Pleasant to deal with and genuinely appreciates your business. I've had tire work, brakes, fork oil change, service work and few other things done. All repairs were done correctly and timely. They're probably $20 an hour cheaper than HD. My bike is never my main transportation so I'm not in a hurry. And you have to understand that sometimes jobs ahead of you dovetail into more work than expected....so you're job may get pushed back a little but not much. Jeff also does hands on work on the bikes as well as run the front. That in itself raises my confidence level. Good shop and they definitely put the customer first over shredding your wallet.

It use to be a great legitimate place to take your motorcycle to back in the 90's. I know the original mechanic left and opened up his own motorcycle shop with his brother but then they up and closed shop as well. After that, some other guy had the business but then he moved locations and now they're non-existing. This should be removed from Yelp.

They did some tire changes for me while we waited, and even stayed a bit after hours to make it happen- which we really appreciated because we live over an hour away. Unfortunately, after only about 140 miles, the clutch failed and the bike was no longer rideable. To make matters worse, Yamaha determined the failure was due to "user error" and wanted me to pay around $600 for the repair. The reason I'm writing this review is because of James Grosso and Luis, a dealership manager. James was the salesperson who helped me with the purchase, and he was great from the start. The whole buying experience felt relaxed and straightforward, with no pressure at all. We ended up talking about a lot more than just motorcycles--business, books, life, goals, and all kinds of things. He's the type of person who genuinely cares about people and takes the time to build real relationships. When I called him after the clutch issue came up, he listened, understood why I was frustrated, and immediately started looking into ways to help. After speaking with James, I was put in touch with Luis, a dealership manager. He took the time to review everything and agreed that it didn't make sense for me to be stuck paying for a repair on a brand-new bike with so few miles on it. Even though Yamaha wouldn't cover the repair, Luis stepped up and had the dealership take care of it. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days, and it says a lot about how this dealership treats its customers. Issues can happen with any vehicle or manufacturer. What really matters is how people handle those situations when they come up. James and Luis both went out of their way to help make a frustrating situation right, and because of that, they've earned my trust and future business. Thank you again, James and Luis.
