Needless to say, I went to this restaurant and ordered two (2) different pizzas and boy that's all she wrote The taste is so incredible, the dough is like ordering a thin pizza crust but way better! My first order was a Curry Veggie Delight and my second order was Indian Gourmet Veg. Let me tell you, both are delicious Who would have thought that Curry and Red sauces would have tasted incredibly delicious on pizza! I've driven by the Curry Pizza House for at least two years not knowing that I've been missing out on the best pizza ever! I'm a regular customer at San Jose curry pizza house and have generally had good experiences, which is why I felt comfortable placing a large order of 9 extra-large pizzas (paneer, veggie, chicken, and lamb) for a corporate event from Sunnyvale branch. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing. Every single pizza was overly salty -- to the point where it was hard to enjoy. Since this was for a work event, it was both embarrassing and frustrating. Nearly half of the food ended up going to waste because people simply couldn't eat it. What made the situation worse was the response when I called to share feedback. The conversation felt less about understanding the issue and more about immediately denying that anything could be wrong. It honestly seemed like they were more concerned that I might be calling to ask for a refund. I was repeatedly told that "all our food has the same salt." As soon as I clarified that I was not asking for money and simply wanted to provide feedback, the tone shifted quickly -- I was given a quick "thank you," and it felt like they were ready to end the call. As a loyal customer placing a significant bulk order, I expected better quality control and a more customer-focused response. Feedback should be seen as an opportunity to improve, not something to shut down defensively. Very disappointing experience this time. read more

We've been a fan of Curry Pizza House around the East Bay, so knowing how consistent their food usually is we decided to try their Sunnyvale location for the first time! I placed an order for to go online via their website. We ordered the Tandoori Chicken Pizza and the Desi Sticks. Both were good! Things that could've been better: desi sticks were a little dry and toasty on the exterior, and the chicken on the tandoori pizza were just huuuge and kept falling off of the pizza with every bite. Otherwise, the flavor profiles were all there! As far as ambiance goes, the location here is just okay. It's probably more ideal for grab and gos, as there's only 1-2 tables. There was a homeless man sleeping riiight outside the entrance / against the window of the business too lol. The service could've been better in general too. Unsure if I'd come back to this location, but eh it made for a decent dinner (plus they're open late!). read more

This review is only for their Desi BBQ Chicken pizza takeout. There was way way way too much BBQ sauce that it overpowers all the other flavors and made the pizza too sweet to eat. I have to literally wipe off some of the sauces. Do not recommend. Their chicken quality was decent though. read more

We routinely drive by this location and have talked about going and trying it for so long now since I've never had curry pizza in general, and last week I finally got the chance to! We got the Tandoori Chicken Pizza and the Curry Veggie Delight Pizza. Both were very tasty! I personally liked the tandoori chicken better, there was so much flavor! The thin crust was also very crispy and crunchy, but not hard. Staff was also very friendly and helpful--we called ahead with questions on some of the dietary restrictions (note: the vegan cheese does NOT contain any nut products)--and the staff was very kind in helping us and answering our questions. I ended up going instead to Cupertino location and it was wonderful as is the Palo Alto location where I originally discovered Curry Pizza Franchise. To be honest; the location of this place is in a low tier small shopping center (block), and low aesthetic appeal of the area made me hesitant to even go in. I've been in the Bay Area for three years and have looked for a good pizza place every so often. They've been mostly ok, until now. Let me tell you -- this pizza is delicious. I found this pizza place by chance and was intrigued by the name, Curry Pizza House. The menu is extensive and everything on it sounds so good and so creative. They have meat and vegan options. This time, I decided on meat and will try vegan at another time. I ordered the CURRY CHICKEN MASALA pizza from the "Crafty Curry Pizza" selections, and the MEAT LOVER'S pizza from the "Classic Pizza" selections. They were both outstanding. The meat lover's pizza was the best I've had in years. The sauce was so delicious, the bread was tasty and baked perfectly, and the meats were good quality and plenty. The curry chicken masala pizza was one of the best pizza creations I've ever had. I can only imagine how good other pizzas here will be. Reheating of the leftovers the next day with an air fryer oven at 350° at 8 minutes makes them taste "fresh out of the oven". The other good experience was the friendly staff. The guy taking the order was very friendly and knowledgeable about the pizzas they offer. Another guy that popped out of the kitchen was also very friendly. Worst managed place. There's never anyone at the counter to receive customers, nobody answers phone calls ever. The staff cannot figure out why a coupon doesn't work or why I can't use my reward points. They would tell me 25 mins on phone, I reach after 30 mins and still they would keep me waiting for 15 mins. I just ordered my first curry pizza house pizza yesterday and was very excited to try it - I ordered a small curry chicken masala pizza and was expecting a wonderful combination of Indian flavors and sauces. Unfortunately I was quite disappointed with my pizza in that a.) it was pretty small for $20 and b.) it wasn't spicy at all despite specifying "extra, extra hot" on my order. The pizza was edible, but it wasn't anything to write home about and not at all what I expected for Indian pizza. I understand that they may not have been able to cater to all specific requests such as "extra, extra hot" - but there wasn't even a sprinkle of red chili flakes on it (which I definitely expected for $20 for a small). And the masala oomph was also missing which was greatly disappointing. Unfortunately I think I'll have to look elsewhere the next time a craving for spicy pizza hits. read more

Great-tasting curry pizza in the South Bay-- it was my first time trying it in the area! The owner was very helpful from the moment we walked in. The guy running this place is a total jerk. He has zero experience in customer service and doesn't know how to use the POS system. I had many reward points in my accounts but wasn't able to use those and this guy just shrugged it off like I was asking him for a free pizza. Another day I asked him if my coupon was applied on the order and his response was "What coupon?". Then after some argument, I noticed on his POS that the coupon was applied. He simply had to look at his screen and say yes but he is too dumb for that. The person is also extremely rude and doesn't answer any question straight. He would keep throwing excuses like "its very busy today" or "i'm the only one working" but not once accept his mistake. They need to find somebody else who has some basic training for how to manage customers. read more
