Unfortunately, after only about 140 miles, the clutch failed and the bike was no longer rideable. To make matters worse, Yamaha determined the failure was due to "user error" and wanted me to pay around $600 for the repair. The reason I'm writing this review is because of James Grosso and Luis, a dealership manager. James was the salesperson who helped me with the purchase, and he was great from the start. The whole buying experience felt relaxed and straightforward, with no pressure at all. We ended up talking about a lot more than just motorcycles--business, books, life, goals, and all kinds of things. He's the type of person who genuinely cares about people and takes the time to build real relationships. When I called him after the clutch issue came up, he listened, understood why I was frustrated, and immediately started looking into ways to help. After speaking with James, I was put in touch with Luis, a dealership manager. He took the time to review everything and agreed that it didn't make sense for me to be stuck paying for a repair on a brand-new bike with so few miles on it. Even though Yamaha wouldn't cover the repair, Luis stepped up and had the dealership take care of it. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days, and it says a lot about how this dealership treats its customers. Issues can happen with any vehicle or manufacturer. What really matters is how people handle those situations when they come up. James and Luis both went out of their way to help make a frustrating situation right, and because of that, they've earned my trust and future business. Thank you again, James and Luis. We came in just to grab some boots for my son, fresh off buying a 2025 Raptor 110. Then we spotted the 2025 RZR 200 on the floor... and my wife instantly said, "We should've gotten that instead." What started as casual conversation turned into another awesome purchase. John made it happen, working with his manager and GM (huge shoutout to them, even though I didn't catch their names!). Our son is now beyond happy with his new RZR. And it didn't stop there, my brother saw the RZR and wanted one too.
