I very rarely return to a Business, Restaurant, etc. when Service, quality, etc. have been incredibly questionable. I made an exception tonight. It had been more than three years ago when curry Pizza house opened, and my experience, the food, etc. was just horrible. Tonight changed all about. We decided to try curry pizza, and I will say that this experience was 180° different than it was 3+ years ago. It's great that they stay open until 10 PM, because we placed our order a little after 9 PM maybe even closer to 930, and they were willing to take a phone order. It was clear that they didn't want us dining in, which was OK because we were planning for a pizza and movie night. I looked online because their website does offer some coupon specials, and when I called to place the order, I was told that they didn't have any specials so that part is definitely really confusing. We ordered the five piece Achari wings. It was a new flavor for both of us, and I'm all about trying new things. We also ordered a small tandoori chicken pizza without green bell pepper. The gentleman on the phone that helped us was very nice, but unless I misunderstood him, it sounded like they only offered small large or extra large pizzas. It wasn't until we picked the pizza up that we saw that there was a medium available. The small size that we ordered worked out just fine. The wings were absolutely delicious. They were not only meaty, but they were moist and juicy, and I really liked the flavor profile. They aren't spicy. They're just delicious. Definitely will be going back for these. The tandoori chicken pizza was also a great surprise. The ingredients all taste fresh, and I love the fact that while we ordered the regular crust, it wasn't all doughy, or soggy. It was just perfect. I didn't feel like I was eating bread, I felt like I was eating fresh ingredients. It was great to taste the cheese, the chicken, all the seasonings made for a great flavor profile. The toppings were incredibly generous, and overall, it was a really tasty pizza. Pizza is decent, a little upset about the customer service and pricing. I ordered a pepperoni pizza for $20+ online and pulled up to the location to see a sign for an $11.99 pepperoni, same size. We asked the employee about the deal and if they could honor it, but they said no, it's for walk in's only. I pushed back saying we had just placed the order, could we cancel and replace the order because it would be nice to get a discount for this deal already being offered. They said no again, plus they use less pepperoni on this $11.99 pizza. I guess they use about $10 less of pepperoni on the same size pizza then? Also the posted sign doesn't say walk in only. The pizza dough is on the thinner side, but the consistency and taste were pretty good. The flavor of the actual chicken was also good but we were expecting more of a creamy flavor and texture as the whole pizza was a little dry. I think it would have been much better if there were more tomatoes and if they really wanted to make it extraordinary, they should drizzle some butter chicken sauce on top after baking it and maybe even some raita! I've been here many times and my husband is very! Picky with his food, we love the pizza from here. I've never tried pesto pizza and they have a pizza called pesto chicken I'll add onion and it's the best. They have specials online which makes it convenient.
