This was our first and last trip to a Culver's. We ordered online and drove over to pick it up. When my husband arrived our order was brought out to him. After he got home, we realized we didn't get all of our order and one of our items was poorly prepared. We called to give the manager our feedback, in an effort to help them, not expecting anything in return other than a possible refund for the items we didn't receive. Instead of listening to our feedback, the manager, Russel, talked over my husband and only offered for him to come back and pick up the missing items (3 in total). He never offered an apology or any other solution. It simply wasn't worth it to head back there at that point. Needless to say, we won't be going back to Culver's. read more

If you're looking for a quick burger or tasty frozen desserts this is a really good place. A lot of people like the cheese curds, it does sound weird but they're not bad. I wouldn't recommend the salads there was one occasion where I was sick following eating the salads. If you sign up for their club on their website you'll get emailed a coupon for a Bogo basket. I really wanted to like this place because it is right across the street from our new home but after last night I'm done. We ordered meals for us all and when it was brought to us was not going to be enough. So I ordered the Cod Dinner Plate with onion rings and shrimp which came out to $16. We got 1 piece of fish, 2 fried shrimp and the onion rings. The food is good but it is WAY OVERPRICED. I'd rather go to a sit down restaurant than pay the same or more at this joint. read more

This was our first time at Culver's and now it will not be our last .. Went to the drive through and was greeted by a friendly young man who did not rush me.. We ordered the bacon deluxe and regular deluxe, 2 fries and strawberry milkshakes.. I guess I should have read the menu better because these are 2 large beef patties, dressed with cheese and one with added bacon .. They were served hot, fresh and delicious!! They are huge!! Fries were perfect, crinkle cut and salted !! Strawberry shake was soooooo good, thick and loaded with strawberries.. Glad we stopped and will definitely return soon!!! read more

Don't have crazy high expectations especially considering it is fast food, but I would rather eat here than the monster fast food chains like McDonald's or Burger King. Well after waiting in line for 15 minutes in the drive thru I then got cold food and a melted concrete mixer to bring home to the family. I would probably not make a special trip to eat there inside either. I've never had a butter burger before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I think I will stick to Whataburger even though it's a little further from home. At least the food is hot when it is handed to you and the burgers are better in my opinion. Very popular but not impressed. The "grilled chicken sandwich" might as well be called the "boiled chicken sandwich." The gross off-white color (like when boiled) with barely a singe of grill on either side was so unappetizing, I ate a couple bites and trashed it. The other day I ate at Culver's and switched from the 2 piece fried cod w fries, slaw & a medium drink because that cost $13.40!!! Been to this place probably too many times. But, they have nice courteous kids working in there and the food is reliably good. My kids love it too. Yes, sometimes there is a wait but they make your food fresh instead of pulling it out from under a lamp and tossing it in a bag. read more

Had the double original butterburger and it was delicious - could tell it was chargrilled, not processed or frozen. Fries were crispy but soft. The chicken tenders and malt were also very good. I'm a fan of this place for a great $5-$6 burger. Try their "Pub Burger" whenever they offer it (seasonal burger) - I think it is Culver's best burger ever! My kids can't get enough of it. If they don't have the Pub Burger, then go for the "Triple Cheese" burger with double meat patties! It will satisfy any cheese burger craving. These 2 burgers at Culvers make it my favorite mid-priced burger joint at $5-6. My other favorites are In'N-Out Burger at the cheap end of the spectrum for a $3.5 double meat burger, and Bobby Q's at the high end of the spectrum with the "Perfect" burger ($11 lunch special, or $15 on the dinner menu). read more

The employees were really sweet, but the part that i gave one star for is the management. The tall guy, Jeff, was yelling and slamming his hand on the counter. Made one girl look as if she was going to cry. That is an unacceptable way to treat a person, especially when your selling over priced fast-food with mediocre quality. I am a past employee of Culver's and I do not recommend anyone to work at this location! The main manager Zach and the owner Jeff like to yell at their employees, not caring who is there to witness it. Not only does them yelling embarrass the employee but also degrades them in front of their coworkers. I was trained at this location and recently quit because of the way I was being treated. The other managers such as; Sabrina, Victoria, Beverly, and Russell were great supporters and role models, which is sad because that's how the main manager and owner should be. When I quit Zach yelled and questioned me when he did not have the right to. Even when I go back in to visit my old coworkers I am still treated poorly and I do not leave happy when I should because I am a guest and their slogan is "have the guest leave happy". I hope many people read this review and have a second thought on applying. P.S. my new job is lit. read more

So it's been awhile since we've been the Culver's on 83rd & Deervallay. The first time we have ever gone through the drive three. To make a very long story short. I gave her the order twice, she read it back wrong twice 3rd time I thought she got it. At the window they asked me to pull forward & wait & wait & wait. A boy came out with a single bag 1/2 the order missing. My husband went in. Came back out, paid more & for the items she missed. On the way home I asked my husband did u look in the bag are u sure it all there? In the end he never got his cheese curds we paid for. food alway good. Serve questionable. read more
