Culver's has always been a childhood favorite of mine, and it felt so comforting eating here. There were so many people pulling into the parking lot but somehow, not much of a line at the cash register and orders came out very quickly. I ordered the veggie burger value basket. The crinkle cut fries and cole slaw were delicious. I also loved the cheese curds, although their medium is not so much anymore. I thought the veggie burger was pretty good. It wasn't the best fast food veggie burger I ever had; It was a bit burnt on one side and I did ask for without the onion. It was still a great meal though and would probably order their grilled cheese next time. Of course, we had to end with the custard which we got with brownie bites! If I could do it again, I would've just gotten the plain custard because it tastes so great on its own!

Don't even get me started on their Al Pastor. It sits cooking in Bbq and pineapple on top that drizzles juices into the meat. On this day I had pastor tacos. They come very simple as I ordered Mexican style. They come with cilantro, onion and salsa and meat. This is all you need as the pastor truly shines and the pineapple presents brightly amongst the bbq and smoky taste of the pork. This is one of a kind pastor that's for sure. They make much more authentic Mexican food here than most Mexican establishments I've been to, and their salsa is very hot so for those not used to such flavor it may come as a slight shock, just something to consider going in. Staff here are always so kind and warm and friendly. I never feel out of place when I come here. This stays on my rotation for lunch as I work nearby, and it's a 10/10 always!

I didn't really get the flavors of the meats due to all the toppings (beans, lettuce, pico, sour cream), which if you want to omit anything, you can. I also went for the tres leche cake, which was good. To be honest, we were actually heading to another restaurant on the block, but being a Monday, they were closed. Thankfully El Taco Riendo wasn't because I enjoyed the experience. They have a large menu written on the wall. Right above the cashier is another menu with pictures, and I believe there was a smaller menu with pics on the counter. Prices were fair and service good. After placing our order we were given our drinks and told to have a seat, the food would be brought to us. The food came out in less than 10mins. However, out cakes weren't, so eventually I just notified an employee who took care of things immediately. In all it was a nice experience.

We currently love their breakfast tacos, Shrimp tacos, and chips and guac. Well balanced season wise and you can customize to make more or less spicy. Giving them a 4 because one of the salsas we got was rancid. Service 1/5: the user experience of their website could use improvement. We always order ahead of when we go and the amount of times I've had to re enter my order or the website not letting me log in happen everytime we order. This is also the first time our order has been correct. Either they forget tacos/chips or include incorrect ones, the newer staff seems to check but previous staff generally did not. Ambiance 4/5: we have eaten in the restaurant before. Be careful that sometimes the bathrooms are out of order. If you sit in certain spots of the restaurant it is freezing cold in the winter. Outside of that the restaurant has a fun theme. Overall we really love this place but have been disappointed with food errors and website challenges.

But the customer service was amazing and lucky for us the food came out so fast. I got a cheeseburger. It was a little salty, I would have loved some tomatoes and lettuce but it was good. The bread was fab. I hubby loved the hotdog and the French fries were fresh! We got a great little table out front in the shade. I will say it is right on a road, so I was a bit nervous with my daughter, but it all worked out. After eating we got ice cream. I cannot tell you how incredible the young man at the counter was trying to help my girl pick a flavor. Awesome staff. Good food.

When I go to new cities, I typically seek out food that is specific to the region and thus a little more interesting to me. You can get a burger anywhere, and a cheese filled patty, aka a "Juicy Lucy", didn't sound like something I needed to try. But my husband kept talking about it and really seemed bent on having one so we decided to come here to try it out. We showed up during their happy hour, from 4-5pm, and they had $5 draft beers. Score! It's a cute place with ample seating, nice natural light from the large windows, and a relaxed atmosphere. I ordered the Juicy Lucy, a burger patty stuffed with cheese and topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and pub sauce. I chose the Impossible patty version, but you can also get it with their house made black bean burger. Hubby chose the Garlic Girl, a black bean cheeseburger topped with bacon (also made in-house), berbere aioli, lettuce, and pickled onion. Each burger came with fries. Both burgers were spectacular and delicious in their own way. The bacon on hubby's burger was incredible, and his burger was rich and satisfying. By my Juicy Lucy, oh my... Every bite was a flavor explosion and intensely delicious without being a gut bomb shockingly. To top it off, the fries were super crispy and just perfect. WOW is all I can say. Note that while the prices may seem a little higher than what you might expect, Francis Burger is a no tipping establishment, as stated on their menu. For the quality of the food and the great service, it was well worth the price! I'll be back if I'm ever in this area again.f
