I sadly wasn't impressed. I've had more flavorful potstickers and rice. The workers were nice but it was the end of the day so it seemed like they were over it. The place was not very clean either.

Cute little place with more seatings than we thought. Only 5 minutes from our house! There are booths inside & outdoor tables + benches. Staff are really friendly. We got the family meal, 4 bowls for around $46, not bad. Pretty good portion, just enough for 1 meal when you're hungry, generous amount of meats. We tried beef, tangerine chicken, katsu, spicy pork, all tasty. The spice level is NOT like Indian-food spicy level, not even close. Level 6 medium is pretty mild to me. Level 7.5 is more my kind of medium. If you don't care for sauce, ask them for light sauce, as they do drench the food with sauce. Will definitely go again!

Saw this place when dropping someone off at Methodist so I decided to swing back by and check it out. I did the regular cupbob with pork and beef and they said it included two proteins, rice, noodles and cabbage. They also said since it was my first time I got extra mandoo potstickers. Sounds good to me let's do it. Well the flavors were fantastic but I got literally a pinch of cabbage (it was sad) and I got one mandoo (turns out that's extra the one my misunderstanding). The place was a little dirty but the worker came and cleaned it mid meal. The people were super nice. The owner/manager not sure what he was told me to let them know cabbage heavy if I want more or minus a filler whatever I want they will do for me next time. I will be back for sure especially with it being right by work.

The customer service was great! I was welcomed as I walked in. A worker took their time and showed me how it all worked. He gave suggestions and followed up with me after my ordering. A great change of pace. I got the bowl with beef and katsu chicken. They came with my favorite sweet potato noodle ,rice and cabbage. They also topped it with sauces. I shook the bowl and went to town!! I got an order on the side of wings with Seoul sauce to were ok. I will definitely be back. I want to try a lot more different options.

Tried Cupbop, a fast Korean street food spot, and it was really good! The service was excellent and the staff were friendly. The ambience is simple with just a few tables, so it feels more like a quick grab-and-go place, but it's still comfortable enough to sit and enjoy your food. The fries had a unique seasoning on them that made them surprisingly delicious. The spice level was just right--flavorful with a nice kick but not overwhelming. My Cupbop bowl came with two meats (I chose beef and Rock chicken), along with sweet potato noodles and white rice. Everything was well-seasoned and packed with flavor. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quick and tasty Korean fast food option!

Went in to check out their spin on Korean fried chicken. First they ask you if it is your first visit and if you answer affirmatively they say something as a group pretty loudly that's a little off putting for an introvert like me but I know it's well meaning. Moving on to the food I ordeered mandu, chicken wings, and a kids cup. The mandu was great but a little sauce cup on the side would have been a much welcomed addition. The chicken wings were big and juicy and flavorful. The kids cup came with everything they said it did plus (bean sprouts which weren't mentioned and I hate) so I think it threw me off a bit. The flavor of the bowl would have been great otherwise but it's just not really my taste-- I'd say everything is worth a try at least once.

Very good. Wonderful flavors. Great service. My only criticism is that they should tell people that they drizzle mayo on top of their bowls. That was never brought up in all of the explaining they did to tell me about the food as a first timer. That was a little off-putting to see that on my meal when I'm not a fan of mayo.

The food tasted great. I saw this place online a while ago but was disappointed because there wasn't near by. Finally they open one near us and sadly I'm a little disappointed. Again, the food was great but the portions were lacking. We have gone here twice and each time I got the bulgogi and I've only gotten like 2 pieces of meat. The bowls are quite big but never seem to be filled up. The location is pretty small, a few seats on either side. Service is decent people were generally nice, I almost walked out with a few times missing but my wife's voice in my heard saying to check the bag. Missing a drink and a kids meal. The young lady who helped me kinda of dismissed me when I said something was missing "oh there wasn't another drink" I literally spoke with her a few seconds before:

Decided to give the new cupbop a try. It was busy when we arrived but the line moved fast. Friendly staff, the place was clean and organized. We tried a variety of offerings from the Korean bbq beef, Korean wings and chicken and tofu bowl. All cooked fresh. Tasty food, really everything was excellent. Prices were reasonable as well. Nice find.

The place is always full when we're there, but I haven't encountered a wait for seating yet. The interior is a little more casual than other kbbq places I've been to which makes it good for a less formal meal. The grills can be a little slow, but our servers were attentive and changed out the grill plates often to help with optimal cooking. The buffet offers a good selection of bonchon dishes and some preprepared meat options. Although the preprepared meats are good, they aren't as fresh so I'd highly recommend ordering from the grill menu to get the best quality meats!

I brought it to my waiter attended she at first was confused but then let me know that the steam table on the food wasn't working. So definitely decided to server cold food verses just have hot food in the back of house keeping the food hot and bringing it when requested. I paid $26 with tip to have an experience not worth the price. I was told when I was leaving not satisfied with my experience that the hot food is now hot I was told by the front desk lady!!! I was already there for an hour waiting. So I got screwed over on the experience. Please do better

We went at 6 on a Sunday and it was not packed at all so we didn't have to wait to be seated which was great. Our waitress Emily gave us a quick rundown because we had people in our group who had never done Korean BBQ. Our first round of meat had a hair in it and she kind of ignored that and asked if we still wanted utensils then left. From there we had to flag down other waitresses/ and the manager Harry also came and took an order of meat at one point too. The meats were okay, but we've definitely had better. We tried a variety of meats like the bulgogi, brisket, pineapple steak, Gen steak, honey soy beef and garlic beef. They were all fine. When we were done with our grill, we told our waitress and she asked if we needed anything else... I guess we should have asked for the check because it was another 25 mins before we finally flagged someone down and asked if we could just pay at the front. We did in fact get up and do that, the hostess split our bill 4 ways when we asked for it to be in half. At this point the manager came up and he cancelled the first checks, split it correctly and then our waitress finally came up and asked where table 60 was (which was us). After being there for a few hours she had no idea what any of us looked like and that we were already in the process of paying, she asked her manager if we had skipped out on the check. It would have been easy to do if we weren't good people, but we indeed planned on paying, and were. The manager did apologize for the service we ended up getting as we explained some of the missteps throughout our time there. He was nice about it and apologetic for the hair. Other KBBQ spots offer a small ice cream scoop as a part of your meal, we kind of missed that here. The atmosphere was fine but the lights kept flickering on and off throughout the meal too which was kinda weird because it got very dark at times. Overall, the experience was just okay, but not something I would invite others to experience.
