Both slices of Rye bread were burnt. The Swiss cheese was missing. The sauerkraut had not been drained. The juice from the sauerkraut mixed with the Thousand Island dressing. Wonderful service every single time, the employees are super friendly and caring. My order is always correct. Drive through is surprisingly efficient! The part I'm taking off points for is the drive thru. Every time I come by there's a wait. And it's not always during the lunch or dinner rush. Last time I went it was around 1:30pm and I had to pull off to the side along with 6 other cars for over 5 minutes. I do understand that everything is cooked to order. Can you taste the difference? Is it worth the wait? I suppose. I work and live near by so it makes sense for me to just pick up food instead of dining inside. So in short: This Culver's has great food. Come here all the time, but, came here just now--briefly--for what I'd consider the most important unannounced check-in of all. Literally just had to use the bathroom, (life or death type situation). They were cool af, no guilt tripping, and it was all smooth. The bathroom? Like I was at the Four Seasons.
