    Xl 16" 1 Topping Pizza

I ordered a pizza and garlic bread through Instacart/Uber Eats. When it arrived, it was obvious that the box was packed upside down. The entire pizza was stuck to the top--so was the garlic bread. I have never seen anything like this.

Visited Via Mia Pizza for the first time recently right when they opened. I'm a huge fan of mushroom pizza, so my friend and I ordered a mushroom pizza to share. The service was excellent! All the staff were very kind and friendly, and they brought us cups of water which were filled to the top for us to enjoy while we waited for our pizza (and while eating). Several other customers entered while we were waiting for our food, and the staff was super nice and happy to see every single person! Everyone felt so welcomed. The pizza came out nice and hot, and they gave us packets of toppings such as parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. The pizza was absolutely delicious! Also really enjoyed the calm, relaxing vibes here. This was such a great find and I'll definitely visit again next time I'm in the mood for pizza!

Half Combo (Mozz, Pepperoni, Bell Pepper, Sausage, Olive...) & Half BBQ Chicken Pizza (BBQ Sauce, Mozz, Bacon...) (Med/$19.99)- 4/5 stars

I've been super in pizza lately, and decided to check out Via Mia's location in Cupertino. They replaced 212 New York Pizza, but the signage and receipts haven't been updated. It was about a 20 minute wait for an order placed at 4:45pm on a Saturday. They have coupons available on their website, so make sure you take a look before ordering. I tried: -Half Combination (Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Bell Pepper, Sausage, Onion, Black Olive, Mushroom) & Half BBQ Chicken Pizza (BBQ Sauce, Mozzarella, BBQ Chicken, Bacon, Onion, Cilantro) [Medium/$19.99, https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=PETfLlZw495h84JFXB0eYQ&userid=76vIFZcC7owykCBjMfGVXg]: The combination was my favorite, and I loved the plentiful toppings. The sausage and pepperoni were really good, and not too salty. The BBQ chicken pizza actually had a little too much chicken for me, and I wished there were more of the other toppings. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is that the crust was a little too chewy for my preference; however, I liked that it wasn't too thick, and held up well with all the toppings. I would come back for their combination pizza and to give some of the other pizza options a try. They also have garlic knots, breadsticks, salads, and calzones available. All staff were wearing masks properly, but I didn't see hand sanitizer available. I also didn't see indoor or outdoor seating options. Parking was easy to find in this plaza since there were plenty of spots at the time, but the spots were on the smaller side.

Been visiting this establishment since the past 7 years and this place is so underrated. I got the Garlic Italiana and it's their best pizza on their menu. Customer service is incredible and very friendly staff. Thank you so much!

A friend bought some via Mia pizza for a work party. Excellent pizza! Tuscany and Pepperoni were both tasty, with a nice chewy crust. Would totally go back for more except now I'm really full!

Create Your Own 1 Topping Pizza. Anchovy!
    Erika E.

We've order pizzas here a couple times, good toppings, good value. Their thin crust isn't NY style but it's one of the few places I can get a good anchovy pizza. PS: I believe all the meat here is halal so it does taste a bit different but still delicious! + points too for not having those annoying plastic stands in the middle of the pizza.

    Half combo, half bbq Hawaiian
    Kenneth L.

Solid pizza with good and quick customer service! We ordered our pizza in person and only had to wait ~25min. I like that they have a lot of interesting flavors like Hawaiian bbq and chipotle ranch chicken. The crust was nice and fluffy, just how I like it. They're very generous with the toppings. However I do wish the pizza had a bit more sauce, especially the combination one felt a bit bland. I also found it interesting that they actually used two types of sausage on their combo, one of which was spicy sausage (I liked the extra kick). Overall, I had a good experience here. Wouldn't say it was the best pizza I've ever had but it definitely gets the job done.

I was craving for a new taste of pizza and wen with Via Mia. The pie was delivered and tasted great but it wasn't round like the conventional ones pictured here. It was a rectangular one like focaccia. Anyone knows what gives? Wanted a round pizza :/

What I ordered: - Small Tagliere Misto which was a charcuterie board mix of cheeses, cold cuts, olives, honey & focaccia. Loved the freshness of this pizza. Lots of flavor and all around great pie. - Carbonara swapped the rigatoni with spaghetti. Creamy, silky pasta made with pecorino, prosciutto & egg yolk. My son loves this! - Lasagna just because. Layered goodness of became, cheeses, bolognese. Bubbly goodness - Testarrossa Pinot Noir I think this might be my new weekly red at home. All in all service was decent, food took a bit to arrive but was great so no complaints. They checked on us a few times while we were waiting so that's a plus. To be honest, when I opened the menu, I thought the price was a bit on the high side, and didn't expect to like it in the "worth it" scale. But hey, for a higher price, they better deliver on the food quality! It most certainly disappoint. The food was amazing. Got the Linguini Fruti Di Mare, the seafood was good quality, the cioppino sauce was intense. It truly is the boss of the sauce. Also ordered the Chicken Marsala, I'm always cautious before ordering because the marsala wine can easily become overwhelming, or the sauce is too sour, or the chicken is tough and dry. I did not hit any of those, but rather, what I got was a few silky smooth and tender pieces of flattened chicken breasts, that is moist and flavorful. The sauce is great too, not to mention the mushroom, that is so fresh and flavorful on its own. Last but not least, their attention to detail went all the way to mashed potato and steamed vegetables. It was truly one of the best. Did I mention the free, fresh baked foccacia? It's among the top 3 I've had in any restaurants, ever. At the end, even it pinches my wallet a bit, it was well worth it. Come hungry, leave happy!

Now I get why Sorelle has such a high score, and I'm happy that we finally gave it a try…read more It's situated in a small strip mall, parking is ok as we came at around 6:30pm on a week day night, there were still some spots available. Sorelle is a small restaurant, upon entering, it has a square room and you get to see everything at one glance. It's not fancy on decorations, more like a neighborly place and the customers look like so too, families and large groups on a random day, you don't need to dress up to eat in this place. The 2 page menu has appetizers, salad, pizza, pasta, and 3 entree dishes. Desserts are printed on a separate sheet, there are a variety of choices but a tad too expensive for my wallet. We ordered the Ravioli a la Teresa with cheese and pesto cream sauce, and their signature Sorelle Short Rib Bolognese. After ordering, we were given free bread for the table. The bread had herbs on top and the dipping sauce is olive oil with fried and then mashed soft garlic. The bread looked nothing special, but once I touched it, I was delighted to find out that they were warm and crusty on the outside but soft on the inside. It took a bit of wait for our food to came, I think it meant they were freshly cooked. The portions were big. Once laying down our food, the lady came with a big bowl of cheese and helped us sprinkle on top. It looks amazing with the cheese on top, like snow flakes melting on. I am so impressed with my short rib bolognese. The piece of short rib was sumptuous, a whole piece, resting on top of the pasta that is covered in meat sauce. The meat itself was so soft that it was super easy to tear off and just melts in my mouth. Flavorful and soft and juicy, super yummy! The pasta is cooked el dente, and each bite there's a bit of ground meat coated on the ziti pasta from the bolognese sauce. Very satisfying! I had a bite of the ravioli and these huge dumplings are covered in fresh pesto sauce and very cheesy inside. Although I was a bit confused on the difference between a pesto sauce and a pesto cream. I felt like the sauce was more pesto but we ordered pesto cream. Anyhow, it tasted good but I prefer my short rib bolognese more. Bus boy service is fast and responsive. We had a very enjoyable meal.

The bar and lounge area features three seating options: cozy sofa-lounge seating, a long communal table, and individual seats at the bar, complete with two TVs mounted overhead. We arrived with just 30 minutes left to enjoy it. The Happy Hour menu includes Italian and domestic beers ($7), Italian and local wines ($8), nine different cocktails ($9), plus a selection of antipasti and pizzas for snacking. One thing I appreciated was that the drinks were served in full-sized glassware; nothing scaled down just because it was Happy Hour. I ordered the Tiki Taormina, made with Don Q Piña rum, peach purée, pineapple, lime, and mint. It was absolutely delicious. My husband chose the Margarita Italiano, featuring Herradura Silver Tequila, Lucano Limoncello, Cointreau, mango purée, lime, and a salted rim. Naturally, I had to conduct my obligatory taste test; his was quite good as well. For food, we started with the Polpettine ($13): three flavorful beef meatballs in tomato sauce, topped with creamy stracciatella cheese (the soft center of burrata). Served alongside were three slices of crostone, or toasted rustic bread, perfect for soaking up the sauce. We also shared the Pizza Fradiavola ($14), topped with mozzarella, Italian sausage, tomato sauce, mushrooms, bell peppers, red onions, and spicy peperoncino. It was tasty, nicely topped, and ideal for sharing. Service was good with at least two bartenders working throughout our visit. Between the quality drinks, satisfying bites, and good service, this spot has earned a place on our growing list of favorite Happy Hour discoveries.

The restaurant has interesting decor and is not like most establishments of this nature as it is informal and is not in " the fine linen and white tablecloth " type of vein. No, the restaurant itself ( in a casual, rustic sort of way ) is very cozy and warm. inviting in a semi-formal way where you can relax to enjoy a fine meal and that is exactly what my family had. Our waiter was an affable fellow named Armando who is one of those servers that, as any good waiter does, is truly attentive to your whims and instinctively anticipates what you may want and he was perfect at his job. He served us water and a very food delicious basket of freshly baked bread ( which inadvertently set the tone for the meal to come because it was beyond excellent ) and named off the house specials, which were all mouth-watering at hearing them but it was the rib eye steak that caught my attention and that is what I ordered and also a ginger beer as well ( Fever Tree no doubt about it ). My family also ordered their food and then we waited for what what it seemed was an eternity for our meal to come. After about 40 minutes our meals came and they did not disappoint, from presentation to the flavor, taste and consistency of it all. I honestly don't remember eating my meal because it was done in 5 minutes... yes. it was that good and beyond delicious! I remember the steak was tender, juicy, grilled perfectly, the gravy was hearty and robust. the vegetables were cooked right ( fresh and tangy ) and the mashed potatoes were oh so fluffy and creamy. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal to the fullest and I left no food on my plate. This was a meal that was pretty epic for what it was and I was throughly satisfied.
