Service was very nice and quick. But was disappointed with their fish fry platter they have been advertising. No flavor at all in the batter than tasted like the grease was used in the frying f of literally everything else. Honestly LJ silvers has been fish. Which is kind of sad to say. Fries good, coleslaw was ok except way to much celery salt, if that's the flavor I'm trying to think of. The roll that came with the meal was very very stale. Well call me stupid, but I had no idea what Culver's was. Hubby said he heard they had good burgers so we went for lunch. Man was I surprised when we walked in and it was just another fast food joint. I thought it was going to be like chili's or Applebee's. Duh!! We looked at the tower of offerings which took forever to read and felt pressured to order (because people were waiting behind us and so was the cashier) so never got a chance to read it all. I ordered the Cheddar Bacon combo basket. Was never asked if we wanted ketchup, mustard or mayo on it so I assumed it came with something. Didn't get the senior discount they tout either. We're old, do I have to say it out loud or show my ID to get it? Minus a star. Went to get my soda, Pepsi...minus a star...hate it. Sat at a tiny table and waited for someone to bring our lunch. Lunch delivered. Burger had a pickle slice sitting on top of it, weird. Fries were obviously frozen and crinkled. Over cooked and dry. Took a bite of the burger, greasy, undercooked, bacon not cooked enough (I think it had 1 slice on it) and no condiments. Gave the fries to my hubby, ate around the edges of my burger...that's as much as I could stand. Yuck! Minus 2 more stars. So if your a fan of frozen crinkle cut fries, greasy undercooked burgers and a fan of Pepsi products..this place will be heaven to you. No bueno for me. My wife and I went to the Culver's on Faulkenburg Road for the first, and last time. We decided to try the burgers and ordered the mushroom/swiss burgers and chili cheese fries. I got the right burger, my wife didn't and the fries were less than warm. They replaced my wife's burger but there were only three very small pieces of mushrooms and the bottom bun was cold. We initially asked for hot fries but decided to get a refund and leave. Bad experience. No quality control. Wasting money for the owners. Manager was clueless. Will not go back. read more

Granted they have only been open a week so maybe there is hope for improvement. Stopped in here with my son, and was immediately greeted by 4 eager and friendly order takers. Son had the mushroom burger and fries. I ordered the double original burger and fries. Both burgers were excessively greasy. Fries had a freezer taste. Culver's is an 'upscale' fast food burger joint. The burgers are delicious! My husband and I really enjoyed the crispy onion rings. He loved the cole slaw. We placed our order then took our seats. The food was brought out by a friendly server. It was accurate! We got only the condiments we requested. We didn't have to get anything fixed. It may seem silly but we're picky and they did a great job. My husband loves their frozen custard. It is thick and creamy similar to Ted Drew's concretes. I can't wait to try it (lactose intolerant-need to bring my meds). I'm looking forward to trying their chili, my husband wants to try the chicken sandwich. They also had chicken noodle soup. As we walked around all the food items looked great. We look forward to returning and trying items new to us from their menu. read more

My husband wanted to try this place since he loves burgers. They have a wide selection of burgers on a wall menu. You place your order with the cashier and then sit till the food comes. Was excited to try a new place. When the burger came I was very disappointed. I thought it would be a regular size burger not a flat burger like Steak and Shake. It was more bun than burger. The fries were bagged crinkle cut and a little greasy. The tables are very tight too except if you get a booth. Don't think we will go back. Price was ok. I have attempted to try this place a few times since it opened as I have had nothing but great food & service @ any other location. This location is very slow especially in the drive-through, along with always messing up your orders & of course you don't see it until you get home. When you order something a certain way you do expect it to be correct especially when you had to repeat yourself 3 times just to get it correct on the order board. The hamburgers are always a bit cold also. All I can say is I wish they would take their time & check the orders correctly as no one wants to come home just to find out they didn't get what they asked for. read more

However, drive thru takes forever and every the couple times (I thought the first time was a fluke) I have ordered a shake or this time a malt (which should be much thicker!) it's a very runny consistency. They should be much more frozen.... especially if they specialize in ice cream products. I only live about 5 minutes away from Culver's and by the time I get home I have to leave it in the freezer for at least 20 mins. Very disappointing. read more

Let me preface this: I am a huge Culver's fan. The quality of food & service is top notch and worth the price.... usually. I just moved to the area and this was my first visit to this Culver's location. I have been to other Culver's locations before, drove almost 20 miles round trip and spent $13 for one meal at this location. I went through the drive thru, speed was quick and got all of my food at the window, didn't have to drive forward with a number like most locations. Food was excellent like usual, however my experience at the window was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AND HONESTLY RIDICULOUS. I received my food, chicken tender meal with cheese curds and a chocolate custard shake. I questioned the shake being a vanilla custard with chocolate syrup, the woman at the window asked the woman I assume who made it and she reassured me it was correct. I have gotten this shake both ways numerous of times, it was not correct. There was chocolate syrup on the side of the cup and was a light brown color the woman at the window said "they add extra chocolate syrup to the chocolate custard shakes". There is no way this is a chocolate custard shake I thought. I asked them to remake it. You would have thought I asked the woman to run to the cow, remilk it and make the custard from scratch. They both rolled their eyes and closed the window on me as I was explaining what I wanted. Needless to say this irritated them both to remake a product to meet the guests standards/order. I received the second shake, it was correct. The woman at the window didn't apologize for the mix up or even give me the chance to thank them for remaking it before she closed the window. At that point I was over it. The food and speed of service was terrific, however this interaction has ruined this location for me. I will not return to this location! I drove past several fast food options on my way to this Culver's. The drive and cost is NOT worth the crap treatment I received for asking to have my order corrected. read more

I had never tried a Culver's until I moved to Florida. I like it. It's like a slightly upgraded nicer Steak 'n Shake. The food has been excellent every time I go there. It's fast food so I'm rating it on a fast food level. I had the Wisconsin melt last time and it was quite tasty. Before that I tried the fish n chip so good I couldn't believe it was from a fast food place. The cheese curds are also yummy! My only complaint is that for fast food it's expensive! For two people to eat there for lunch was almost twenty bucks. When you have Taco Bell next door and can get filled up for 8 dollars it's hard to convince yourself to spend the extra 12 bucks. Price complaining aside the service wasn't bad. It is usually crowded when I stop by so expect a bit of a wait in the drive through while they cook your food. I like fresh food so I don't mind the wait. I'm impressed though. Culver's is a pretty good place to grab a quick bite. read more

Had cod dinner! It was at best OK the breading was oily and soggy the Cod was great. It was kinda highly priced the dinner was not at all worth the money. My son had a butter burger he said it was just ok. I would say they are clean and friendly and think I'll try it again but a burger or chicken. At least try it. Not the fish. read more

Not a fan at all. Everyone was raving about Culvers so I went. They have a humongous menu board with pictures and prices, but good luck with that. I decided to go with what they say is their specialty and got a butter burger. It was not very tasty even though I paid extra for toppings (.30 for a teeny tiny tomato slice). There are up charges everywhere. The burger was on par with a Checkerburger that costs a dollar. The fries were nothing special (frozen, med temp, and tasteless) and they had unsweetened tea out but no sweet tea. The lobby person saw me looking for it, but neglected to tell me they were replacing it so I chose a Cola product. What can I say? I didn't care for the burger, fries, or my beverage. Kudos to the Super friendly lady who was cruising the seating area checking to see if orders were correct. She was the only star! read more

We ordered Culvers to go for our office today and it was such a hit! The drive thru line went extremely fast and the quality of food we received was impeccable. How do you go to a fast food place and get told there will be a 30 minute wait?? Like DUH.. What was I thinking. I looked around and thought "really"? It wasn't busy. It wasn't packed. There were open tables. No lines. Like no line at all. Open tables, a lot of them. So I asked again thinking I misunderstood. NOPE! 30 minute wait for food. They wouldn't even take an order. The place was unorganized and everyone was working on food.. Don't understand that part. I asked again thinking I might have been on camera as a joke.. NOPE!
