Our experience was wonderful! We booked ahead of time to take us from LAX to San Pedro. There were five of us with five large suitcases so we opted for the nine passenger transit van. Before landing, I was emailed all of my driver's information as well as sent the information in a text. Our driver sent us a follow up while we were waiting on our baggage and gave us instructions. All we had to do was send him a message when we had our bags and were ready and he texted us and told us where to meet him. We walked right out of baggage claim to our pickup spot and he pulled up and whisked us away. Our driver, Sabino, was professional and courteous. Curbside Express LAX is fantastic! I highly recommend them. They have amazing customer service and are one of the few services that provide car seats and is still affordable for a family of four. I booked them to pick us up and take us home upon our return from an international flight. Our travel plans got all mixed up and we arrived at LAX a day earlier than expected. I contacted Curbside Express by phone while in customs to see if there was anyway we could still get picked up. John (the owner I believe) was extremely attentive, understanding, and helpful. He did everything he could to find us a driver and ensure we had our needed car seats. His communication and updates throughout the process were very reassuring. He was promptly able to find us a driver and we were picked up within an hour of us contacting them. Which in my view is amazing given the last minute change. Philip picked us up and was so kind and understanding. He was a fantastic driver and got us home as quickly as possible given our travel during LA rush hour. Fantastic service. Company sent me an email with all the driver's information about 12 hours before the scheduled pick up. Driver also texted shortly before pick to confirm. So communication was great. Cars were clean and well appointed. Drivers are helpful and courteous.
