Finally had the chance to stop in to give them a try and it's a decent burger shop. I was glad to see the crinkle cut fries that were crispy and salted. The onion rings were super crunchy , they were really good. The custard was about the same as Freddie's. It was good and hit the spot. The food I ordered was fine, the order taker left something to be desired. I ordered a double burger with cheese, mustard and pickles. The order taker asked whether it was a double or a single. I told her it was a double, but when I got my order, I only got a single it was 3 o'clock in the afternoon and they were not busy so it wasn't like she was backed up on previous orders. This afternoon had a Reuben Melt from this location. Their claim was "We use hand-trimmed, lean corned beef" and yet my corned beef was not trimmed and very fatty. Both slices of Rye bread were burnt. The Swiss cheese was missing. The sauerkraut had not been drained. The juice from the sauerkraut mixed with the Thousand Island dressing. Wonderful service every single time, the employees are super friendly and caring. My order is always correct. Drive through is surprisingly efficient! Usually I"m pleased but last night I ordered a deluxe about ten minutes before closing and I think the boys simply microwaved a patty for me (ie, all equipment was turned off and they were ready to leave). Culver's is Culver's. It has a great reputation and the food here is as delicious as it is anywhere else. Inside is always clean and there's plenty of parking. The part I'm taking off points for is the drive thru. Every time I come by there's a wait. And it's not always during the lunch or dinner rush. Last time I went it was around 1:30pm and I had to pull off to the side along with 6 other cars for over 5 minutes. I do understand that everything is cooked to order. Can you taste the difference? Is it worth the wait? I suppose. I work and live near by so it makes sense for me to just pick up food instead of dining inside. So in short: This Culver's has great food. But if you're in a rush don't expect to make a speedy getaway by choosing the drive thru. read more

Come here all the time, but, came here just now--briefly--for what I'd consider the most important unannounced check-in of all. Literally just had to use the bathroom, (life or death type situation). They were cool af, no guilt tripping, and it was all smooth. The bathroom? Like I was at the Four Seasons.
