They don't tell you they use Door Dash to deliver when you order on their website. DoorDash doesn't ever abide by delivery instructions, and your food will rot on the ground outside because it was also delivered 30 minutes early to a sprinkler room door and you're not ever notified the food is there. Qdoba will tell you it will be an 1.75 hours before they can deliver again AND they make sure you know you are annoying them. When waiting 1.75 hours for another order from them will not help and you order from somewhere else and request a refund from them, they tell you to contact guest support on line. You contact guest support online and they say you must contact DoorDash, I contact DoorDash, but they can't help because I didn't order through them. Back to Guest services who directs you back to the store...It shouldn't be THIS hard to do good customer service. They have now told me after days and MANY emails, they will NOT be refunding the food because DoorDash delivered it. They are offering me 6 free meals for DoorDash to deliver wrong again. NO! I would't be requesting a refund if they replaced the messed up order in a timely manner AND I never hired DoorDash, they did!
