    Crispy chicken value basket
    Joeii J.

The food has really gone downhill in the past few years, they changed the crispy chicken recipe and now it's mostly hard breading. The onion rings served to my partner were cold, dark, and coated in oil. When I brought this to the attention of the employees they were very rude. Also fourteen dollars for a sandwich and small side is exorbitant. Next time if I want mediocre food with poor service I'll go somewhere with a dollar menu.

The food was okay, the fries hot and salty, and the burger was juicy and flavorful. Unfortunately the service was terrible. There was one girl working the counter, and four other employees standing around shooting the breeze while ignoring the long line of customers gathered around.

First time at a Culver's and had a great experience. First off, the team members here are so friendly and nice, they greet everyone as they walk in! This location has a drive thru and dining room, but we got takeout. I got a kids meal which was a great value and a great way to try a little bit of everything - burger, cheese curds, and custard. Everything was very good, and I loved the cute packaging.

    Cod Fish Sandwich

Was excited to try the cod fish sandwich. Well so disappointed. The fish is so bland and one piece of fish for $8.16. The sandwich should be coined as snack size bite.

We were traveling from California and about to hit the road back home so we stopped in here for lunch before we headed out. I was the only one who had Culvers in Texas previously and I really liked it so I wanted the rest of my family to try it, I was nervous that it wouldn't be as good as I remember, but that wasn't the case here. This location is nice and clean. The service is great. The workers were all very nice. We ordered and received our food quickly. We all had burgers and tried multiple sides, including the french fries, the cheese curd, and the pretzel bites. The cheese curds are a little smaller than I remember, but they are still pretty yummy, try them with some marinara sauce. The pretzel with the cheese sauce I could have that just as a meal, the cheese sauce is exploding with cheddar flavor. The fries are crinkle cut and I really prefer those over shoestring fries. The burgers have some really great flavor, compared to many other fast food joints in the area. We also ordered malts. When they delivered our food to the table, they did not drop off the malts and we had to go searching for them. I had mine with peanut butter and chocolate sauce and bananas. You can make your malt or shakes in so many different ways, the one I had was so good. We wanted to sit on the patio however as soon as we walked out there, there was a family with two dogs that were barking like crazy at us so we sat inside one of the employees also went in and the dogs barked at her as well so props to the manager he came out and let the family know that their dogs were disrupting customers and workers and if they couldn't get them under control and stop them from barking, they would need to leave. The family did end up, leaving as the dogs were not at all trained. I appreciate that manager looking out for his employees and the other customers.

Such a staple stop for a quick meal when in AZ area. Had a quick late lunch while we were on our long road Trip. Their known for their "buttery" burgers but for some reason this location has failed and their burgers came out very dry. From the last time I had Culver's their Patties also seemed to have gotten thinner which was sad. Overall meal was just ok. The only thing I really enjoyed was their custard ice creams. If you're craving for a quick burger fix. I say go to In n out nearby

It is very clean in here but smells like Mop water. Our food was fresh and hot but the value/size for the price is definitely lacking. Service was very friendly and quick.

They have options for grass-fed beef on your burger as well as veggie and turkey burger options. They also have the best sweet potato tots and I feel like that's kind of rare -- some places have fries but tots aren't always found in sweet potato form. Also, the sauces are plentiful and the toppings for the burgers are generous, with unique free additions like jalapeños and mushrooms and onions. Most places will charge you extra for those kinds of toppings. Their shakes are delicious as well, and they often have seasonal shakes with special flavors. They sometimes have special prices for things but even when they don't they have really good prices in general compared to everyone else. Oh and if you want something smaller, they even have a hot dog on the menu.

In addition to the usual toppings, lettuce, red onion, tomato, and Graze sauce, I added grilled jalapeños, spicy mustard and cheddar cheese. I neglected to see ketchup on their toppings list due to order anxiety, but my burger and fries were so good, I didn't need it. The burger and toppings weren't overly juicy and the brioche bun didn't get soggy. I was really surprised how well the paper wrapping stayed intact and I didn't have to deal with any messiness. The fries were also really good. They remind me of fresh McD fries - the outside hot, crispy, and lightly salted and soft on the inside. I should have tried the seasonal shake which is peanut butter, because Graze's shakes look good and I'm a peanut butter fan. Hopefully, my next visit will be soon and I'll grab this shake then. Graze burgers are super good and am not sure why there aren't more than two locations.

There's some outdoor seating; the bar is right by the entrance and the rest is a fairly spacious dining room. The host and my server were very nice and attentive. The burger was super juicy and I was surprised by how well the bun held up, nothing disintegrated and the burger toppings did not fall out with each bite. The garlic fries were covered in garlic, the potatoes were fried well and were not oily or soggy. I did order the cookie butter banana pie to go and should have taken a picture of it prior to driving off because when I got home, the pie had fallen and melted a bit. The flavors of caramel and butter were a little bit stronger than the banana, but it wasn't too rich and I paired it with some coffee, it was all really good. I would order all of this again and can see why Truland is popular.

Time to go back and review. I like to revisit places after a few years and see what is different…read more Smoky Mo didn't disappoint. Places are successful because they stay the course and do what they do best. Today we went with the four meat platter, perfect amount for two people, brisket, pulled pork, turkey and sausage. With four side of coleslaw, mac and cheese, potato salad and cornbread. All meats are still sauced unless requested "on the side", but not so much to overwhelm the meat taste. Juicy flavorful pulled pork. Delicious smoked turkey. Brisket was just slightly dry but the sauce and nice bark made it enjoyable. The sausage was AMAZING, juicy and packed with flavor. Coleslaw in my opinion, could use a little more "wetness" but it was still delicious. What can I say about the mac and cheese and potato salad, people from the south, Texas to the Carolina's just know how to get it done. The "Texas Sweet Tea", if you are a diabetic do not drink, however this is a true southern tea, it's done the same all across the south, sugar with some tea thrown in. Four meats, four sides and two drinks with tip $50, not bad for two people, I've definitely spent more for food that didn't even come close to this. Once again Smoky Mo you did not disappoint. If you are a BBQ person this is STILL the best of Tucson. Get out and support this small local business!
