I have been to this location many, many times and to be honest it's normally a pretty good location. The employees at the drive thru are pleasant and efficient. But today I ordered a two piece white meat chicken dinner and the person who took my order made sure to check that this order was available. She came back and assured me it was so I paid and waited for my order which didn't take too long. Unfortunately when I got home I had a chicken thigh and leg. I'm sure many people like these pieces but when you order white meat that's not what you want to eat. Sorry but this pissed me off. These are not pieces of chicken I particularly like. Culvers please teach your employees not to outright lie to people. It will improve your reputation. I will most likely never again frequent this location just because I was lied to. read more

Culvers in general is by far the best fast food you can get in this area. Everything is fresh and appears to be cooked to order. The employees rock and they deserve a good review. I had one bad experience with an employee, and it was immediately dealt with by the manager. He had a small meeting with me, the employee I had a disagreement with, and myself. They both apologized and made sure that I was happy before I left. The way they handled the situation was extremely professional and helpful. They also actually bought my meal and gave me a coupon for another free meal. I just thought the way they handled the situation deserved a good review. read more

If you go after 7pm, they will be out of all but one soup. But, they won't tell you that until you've already been waiting 5min in the drive thru line. They come out and let you know you have only one option, otherwise you have to wait another 5min to get a refund. After 5+ times of this happening, I gave up on ever getting soup. Otherwise, their very unhealthy ice cream and butter burgers are always tasty.. I would also consider them overpriced for fast food. read more

The service was exceptional. The chili was excellent. The Strawberry Field salad was terrible. The picture shows field greens with sliced strawberries carrots and blue cheese pieces and pecans. What I got was a few very thin sliced strawberries, carrots, a few small pieces of blue cheese, over a third cup of pecans and all Head lettuce. I will not be buying salads here again. I have to give this particular Culver's an extremely high rating. The staff is extremely pleasant and well coordinated and clearly bust their chops for the sake of the customer. I've gone here like a hundred plus timed over a decade and I've only seen the staff in good spirits, ever, and to me that really says something. It does have some local flair also and there are big TVs with sports on. Some Culver's don't have TVs. Beyond that, same as you'd get at any Culver's... clean as a whistle and serving high quality American fast food. read more

The food is good but customer service not good at all.Just went there to get some food and they have a bunch of high school kids working there they talk to each other and ignore the customers.Ordered a salad and burgers the kid walked up and placed the bag of food on the counter near me without a word I was so confused as to what happened looked in the bag and it was my order.Grabed my food and waked out come on after spending $20 you just toss the bag on the counter and walk away.At least hand the bag to the customers hand.
