Maybe it was an off day but this visit was such I do not ever plan on returning to any Culver to eat. I generously bumped the rating 1 star because the staff that helped me was good. My burger was so overcooked that I didn't have meat as much as a crunchy patty something. Other burger though was okay though drowned in Mayo and had to scrape it off.. Meat wasn't seasoned based on taste so had to use a lot of pepper and salt. Crinkle fries were best part of the meal though they are my least favorite fry. First time in. Went because neighbors said it was the best fast food burger around. Total disappointment. Overcooked burger, burnt bacon, cheese not melted. Fries tasted like the frozen ones from grocery store - not crispy and not hot. I took my food home but I only live a half mile away. Should not have got cold that quickly. They claim to cook fresh when ordered. Doubt that. Guy at service counter was awesome. Great attitude and friendly smile (no mask but that's a different issue) He even called outfit someone in back to give this order TLC as first time customer. Everyone was very friendly and smiling, which made me realize I am obviously not in New York City anymore lol because you would never get that service there. The sandwiches were another matter entirely. The chicken sandwich was like warm. The bun was soggy like it had been sitting around for awhile. The harvest burger was absolutely disgusting, a luke warm soggy mess, one bite the entire thing slopped to the plate in a sodden blob. Terrible experience at this restaurant tonight. 32 minutes in drive thru (10 of which was after we got up to the window.). There were only 8 cars in front of me. When they asked me to park (after handing me our ice cream), I asked her to bring me fresh when they bring the food because I didn't want it melted. Girl at window rolled her eyes and asked if I really needed them to put it in the freezer. I told her that if the 20 minutes to crank out 8 cars was any indication then I probably did. On the 4th of July I entered the drive thru and I was greeted with,"what can I get for you"... the woman that brought my food outside attempted to give my food to the other two cars that were waiting to spite my receipt said #39,my side mirror also had a #39,and I was parked in spot number 2. She ignored my verbal advances asking her was she looking for number 39. She only came to the car when the white customers side mirrors displayed 40/41. I asked for sweet tea light ice and got no ice. I went into the store to get ketchup and noticed that when I walked in I wasn't greeted. However,two white males walked in and the manager was overjoyed. She greeted them with a Welcome to Culver's as they entered the dining area. She proceeded to say "how can I help you". As I exited I wasn't even told to have a great day or thank you for coming. I went back in to see if maybe I was just overlooked based on them being busy. Upon entering a second time, still no greeting and the drive thru person said to me "yes"! Lol I asked for a cup of ice and she gave me a cup. A young white female was standing next to me at the counter and with a smile the employee said "yes ma'am how can I help you". I smiled and began to exit. As I was exiting the store I heard someone come over the intercom and the drive thru person said "Welcome to Culver's may I take your order". The person said one moment please. I smiled and continued to exit. Still no thank you or come again. As I sat in my car I couldn't help to notice that the person at the waiting parking spot was white. Also that the person bringing out the food was as friendly as a clown at a birthday party... It was apparent to me and my folks that this place or it's staff prefer a particular customer base. And it wasn't black on this 4th of July. Disappointing, but knowledgeable. This was my first encounter with this business in 7 years of being here. I can't say that I'll be coming back.... The food was delicious! I couldn't help to feel like I was trespassing or something though... First time going to Culver's, ordered two North Atlantic cod dinners from the drive-thru. Total was a little over $30 and a bit of a wait but have to say my bf and I were pleasantly surprised. We pulled through the drive through for a quick burger. We didn't want lunch from one of the chain stores on every corner. We hadn't been to a Culver's but were willing to be adventurous. We are sooo glad we did! We had the Reuben and the Swiss and mushroom burger. Both were so fresh and yummy. The burger had fresh mushrooms- not from a can. Decided to give this location a chance after the east bay one became a disaster. This was no better. Terrible service. The kid packing the food actually wiped his nose with his gloved hand and then proceeded to keep using it. He also grabbed pens, used the register and other nasty stuff. (ALL ABOUT CHEESE CURDS) I had dinner at another Culver's location last night, and liked it enough to want to try it again today. This is fast food, but with a few different options and, uh, it's "upscale fast food." I wasn't that hungry, and it was still pretty early (10:30 am) so I decided to try the custard on a future trip, and just picked up an order of cheese curds in the drive through. I paid and was given a plastic table tent with a number and asked to pull forward in line...there was no one else there, and I had no idea what to do with the tent (put in the roof of my car maybe?). I go to the drive thru ask, for a flavor of the day, turtle, and politely ask if they can make the ice cream look like the picture (because I've been here many times before and the flavor of the day is always lacking its pizzazz and hype that the picture and flavor forecasts create). Yeah I have the app and check this stuff out each week because I love ice cream! So, please don't disappoint me and give a a little vanilla ice cream with 2 pieces of pecan and a squirt of caramel and forget the chocolate! Will ya??!! DO IT RIGHT! Ppplllleeeaaasssseeeeee. Just once. So, I asked if they would give me a cup of turtle that looked like the pic, and you know what? THEY DID. Congrats! I would give you 3 stars instead of 2 if the little BRAT at the drive thru didn't hand me my cup of ice cream, say 'have a nice day' and then SLAM the window in my face! What a B. But hey! Piece of advice to the owners and upper management of this location, when you leave somebody in the store in a management position please give them the ability to handle customer concerns. In addition make sure the people behind the counter understand the importance of customer service and know when to keep their mouth shut and not argue with customers. My husband and I visited this location over the weekend. The cashier that we had was absolutely fantastic. Her name started with either an M or an N and she was middle aged. Burgers are thin and greasy but tasty. We had a coupon so it made it a good value. I wouldn't eat here again without a coupon. Overpriced for portion size. They gave me the wrong burger but since it was the same price as what I ordered I went ahead and ate it. Nothing special IMO. Steak and Shake has comparable food on their $5 menu. Just went there literally an hour ago, and half of the food wasn't up to anybody standards. Some rude employee rolling his eyes when the food was delivered to the table, male bathroom was dirty beyond belief. Occasionally we buy our dinner there, but lately we have noticed the fries quality,taste and freshness isn't there anymore not sure if it's a certain group of people not doing their work right or just the lack of the managers on tasting samples before giving the OK to server to customers. Their drive thru makes constantly mistakes on handing orders, more than once i've gone thru it and have found that i ordered a double cheese and only to find a single cheese burger/half of the fries on the bag they come in. read more

Went in today for a burger and fries. Usually good, with good service. Took a couple bites and realized it was a plain cheeseburger with no lettuce, tomato, etc. Told the kid working and he said he would get me another burger.
