WHAT A FIND!!!! Just discovered Culver's and we are SO HAPPY... what a great place for a meal that you can sit or run. 1st - the people are all super nice.. everyone. They seem to genuinely care that you have everything you need. 2nd - the place was SPOTLESS! There wasn't an area that you would want to avoid. 3rd - The food was GOOD. Great burgers, great variety and they even have a GF burger bun (they serve it warm - but let's face it - GF is just plain not the same). 4th - probably the best ice cream around. They call it custard but it's ice cream. I had a chocolate milk shake that actually had chocolate in it :)... plus a huge variety of different ice creams you can take with you... Blueberry Cheesecake (hubby fav), cookies & cream, oreo, turtle, many more along with the usuals. PLUS PLUS they list any allergens on the outside so you don't have to worry about what you are getting. 5th - Fast and happy service. It was a win win all around. I have eaten at Culvers in other cities and know the food is good. What is concerning is with a new restaurant opening in Saint Augustine it is very busy. Tables inside are not being wiped down between customers using them. I like the fact social distancing is being utilized with tables closed to provide distancing but by not wiping them down is horrible. We are outside as a result. Managers on-site were walking around but not helping to wipe down tables and they could have at least some this. Hope it gets better as far as cleaning procedures and wait times on food. It's a new restaurant so I am being patient with regards to wait time. read more

I originally had a bad review here for some service issues. However, the food was always great. And as far as the service issue, Adam the GM called me to address my review almost immediately. He was a pleasure to speak with and took care of my issue and even compensated my for my bad experience. The issue was minimal to begin with (missing item). always have you pull up after you order your food, and most of the time they'll either forget your sauce or one of your food items. If they do, you don't get anything free or any apologies...you just have to be pulled up again to wait on your food. read more

If I could say Zero that is the option I would select. What poor service. Horrible. Likes it's an inconvenience for me to purchase there. Well. I'll won't do that again! Service SUCKS!!! Delicious burgers, fries, and a pretty good Reuben. Very busy, thus slow. Clean, easy parking, eat there often.

I've had some good meals at this Culvers and recommended them to others, but maybe they are getting sloppy. I got a grilled chicken cashew salad and custard to go. At home I found that the separate small bag contained just the salad dressing, no custard. Past salads here had mixed greens, but this was just lettuce and much of it was the hard white stuff that I normally throw away. I'm in no hurry to try them again. read more

Stopped here late one Tuesday night after CAP. Kids working the drive through clearly enjoyed their job, were exceptionally friendly, professional, and wonderful! Love love Culver's food. I have eaten at many Culver's in many states and I'm never disappointed! This location is every bit as good as I've ever had. We order our fries without salt and these are by far the best fries I've EVER had at a Culver's!! The onslaught support of customers during the opening weeks is very impressive. All of our food was hot, tasty and delicious. Don't pay any attention to the couple negative reviews from people who obviously lack something in their lives and try to dispense their misery on others. Any new restaurant has bumps during opening weeks. if you've never tried this restaurant, give it a try. I think you'll like it read more

We love Culvers! It's a fast casual concept, with counter service / sit-down *or* drive-through, and they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The butter burgers and frozen custard (especially the "flavor of the day") are our favorites, but they always have other "comfort foods" like soups, pot roast, seafood, and the like. The staff is friendly and hard-working; they must be doing something right since so many other places are short-staffed. If you like good food and good service for a reasonable price, you can't go wrong with Culvers! read more

Our first time dining at this establishment! First of all the staff is so polite and friendly! Samantha was wonderful! Immaculate place. Still have Covid distancing marked off with tables indoors. We dined outside and Samantha stopped by to see if everything was okay, making sure everything was clean. Will definitely visit them again and hopefully all the other Culver's are just as wonderful! Yummy fish dinner with nice sized pieces of fish. The only complaint that I have is that the mashed potatoes were messily packaged with potato hardened all over the container. The taste of the potatoes wasn't very good. I wouldn't order them again. The coleslaw was excellent. read more

I've been here a few times since they opened and so far I've had what I'd consider is a "good" experience about half the time. I've only done the drive through and I understand that it has been slammed as a brand new spot in a town hungry for new things, so I'm trying to keep that in mind as I type. So... The food has been fine, on par with what I've had at another Culver's, but the difference has been in the staff. Twice what appears to be a manager has come outside and literally yelled at the employees trotting between cars and orders, even shouting and exasperatedly gesturing to drivers to move cars up so close they are all but touching. I understand they are trying to maximize space but it's upsetting as a customer and doesn't help - especially if someone not at the front of the line has an order ready early. Overall, it's a nice new option and the employees in the drive through window are always friendly. Just be prepared to WAIT... and maybe feel a smidge flustered. read more

Stopped in on a Friday for a fish sandwich, onion rings and a custard. Disappointed as the fish sandwich was mush, both the onion rings and custard were good. Stopped in again to try the burger, ordered the single w/ LT, rings, and custard. Burger looked like leather and was dry (probably hangeng around for a while) and it was smashed paper thin. The rings and custard were both good this time as well. Wont be rushing back unless I have a craving for custard or ice cream. read more

Had a GREAT fish sandwich at Culver's today! Cooked to perfect! The French fries were also perfectly cooked with just the right amount of seasoning. Finished off my meal with two scoops of their amazing chocolate custard. Yum!! The staff was very eager to help I witnessed a lot of cleaning going on after each table emptied. Would MOST DEFINITELY go back!! P.S. Miss the grilled tuna salad sandwich Culver's used to serve! Guess they didn't sell enough but was my personal favorite. read more

Waited in line from 6 PM to 7:13 PM, wrong order came out, they attempted to bring me my food the second time order was still incorrect I had someone else's order completely. Horrible food. I understand opening day was busy, so waiting for a long time in drive thru was expected. What is NOT expected was cold, dried up food! I did not receive a Mushroom swiss burger, what I received was a hamburger crisp, as the burger patties were soooo over cooked there was no life to them, I could not find but 2 mushrooms on the burger under the swiss cheese and the food was dry and cold. Believe it or not, McDonalds is better than Culver's! The onion rings were cold not even warm,and the fries were over salted to where they were inedible. Very disappointing. I was anticipating their opening as I have eaten at Culver's in Independence, Missouri, and a friend I recommended Culver's to in Boise, Idaho, was very happy with her Mushroom Swiss Burger, onion rings and chocolate shake. For $20.00 dollars I could have eaten at Chili's. We are only 5 mins from this Culver's, so the food should not have been cold. It was not even warm! I tried contacting them, but the phone must have been off the hook due to their grand opening . Very, very disappointed in the quality of food from this location Culver's! My experience in Independence, Mo was a very moist juicy hamburger with a good amount of mushrooms. I guess I will have to get that when I next visit Independence, MO! Pretty sad wasting money and a gift card on a very disappointing meal! read more
