rather go for a nice restaurant for the same price. So it's fast food but it is sooo good! They are fast and efficient anytime I have gone! Burgers are hot and the Onion rings and fries are always crispy! I'm in heaven! Custard is good but I eat in my car so got to eat that first... the burger melts are so good! Burgers were over cooked. Restaurant dining area was dirty. Several empty tables, but they all lacked cleaning. At least 4 employees sitting at a couple tables just talking loudly to one an other. We were excited to have a Culver's within a short driving distance after being regulars in Asheville NC all summer. We got used to having fresh, cold concrete mixers handed to us at the window and fresh hot food brought to the car after it was prepared. This location does fine with hot food , but we have been disappointed on more than one occasion with the ice cream products. It is usually melting too much before we even receive it. Today we ordered chocolate concrete mixers and were not told they were out of chocolate ice cream. Instead, it was made with vanilla and a feeble squirt of chocolate syrup with a negligible amount of candy stirred in. It would be much more acceptable to be told that product is not available due to holiday demand than to be handed a product that is not representative of the brand. A location such as this is blessed to be busy....hope they earn the right to stay that way. read more

Horrible Service! We waited over 45 minutes for our order through drive through!! I am very upset about this and our order kept getting mixed up with other customers that ordered after us! I had my four year old in the car waiting for his frozen dessert treat for over 30 minutes until it finally came (melted) while the other items ordered came afterwards. The owner of this Culver's did not seem to care on how long we were waiting when I complained about this which is very inconsiderate and unprofessional, no apologies at all but excuses! Really! As a business owner myself this is Not how to satisfy your customer. The frozen desserts we ordered were melted because of the long wait, again no apologies from the owner until I requested a new dessert, she didn't even offer to replace our melted desserts! I had to ask! I usually do Not write bad reviews, however after this bad experience at this (Daytona Beach) restaurant it deserves an honest review! read more
