The staff went over and above, really making the experience special. They even offered to go containers and a foil bag to help keep the ice cream from melting when my kids felt full. I recently visited Culver's and went through the drive-through, which was quick with no wait time. However, we encountered some issues with our order at the window. We upgraded one of the meals to include a shake, but instead of charging us for the value basket with the upgrade, we were charged separately for the burger, fries, and shake. This resulted in a higher cost than expected since the value basket with an upgraded drink is usually a dollar cheaper. The two gentlemen at the window were extremely nice but had some difficulty understanding our issue. After a few moments of back-and-forth, the manager stepped in, understood the problem, and resolved it efficiently, allowing us to be on our way. Regarding the food, the fries were excellent. I ordered a Sourdough Melt, which was tasty. Although I requested a single patty, I received a double patty, making it a bit moister than I prefer. Nevertheless, it was not a bad experience overall. While it wasn't the most effortless visit, I would return and give it another try. Everyone has off days, and I'll update my review after my next visit. read more

Culver's is a mixed bag for me, earning a middling three stars in my book. Let's start with the positives - their ice cream is absolutely top-notch. Creamy, flavorful, and with a variety of delicious mix-ins, it's always a treat. However, when it comes to their burgers, I can't help but feel a bit underwhelmed. While they're certainly tasty, they tend to be on the greasier side, which can leave me feeling a bit heavy afterward. I mean what should I expect with something called a BUTTERBURGER but still. I'm not a Culver's connoisseur, but every time I've visited, I've enjoyed a delicious burger. This time, I decided to try their custard, and it was amazing. The food and service at this Culver's are consistent with what I've experienced at other locations. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the food--especially the butter burgers and custard--is always delicious.
