First time at a Culver's. Went with some friends and everyone had a burger and I tried the sourdough patty melt. Everyone was happy with their burgers. The patty melt was also excellent. Everything is cooked to order. The meat has excellent taste and cooked on a flat top for that great char. The crinkle fries are great. Only complaint about the patty melt was I prefer more crisp in the bread. My wife had the ice cream special of the month. Nothing outstanding with the ice cream and she wanted more toppings and crisp. Will be back and try another item. The staff is excellent and well trained. read more

I've never had Culver's before so decided to give it a try. My order was a total of $60! Came home and found they missed some items from my order. I called and asked if they delivered so maybe I can get my remaining items! Guy there said no, so I told him they had actually forgot to include some of my order. He paused....and proceeded to say they don't deliver. NO APOLOGY NO TELLING TO COME BACK OR ANYTHING! Not to mention the food was mediocre at best! Very disappointed. Will never go here again. The worst service i ever had .I waited 25 mins and had to cancel my order. ( Many did the same). It was obvious that they were overburdened by the amount of orders that people had in. To provide better service they should have notified their customers that it's going to be a long wait. Went out of my way to try a Culver's in the south. After my order was incorrect 3 times in a row I gave up and said close enough. Two combos and two shakes apparently taxed their skills to far. They got two stars because the food I got was good, just don't expect much. read more

I grew up in Wisconsin and started visiting Culver's when the store first opened in Sauk City, around the mid-80's. After I moved out of Wisconsin, I waited... and waited... and waited for them to finally make it to Georgia. AND THEY'RE HERE!!! Woo Hoo. If you are a fan of frozen custard, then you will LOVE Culvers. If you've never had frozen custard, then visit Culver's and YOU WILL LOVE IT. Went in the day after opening. Customer service is great. They treat you well. A little over staffed but it's for the sake of the grand opening and good customer service. I think if I had to choose between Steak 'n Shake or this place, it will be this place. It's because of customer service, food is slightly better because if the quality, and their shakes are custard in which is a little better. All I can say is - wow. My manager has been talking up Culver's for a long time, as it's the only burger place she'll go to, and I finally understand all the hype. The burgers were fantastic. I had the Colby Jack Pub Burger, which has an incredible onion bun, crispy onions, and a whole lot of cheese. My wife had the Culver's Deluxe. Both were cooked perfectly. Probably the best "fast food" burgers I've ever had. We also opted for the cheese curds, which were top notch. For dessert I got the "flavor of the day" mini, which was plenty big. The employees were extremely friendly, and the thought he line was plenty long, they worked through it in no time. Nobody is on par with Chick-fil-a in terms of customer service, but if CoA is a 10, then I'd say Culver's was a 9. Really great experience. Will definitely be back. read more

We went through the drive thru and ordered icecream cones. The second they handed them to us they were already dripping off the side. The one I was handed dripped in my sunglasses (hanging around my neck) and all over my shirt. I went in to tell the manager what happened and he gave me another cone that was already starting to drip. I told him I should send him my cleaning bill for shirt and he laughed at me....we had to repeat our order 5 times before they got it right. That was our last visit to Culver's. read more

Culver's is new to our area - reminds me of Steak and Shake with Zaxby's fries and a flash of Dairy Queen. More menu choices (fish, shrimp, pot roast) than those restaurants. Just ok - nothing to get overly stoked about. We prefer chic fil a, burger fi, cheese burger Bobby's and five guys over this place, especially given the cost of the meal. read more

I love Culver's! Seriously one of the best fast food joints you could stop by and get a burger at. It's almost like a five guys but cheaper and they serve crinkle fries, which are amazing. I've been to multiple locations and none of them have disappointed. Everything is made fresh. When you order they give you a number to wait. Plus they have custom frozen custard. I try to be tough on giving a place 5 stars but going off my first experience having Culver's, I have to say it was GREAT! I hate to put it in the "fast food" category because the burger is much better than some local restaurant burgers. I was shocked at the amount of people working when we came in which meant that they can attend to every need of the customers. My burger was hot and my fries were even hotter! The service was professional and the workers seems like they actually care about the customers experience. This is my new favorite "fast food" hamburger joint! I hope my next experience is the same. My boyfriend and I've been here a couple of times and I like it so far. I just hope it doesn't fail like D'Lite's of America because I basically liked it too. My only complaint-besides not being close enough to drive here-is that they only offered ketchup in the self-serve area pumps. I asked for mustard-like my boyfriend had for his salad-and one server said they charged for those. She did give me some takeout mustard packs, but due to my number fingers from osteo-arthritis, I have trouble opening them. I'm not into white bread, just multi-grain, so I left it untouched. The fish and Cole slaw weren't too bad and the iced tea wasn't too bad. A server did offer me a sundae for the trouble and it was quite good too.. There's a vacant Krytal's on Canton Rd. in Marietta and I wish you could open up a store there. I never liked Krytal's or White Castle anyway and it's just an eye sore now. This was my first Culver's experience and I will be coming more often. From my research I know they have just recently brought the franchise to GA. Wonderful idea. The foood is cooked fresh. Went to Culver's today and asked for a Chicken Cashew salad no cashews. Easy right, WRONG!! I received the salad with so many cashews there were more cashews than chicken. So I took it back up to have them remake it and was met with an argumentative employee. She proceeded to say "so all you wanted was a garden salad with chicken" no because I didn't want the croutons. So she proceeded to remake the order and when I received it guess what..... it had croutons on it. I proceed to pick the croutons out of the salad and when I go to cut up the chicken the bowl nearly flipped off the table. The salad bowl was so coned shaped and had more at the top than at the bottom there was absolutely no stability to be able to cut anything in that bowl. I was beyond frustrated and asked for a lid and got up and left. Not to mention if your going to serve salads please for the love of god have a salad dressing that is lite. Today I came here with my wife, my daughter and my service dog. We had a great time! The person at the cash register was so nice and told us that he always checks to see if someone was in/is in the military because every dollar/cent counts. After we ordered we went to get our soft drinks, my wife and I always get half and half iced tea; Since one of the iced tea containers was out the crew chief refilled it for us. We found out that there was only sweet tea out on the floor, so he went back to the drive through area and made sure our drinks were as good as they could be. Then later the crew chief offered me some dog treats for Hazel (my service dog), which was very nice. I have first hand experience with curds as a frequent visitor to Wisconsin where you can buy bags and bags of them in two colors. So, when I saw that Culver's had curds I was ecstatic. Let's just say they were well executed. Lovely breading and flavorless curds. Or, maybe the breading drowned out the curds. Nevertheless they were beautifully cooked and presented and if you like fried things you must try them. Otherwise, I think I would stick with other items on the menu. read more
