My first trip to Culver's was enjoyable. Fairly affordable and delicious burgers, crinkle cut fries and custard (ice cream) One think kept me from giving it a 5. Not as clean as it should be. This place stays busy. But the burgers are great (patty melt is AWESOME) and they have REAL cheddar cheese. I would like to try other menu items at some point, but without coupons it can get pricey for a fast food joint and the wait can be long at times, which is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 5. This place is awful. The kid at the counter was incredibly rude. The menu is huge and he refused to answer any questions We Didn't knowthat you have to specify if you want tomato lettuce etc got 2 burgers with nothing on them. The girl that brought food to the doctor able fixed that. Standing at the register to pay a customer that had ordered drive through came in and had to have his bacon burger properly made with condiments and or extras. By the time we were able to eat out burger it was cold. We were here shortly after this place opened and it was great . Today not so much. Sad read more

They are way overpriced, they are stingy with condiments, and when you order the 3 piece cod dinner with extra fries instead of slaw, oh! big surprise! you get just one portion of fries. I should have just got the slaw, maybe then I would have got what I paid for. I visited here a couple of times, NOT because it was great, but because it is on my way home......I work long hours and can't always cook myself and my partner something to eat. I guess I'm the dummy that paid $32 for 2 fish dinners and old fries. A place where you have to practically beg for ketchup. Today, they have run me off. A word of warning, if you order the fish, it's going to be soggy and expensive for what it is. The burgers and other stuff are about as good as you get at Checkers and the desserts are about the same as you would get at Dairy Queen, just add $5 or more to your order price. I am amazed at the reviews they are getting, their probably employees. I would suggest looking elsewhere for fast food at this price. read more

I had a Wisconsin Swiss melt with onion rings and my husband had the mushroom Swiss double burger with fries. The burgers were fabulous. The onion rings were better than any fast food rings I've ever had. The crinkle cut fries were average. This place is our new favorite burger place - just wish there was one near Chattanooga - where home is. read more

Pretty disappointed. Have been to other Culver's and enjoyed it. We ordered 3 fish and chips, $30. The fish was not warm and they were not only "out" of green beans on a Fri evening but the side salads we got to replace the beans ALL had green, moldy cheese on them. Requested new salads and got them but would have been nice to get a coupon or something b/c that was disgusting...just say'n. The staff is also too busy chit chatting and laughing to take your order. Hope they can get their act together. Don't think we will be visiting here often. read more

This is a new location and we could tell - both orders that we placed were incorrect when delivered. The receipt shows that the order taker made the error but I'm sure they will work out the kinks eventually. That aside, the food was terrific as was the table service. The grilled chicken in my sandwich was moist and flavorful. The green beans were tasty. My companion raved about the butter burger and said the fries were perfect. We will definitely go back after a couple of weeks and see how things are. read more

No complians on the taste or quality! But after eating my burger I decided to try Culver's ice cream! The name of the young women who helped me is Emma. Emma made such a huge impression on me! She was extremly nice and helpful! This was my first time eating there and tryng their ice cream so I asked a few questions about the desrets and toppings for the ice cream! The whole time she was so polite, kind, and helpful!! It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever seen! This location in Kennesaw is my "cheat day" treat when I'm craving a burger. I've been here several times and the food, service, and cleanliness of the restaurant are always exceptional. It is obvious that management places importance on hiring and training friendly people and providing fresh, made to order food. We went to Culver's Sunday at 1230 and it was busy but not crazy. We placed our order pretty quickly and went outside to wait for our food. After 30 minutes, we went in and asked if it was going to be ready soon (remember, this is a fast food restaurant). They said they were backed up and serving the drive thru first. So people sitting in the actual restaurant were left sitting while they served the drive thru. No apology - actually, just attitude. After another 15 minutes, I went back in to check and it took several minutes for them to even acknowledge me, and then they told me there were two orders ahead of me. No apologies, no here are some fries while you wait, nothing. The manager/owner actually was very rude to the front staff, yelling at them for asking. The food is pretty good, but not good enough to wait 45 minutes for and be treated that way. It's a shame. It would have been a nice place to chill with family and friends this summer. read more

We grew up in Wisconsin and always enjoyed Culver's. Great variety of custard and sandwiches. Also, an old Wisconsin favorite, cheese curds. It's family-friendly and the service is good. Don't miss their freezer container which has many pints of ice cream they served with in the last few days in case you missed your favorite when it was featured. read more

Overall, Culvers is at the top of the the fast food restaurant chains. Had good experience eating in, fresh food,served warm/hot. However, yesterday at drive-thru received 2 almost cold burger meals that I waited for by the curb for several minutes. After the wait, especially, I expected the food to be at least very warm. I live 5 min away, but in traffic would be very inconvenient to return the meals. Culvers is otherwise delicious and good quality food, so will be back. read more

My husband and I have been at this Culver's on Kennesaw Due West Road three times now in the past week and a half. It was our first time trying Culver's. The food is amazing and the custard deserts are awesome! There is such a wide variety of food on the menu you'll find yourself wanting to go back again and again just so you can try a different meal each time you go which happens to be our case. The fried North Atlantic Cod Fish is fantastic and cooked to perfection. You can get a two piece or a three piece dinner which includes two sides and a roll. They also have the fried fish sandwich as well. The grilled chicken sandwich and the Rueben sandwich are both really good. Our next food item to try will be the hamburger made of fresh ground beef. We sat beside a gentleman who was there for his first time and had a hamburger and he said it was fresh 100% ground beef and was amazing. You would just have to surf the menu for yourself to see all of the many selections there is to choose from including grilled and fried chicken dinners and sandwiches, fish, roast beef, chopped steak, pork tenderloin, hamburgers singles and doubles, choices of cheeses, an abundant supply of toppings and condiments, all types of salads, a great kids menu, and of course the delicious custard which is Culver's own made ice cream with a different flavor of the day everyday, in cups or on cones, shakes, sundaes, a lot of Culver's already designed custard and toppings treats, or the best part is you can design your own treat with as much or as little toppings as you like that come in an array of sizes from a one scoop small cup to as the largest size they have. If your looking for something different, for really fantastic food and awesome deserts at a very fair price, for a clean and relaxing setting, and a very friendly staff, then you need to come to Culver's. As I said, we have been there three times in a week and a half and will continue to come here until we have tried everything they have on the menu. Simply said, it's just that good!!! read more
