I did notice that he both works the counter and cooks the food in the back, so he's clearly very hard-working. The fries were great crispy on the outside but fluffy on the inside. The chicken sandwich was made well, but the chicken was a little bit dry, which is why I gave four stars instead of five. I added some extra sauce I had at home and it was perfect. The one I received had half? of an avocado sliced into chunks with barely any mayo/mustard. The patties were smaller than the bun, but at least there was plenty of bacon! I wouldn't recommend trying Mr. Beast burgers from this location. I'm assuming since they operate out of ghost kitchens/pop ups, the quality won't be consistent. They have lots of seating, friendly staff, and the food was excellent! If the Reuben is still a special highly recommend it!
