I love Culver's but was disappointed with the food quality. I waited for about 10 minutes for my food and drove home after receiving it. My burger was burnt and hard. It wasn't that juicy flavor you normally get when you bite into one of their burgers. My sweet tea also wasn't sweet. I felt extremely disappointed cause I went out of my ways to come to this location as I didn't want Mcdonalds quality. Thankfully my sons food was delicious and not burnt. I'm a Culver's groupie. I've been to Culver's restaurants all over the U.S. This one, though, you'll want to skip! After a long and hectic day, I just wanted to grab some food and head home. I waited 20 minutes just to give my order in the drive through, and then when I finally git to the window and paid, I waited another 15 minutes just sitting in front of the window. I finally asked what was going on. "Oh, it's going to be another 30 to 40 minutes for your food." I was trapped by two cars! I finally asked for a refund, which I got, but never again! read more

I don't know what's happening at the Cave Creek Rd store but not only was our order messed up, it lacked taste. We ordered a single bacon butterbuger no tomatoes, a double butterburger with cheese and 2 fish/chips dinners. Received a double bacon butterburger with tomatoes, a mushroom swiss cheese butter burger and 2 fish/chips dinners but the fish was super greasy! Oh and they missed an order of fries altogether. Used to be a good place but when spending over $56 now for this meal, I'll think long and hard before I come back. Oh should mention as I was leaving, a woman was letting an employee know when had the wrong salad. Luckily, the front of the restaurant employees were friendly and helpful. Unbelievably disappointed with this restaurant. Went there at 7:30 on Thursday night and asked to speak to a manager. A very unprofessional manager came out and after 30 seconds I could tell she wasn't going to listen so I asked for general manager and was told she was too busy to talk. (There was on three customers in restaurant and one in drive thru so I am not sure how she was too busy.) I asked if I could wait and she said no you will have to schedule an appointment. I called three times to schedule an appointment and was hung up on twice and once left a message for her call and it was NEVER returned. Clearly this restaurant is unprofessionally run and operated. Ice cream, ice scream ... I scream for ice cream! Excellent spot for ice cream. I didn't try the food options as we had already eaten dinner. We came in for a late night ice cream run and it well worth it. I got the thick thing called ...oh crap, i can't remember. But it's the equivalent to the DQ blizard and it was great. They offer a flavor of the day too so if you are unsure of what to try you can go with the flavor of the day. read more

Came in after a dinner rush, 8pm or so I'd say. Ordered a custard that was supposed to come with more toppings (the flavor of the day). After asking FAITH and MADISON to fix it, they were snickering at my daughter and I in the front right corner of the store (where we could see & hear). I drove to this specific location for that flavor. I'm so angry at their disrespect and would rather just get plain vanilla at a different store or McDonald's. read more

We have gone thru the drive thru several times and EVERY time they get our order wrong. The onion rings were burned. Looked at the receipt and I have no idea how anything came out. Onions were on the wrong burger. One of the burgers was supposed to be butter free. Didn't say so on the receipt. Their employees need better training. THEN when you call to complain, it takes 15 minutes to get that done. read more

Just okay. The location is kind of awkward. I ordered 2 things: Cheese curds and a sundae. I enjoyed the cheese curds, but the sundae was a mess. Nothing was mixed in as the name "mix-ins" implies. The banana slices were also awkwardly large. I ended up having to cut them into quarters in order to have them fit on the spoon. They also made the custard and forgot about the cheesecurds. Once again, I can't reiterate how much I'm in love with Culver's. The burgers just taste so awesome! The patties are big and the buns are moist and fresh. Great job guys! I used to love Culver's, but they discontinued the fried chicken!! So...yesterday I ordered two chicken strip "value meals" but I saw absolutely no value in paying $9.00 for four tasteless chicken strips, fries and a drink ($20.00 for two meals)!! My kid had fries and I had onion rings. So...my kid got four large chicken strips with his fries. Two of my four chicken strips were LITTLE and two were medium sized, not large like my kid's strips. So employees...PAY ATTENTION and distribute the chicken strips according to size!! I'm glad I didn't order these two "value meals" for two kids or there would have been an issue because both kids would have wanted the larger chicken strips, not settle for less than the sibling. I just decided it was diet night for me since mine were small and watched my kid eat his large chicken strips. To be honest, I didn't mind much because the chicken strips don't have much flavor (and they don't offer buffalo sauce, just basic stuff like ranch or BBQ) and I really don't care for the lack of texture. I don't write reviews... like, ever. This is my very first one. Yes, their food is amazing, (Culver's is our go-to for frozen custard), but this review is a shout out to an AMAZING person. I wish I would have gotten his name! Anyway, there was a knock on my door today and it was this outstanding person from Culver's (I'm assuming either manager or owner, but not sure). He came to my house to personally deliver my son's wallet that has been missing for two months. He was keeping it safe at the restaurant just in case my son realized that's where he left it and came by to pick it up. When no one showed up, this man went above and beyond to deliver it safely to its owner. He even had a tire blowout getting here (in the pouring rain) and still seemed upbeat and positive. Incredible. The world needs more people like this. Kudos Culver's. Words cannot express our gratitude!!! read more

The food is good, however, the managers are always rude to both the customers, and their employees. One manager in particular, Dakota, is often rude, and stuck up to everyone within range. He is stubborn, and should not be in charge when he can't even have pleasant customer service. I will NOT be returning. read more

Horrible store. I suggest 83rd and Thunderbird if you want something better than horrible. My custard was completely melted and my burger patty was super cold after I waited in the drive thru for 40 mins. I spoke to Dakota to remediate the situation, but he was completely unhelpful. Have you ever had someone make you feel bad for complaining about something you paid for? I spoke to Elysia a few minutes later and she respectfully gave me coupons and treated me nicely. I will not be using these coupons at this store, however. All in all, if you want to waste wayyyy to much money, Culver's on 83rd and Deer Valley is your place!!!!! read more

This was our first and last trip to a Culver's. We ordered online and drove over to pick it up. When my husband arrived our order was brought out to him. After he got home, we realized we didn't get all of our order and one of our items was poorly prepared. We called to give the manager our feedback, in an effort to help them, not expecting anything in return other than a possible refund for the items we didn't receive. Instead of listening to our feedback, the manager, Russel, talked over my husband and only offered for him to come back and pick up the missing items (3 in total). He never offered an apology or any other solution. It simply wasn't worth it to head back there at that point. Needless to say, we won't be going back to Culver's. read more
