They've worked on my 2017 Ford Transit Connect, 2014 Mercedes GL63, and 2014 BMW X5. They replaced a driver-side CV axle, did oil changes, replaced brake pads and rotors, diagnosed and fixed an A/C and heater blower issue, repaired a trunk/liftgate problem, and also replaced a valve cover and gasket and battery. What stood out to me most was how knowledgeable, honest, and fair Samson and his team were throughout the process. The staff are friendly, the front desk is welcoming, and the customer service has been great. Grant and Justin were excellent with my Civic. It's that time in its mileage where all the maintenance things come up at the same time, so my stress was through the roof as I called around to see how much it'd be to replace my brake pads ($700 per axle was the general consensus at local shops...I mean I gotta do what I gotta do, but it hurts nonetheless; I'm hoping that price was with anticipation that the rotors needed replacement too, but I'm not sure as I've never replaced brakes at a shop before and have lucked out at either doing disc brakes myself or having a friend to help with the drums in the past). I messaged on here initially to see if Danny's would be a shop that allows customers to bring in their own parts and I was in luck! The following week (which was just a couple days ago), I went in at 3 pm anticipating I'd likely have to come back in the next day because they closed in 2 hours, and that would've been okay with me. But no, Grant was awesome with helping me get both a full synthetic oil change and brake pad replacement in under 2 hours, and Justin did a great job working on my car to include removing the annoying plate (probably not what it's called but you get it) under my Honda that so many other places (looking at you, Jiffy Lube) have broken or replaced poorly over the years. Grant also was really helpful in helping me save further money by advising that the AutoZone I bought my brake pads at steered me in the wrong direction on the rear brakes along with the correction that they still have a lot of life left; he literally showed me them with comparison to a model they have in shop, so I had a much better idea of where they were at. $132 or so later for labor and I was on my way back home. I went in fully expecting to pay anywhere between $1k-$1.5k if not more given the quotes I was receiving in the area and Grant is the reason for a massive sigh of relief that I don't have to stress the financial aspect of car maintenance. Thank y'all so much and I'll absolute be back for all other maintenance or otherwise needed on my car.
